The Cul-de-sac of Keys

Story

The past, the keyblade's history has played what seems to be an important role in the time span of order. Through an unknown amount of years, long since past of previous organizations upon past heroes and enemies alike, the abundance of keys had its first spike since the first keyblade war. From the age of apprentices, to a more urban time where just normal kids with hearts strong enough to forge these mythical weapons of wonder into existence at an alarming rate. This was a completely new generation of keybladers, and with it came a new set of rules and dangers alike

Within the world of The Cul-de-sac, children, ruffians, or just regular hoodlums they could be called ran the streets with keyblades in hand. Single wielders, but, it wasn't always a peaceful settlement for them. That constant elitist sentiment sunk into the environment, which formed different cliques, groups, gangs even. These different gatherings of keybladers would fight for territory, respect, and mainly achieving status alone. It was, in a sense, survival and at the same time they made this competitive setting quite fun.

At the heart of this world, lies a door, that none of their keyblades have been able to open. Does it mean something significant? Our keys serve to open chest, lock and unlock casual yet sturdy locks, doors even, but not this one. Its rumored to be connected to other worlds, and as we pass it each day wondering what lies beyond it, even the gangs of keyblade wielding kids realize the understanding that there is something beyond their world. This notion sharply spikes which group would be the first to unlock The Cul-de-sacs most sacred and age old secret.

Rules
  • This thread is ONLY for templates, and potential pre-start questions, THATS IT. I will make an OOC thread once there is enough people. If you haven't posted here with a template first, DO NOT post in the OOC thread.
  • No God-modding or Power-playing (period.)
  • No Canons, Canon Keyblades, or Canon-offspring. We're so far ahead of the old school KH, that we don't even know the names of previous heroes.
  • Please do not edit your template after we've started.
  • No Machine-gun posting (somebody post after you and you immediately post after them, this, try to avoid it)
  • Romance is allowed, keep in mind the age range of the kids that read this.
  • Try to be semi-literate, I'm not perfect either, but as you can see I'm making an earnest attempt.
  • Do not spam. I don't wanna see the OOC thread with like 5K post having idle conversation not relating to the actual Role-play.
  • Have fun. Put in your best effort. Lastly don't overreact if something appears really WELL DONE. I've seen too many people spaz and just loose hope, or try to gang up on a more experienced rp'er.

Keyblades

The keyblades origin all fall back to kingdom hearts. While the ones we wield now are mere fragments and pieces of what was once a much grander puzzle ultimately they aren't in the same category as the chosen three. (You don't see us cutting buildings in half and slamming them into a giant nobody dragon) The reason for this being, with such a gap in time that darkness allegedly entering worlds suddenly diminished and now in an age of peace. Access to them is not gone, its assumed they are currently lost to naught, but the truth is we don't know about the special ones, and ultimately they will make their return. You just don't know when, so don't make claims to know when until I drop the biggest hint ever.

  • Dual Wielding
Through an ability called Synch Blade which none of the new kids posses are keyblades enabled to be wielded outside of just a single. To obtain the Synch Blade ability, one must defeat another keyblader in battle, or to the point where its distinguished one wielder's heart is stronger than that of the others. They can then impose that strength over the other keyblader and claim their keyblade, even if the battle isn't over. Its completely pointless for a dual-wielder to attempt to fight a single wielder, they have no vacant hand to call their key.

  • Reclaiming keyblades/Borrowing
Just because you don't have a keyblade, doesn't mean your totally defenseless. If you have to fight with a normal weapon against someone, you can beat them, sora fighting with a wooden sword after loosing his to Riku, our keyblades are just one step above a "wooden sword" because they aren't as powerful as the chosen three. Our abilities and strengths are augmented with just a slight abnormal enhancement.

Keyblades can be lent to another, and they exchange it to their possession, willingly, but they still own it and at any time can call it back. This nature is because the heart shares acceptance and kindness and still attaches them to said keyblade. However in the case that one keyblader should 'expire' while their keyblade is loaned, the current holder will become the wielder of said keyblade.

Now since you have two keychains. Loosing your keyblade in a battle, doesn't mean your powerless. As you fight with a different weapon, the other keychain you still have will influence it abilities into the weapon you're currently using. In time that weapon, showing the strength of your heart can/will eventually become a keyblade. For the heart is the true key, and the keyblade merely the tool to express the heart's essence.
  • Abilities
How abilities work is they are mainly physical enhancements to wielders. Usually with some abilities are used in conjunction with magic. Our abilities explain how we can do all these pretty unusual techniques and recoveries. But we can't go above and beyond because we're ultimately just regular human beings.
  • Magic
Magic is ultimately spread into so many fields, used in aggressive formats and passive protection. Most commonly seen in elemental spells, summons, defense spells, physical affliction spells, curative spells, light spells and dark spells. Keyblades act as a conduit to channel magic and produce it. Magic's recoil is that it can't be used in excess, meaning a spell that takes a massive amount of magic, like curative spells, basically means you can't use magic within a 2-4 minute period. Realistically so much can happen in the time your vulnerable to physical attacks and magic attacks.

  • Keychains
Keychains are a physical extension of one's heart, and serve as a modifier of the keyblade held and ultimately changes the appearance and comes with a single ability attached. You're ultimately holding two, the original appearance of your keyblade and its single modifier. Us at the beginning are unable to physicall remove the keychain and see what our primary keyblade looks like, so they ultimately only appear in two standard forms.

Combat System

This will clear out any type of bugs in actual fight post in the RP. From beating someone into submission with a keyblade or other substitute weapon. To the idea that they've been locked by spells, or to the extent their magic spells can effectively damage someone. So theres no, "Oh well he got completely and utterly destroyed! OH MY GOD!" Because, being realistic, we won't be able to rival the power of the chosen 3 until LATER on in the RP. Then maybe you can say OH MY GOD like five times.

  • Melee

Melee is in the sense, where there will be mild powerplay. You won't always be able to block or dodge EVERY SINGLE ATTACK. Be mindful that if your keyblades make impact, even slightly there still is a pushing force from the other's physical strength onto the other. Plus if your clever you can use a stalemate of two keys to your advantage. The closer you are to your opponent, the harder it is to dodge and/or block. So if your doing melee, be prepared to take a beating, if you win or loose, you will both at some point have gotten hit physically.

  • Magic
Lastly magic. Here is ultimately were we get creative and cast a string of spells. Remember. Magic has a limit where we can't use it, so if your going to use a curative spell, be smart and have items. For magic, depending on the kind of attack, you really can't avoid it. Damage taken in best respects to the extent of the attack. There will be no immediate spell after two consecutive ones.
Banned spells: Ultima Flare, Reflega, Stop.

  • Heart Ignition
This is the attack involving the heart's core. A kid must go through this attack, unleashing forces that thus outclass skills by far. It always involves the keyblade in some aspects. Other than that just know that the attack is dangerous. It goes on to say the attack targets the opponent's hearts, thus this attack is unavoidable. Trying a combo against a heart ignition attack is pretty much going to fail, the heart ignition isn't going to miss...

Heart ignition clash, the phenomenon that happens when two heart ignitions occur simultaneously. It is left to the two RP'ers to decide (via the OOC or PMs) who will prevail or would it just be a stalemate and the two clashes negate each other.


Factions

Those in the Cul-de-sac could more delicately be called a bunch of brats running around wielding weapons of semi-destruction, but either way this doesn’t go to say that they aren’t at all organized nor that they for the most part DO NOT work in teams. Of course they do, and herein lies the notion of the Cul-de-sac factions. There are three of them, and each of them is based off different rules or ideals, and all three have a separate leader. Furthermore each faction has a separate color housing its beliefs that which be

Zeal’s Call- These are the brattiest of all per say, the faction of keybladers that are all rich. They can come off as flamboyant and disrespectful, and their leader Reforge harbors his youth over the rest of them, he being only age 12 and a genius of brilliance. This faction has its base HQ in the south of the Cul-de-sac, and at times seems that this factions main focus isn’t being the best or even climbing to the top. The notion that fuels the Vagrant Zeal is embarrassment. People want to assume that just because somebody is stuck up or has money that they can’t be strong. That isn’t true in this case. This kids in this faction will beat the hell out of you and ask questions later after you lose to them. They all have nice skills and over all power at the present. Vagrant Zeal specializes in intense battle and some seemingly covert operations….their color is that of pink

Vagrant Oricalcos- The faction that at times seems to have the most follows, the basic of the Vestry being the ideal of the helix spiral; or the climb to the top. They hang around in the northern part of the Cul-de-sac’s limits where their HQ is located. It accepts everyone and hates on nobody who wants to join. The kids in this faction are all great tacticians per say and excel at ambushing. There is the notion present of never giving up and knowing that with a loss, comes the chance to grow stronger and try again, more than likely whooping some ass in the next round. It’s said that these kiddies are pretty fast and move with grace in tow. Lead by Coralye, their color is a lime green.

Cult of Creative Kids (Them/US!!!)- This is the faction that has fair skill in almost everything and have the perfect location, right in the center of Cul-de-sac. Their followers lead by Garforge are the marvel of beauty, defense, power and awe. Them has a decent number of followers, but could care less how many people they have on their side. With the skills they possess to handle practically any situation and their development of "magi-skills" they are perfect for an indecisive kid.. with Garforge’s intense direction and desire to surpass the limit of what is given, why bother worrying about anything at all?? These guys adorn a catchy orange color. Garforge would later call this group the Cult of Creative Kids.

Age: (This is really friggin simple if you ask me . How old are you?? Seriously we are all kids so none of that I’m 9999999 years old shyt. Your age can range from about 13-17 if you wish.)

Gender: (Uh durr, do you have guy parts, or girl parts?? Though I’m not a hater this isn’t an rp where little kids have gotten sex changes. Please pick female or male.)

Appearance: (You gotta look like something right?? Anyway, you may use a picture, but either way, you must also have at least a decent paragraph description to go with it. Also if you Do use a picture, post it in a spoiler, or a link. We don’t wanna see huge pics across the page.)

Personality: (Meh this can be meaningless to come as we act how we act, but even so, post yours here. A paragraph or two will suffice.)

Abilities: (Here we go!!! Yes you can all have powers, though keep in mind that this is far beyond the years of the original KH games and nobody is seriously uber powerful. And no you can’t teleport every three seconds, and NO you can’t use some type of energy that can blow a hole through the building over there. As stated before these are mainly physical enhancements, Don’t put too many or you will be asked to edit some of them out.)

Magic: (Yes you can have spells, even if they are really powerful, though Ultima and Flare are completely out, along with stop, and Reflega. Magic ends up hampering you, so if you use it be realistic. If you have Thundaga in this spot it is gonna take like a minute of you standing looking dumb to cast…..you mave have four spells.)

Heart Ignition: (Your finishing move, you only get one, for once you really won't be yelled at for making something over the top. Take advantage.)

Keyblades and chains: (You start with a single keyblade that in reality you have no idea what it looks like or its true powers. With this said, the keychains come into play. You have a keychain automatically attached to your keyblade thus changing it from its true form and giving it the look it has. On the same note you have another keychain.

Name: Reforge

Nickname: Ref

Age: 12

Gender: Male
Appearance: Reforge is an adorable little kid. He always looks calm and the overall grace of both his body and mind make it so that he appears to be just a shy kid who couldn't even put up a fight. however one can see that in battle he is not this way at all and his cute demeanor can get you hurt. On top of that magick has blessed Reforge with a gorgeous set of spectral wings that float on his back, the pink essence symbolizing his faction of Zeal's Call.

Personality: Reforge is put off by others more than anything else, but he seems to have a rather gentle nature at times His genius IQ has gained him vast amounts of knowledge and as time moves on he reflects his older brother counterpart.

Abilities: Reforge uses abilities that include, but are not limited to magical, physical, and spiritual properties. His forces in these genres pretty defined at his young age. He is very well able to breakdown and interprets what is placed before him, and has very high level magic powers as well. His kinetic ability allows him to redirect and counter attacks if he times his attacks and defenses right in battle.

Magic:
Regen- An intelligent design for a healing spell. Unlike the cure spells, this spell adds a glyph on the user’s keyblade and forearm that drives healing magick through the body on a constant to heal wounds for a set time.

Eldera- A light spell as opposed to fire, or thunder. This causes a crest of magicks to rumble across the ground and write a glyph under an unsuspecting target. The causes a pulse of light to damage the target and might blind enemies nearby.

Fira- The second level of the fire spell class that Ref uses. Instead of the mainstream balls of fire, Reforge causes a re-powered flux of fire to strike down from above, crashing around enemies and causing damage that way.

Blizzaga- This is a terribly powerful ice spell. Droplets of water form around Ref and he manipulates them into shards that damage enemies in the immediate area. These develop in a destructive sphere of ice that gets hurled at an enemy or enemies further away. It moves down foes and a wave of ice freezes enemies when it crashes to the ground around them.

Keyblades and chains:
KeybladeForm Appearance A: Proginoskes

Ability- Flow: This keyblade’s form is nearly magick and it shortens spell casting time, also being able to simulate a dual casting function. It literally never stops moving whether it be spinning or vibrating softly. Reforge doesn’t EVER hold it, this keyblade moves by itself through ref’s will. It also is able to copy itself and attack as a set.

Keyblade Form Appearance B: Fortinbras

Ability- Flux: This keyblade is powered by flux and can shift its length and tangibility. Its forces cause bursts of what can be classed as a form, of naught. It spawns extra force on foes that have annoying elemental properties, but in reality there is no element behind this magic force to speak of.

Heart Ignition- Symphonia Ignition: A massive flux of magick radiates from Reforge and his form is asphyxiated and consumed in a shell of light. This shatters like glass, possibly showering nearby friends and foes. Tethered spectral magicks grow Reforge’s wings to grandiose size as his keyblade ignites and a crested solid blade of light forms around it up to the handle. This blade is 21 feet long and 4 feet wide. This blade is swung around, cutting and smashing into enemies as Ref moves to the ground in a spiral. His arms move up and he is blasted back by releasing a huge beam of light magick to take out enemies. Shortly after his wings disperse and blow past enemies while ascending into the sky in a thick column of non-elemental energy. If you thought Ultima was bad, seriously think again.

Faction: What’s to really say about this?? Reforge is the leader of Zeal’s call and he aims to stay in that spot. Mess with his faction and get beat the hell up….

Recent History: Right about the recent activity of Reforge really only involves the notion of his faction getting more members and an intense battle between himself and Garforge his older and much more cool brother in Ref’s eyes. Reforge tried to make amends with Gar after an argument they had that pretty much split them apart and caused the formation of the factions to begin with. It certainly worked, but now the respect is really all that seems to remain and the battles in the streets are all over the place.

What’s more is that school is almost out, and with the summer months ahead, Reforge knows that things are bound to fall to clashes everyday in the streets of the Cul-de-sac, and that is just what he wants. Yet more chances to beat everyone and make them bow before his might. You should all know that sometimes great things come in teeny weenie packages.

Nickname: None

Age: 14

Gender: Male

Appearance: He is a creepy looking kid to say the least, and this is only made worse by the notion that he is always happy and always smiling. He isn’t ugly or anything but most people tend to miss out on the sexy bod and all that great stuff because he wears that hoodie all the time. One can assume that he has like thirty of em, because even though they all look the same, each one has a different rune on the back where the wing things are.

Personality: Hmm to explain Erebos, you could call him a happy being, a person so happy that he can be a bit scary at times. He smiles more than too often, he laughs at almost everything and regardless of the situation he seems like an optimist overlord, knowing that some way and somehow things will come out good in the end. Erebos believes that he must strive to be better, even if he needs to kick a lot of ass to get there and do so with a smile on his face.

Abilities: Erebos causes a magick to flux his entire being and basically has the notion of the spell hastega cast upon him at all times making him amazingly fast at any given time. This allows him to move in strange patterns and pull off acrobatic feats that others can’t possibly accomplish. Being the flux encases more than just his body, his spell casting time is shortened and his spells even move faster than other people’s do. Erebos can thus move in bursts that leave confusing after images.

Magic:
Regen- An intelligent design for a healing spell. Unlike the cure spells, this spell adds a glyph on the user’s keyblade and forearm that drives healing magick through the body on a constant to heal wounds for a set time.

Tremor- A low class, but nevertheless effective earth spell that Erebos has in his arsenal. He merely stabs his keyblade into the ground and forces magick to rupture the ground below the surface, causing a localized quake that makes enemies stumble and have their legs jarred about. It also formulates small stones to slam past the legs.

Watera- A moderately forced water magick spell. It summons pools of water in the air that generate globules of water that circle enemies and slam into them from multiple directions. As the spell ends it also ensues a geyser burst of pressured water on a single target.

Baltaga- The surmise of darkness in a spell form. Its level three of the Balti spell. Basically the area turns black and inflicts blind on foes and at times allies. As they stumble around being buffeted by darkness a twister of dark magick sucks them up and causes a lot of damage. To end the spell an arrow of concentrated darkness rips through the cyclone and collapses it in a vibrating blast.

Keyblades and chains:
KeybladeForm Appearance A: Boundless Finality
Ability- Focus: A keyblade form that enhances physical damage greatly and speeds up the healing process of allies and Erebos. Its focus gives it high impact damage so it dominates in blade clashes and augments the force that Erebos can use while moving so fast. Apparently This causes the enemy to be slowed down as well.

Keyblade Form Appearance B: Sporadic Perfection
Ability- Format: The flip from focus this keyblade harbors and increases magickal damage, also having the ability to siphon away magick power and thus decrease enemy spell damage at the same time. Similar to a keyblade of another, Erebos doesn’t need to hold this keyblade to wield it and can control it by wires of magickal force. After being hit with this keyblade the enemy’s heart weakens and their keyblade will dissipate and not respond for several minutes.

Heart Ignition- Mythology Ignition: A dangerously dooming attack that Erebos uses with his keyblade at times. The focus of his magicks generate a warp in the area and Erebos is able to move so fast that in aspect nobody can possibly catch him. Magick burst around enemies and saps their own magickal forces, causing their keyblades to shut down from weakened hearts at once. Normally focused on a single target, but if they are close together it is all the same. Rings of magick bind the enemy and they are ravaged by blasts of darkness that causes terrible status effects. For a finish the keyblade grows to a larger size and is thrown through the magickal space, igniting the inside with n explosion of force that returns the keyblade back to Erebos’ hand…..

Faction: Durr, he’s on the side of Zeal’s Call. Maybe its because he doesn’t like Garforge, or maybe just because he knows that Reforge is really smart and cool. Whatever the actual reason, beating people up with light saber keyblades is really fun.

Recent History: Meh this and that has happened. Erebos cursed out a teacher and got suspended, so he doesn't know all the great details of what has happened at school lately, because he could have cared less to ask his friend after school hours. rather, than sulk, he trained and has been making the Zeal's Call HQ a cooler place to hang out in. With such wonderful style and a heart of smiles, Erebos was pretty content.

Even so its like totally the last day of school and he is there for it. The summer times are close and school has been rather boring today. He can't wait for the lunch period of the day. Something crazy just might happen...

Name: Capell

Age: 17
Gender: Male

Appearance: Capell is "6' feet tall and has light auburn hair. His eyes are hazel and large, Capell has an average bulid but is stronger than he looks. He is always seen wearing baggy blue jeans and a red jacket with gold trim, with a black shirt. when asked why this is the only thing he wears Capell simply say's "If you find a good look you should stick with it."

Personality: Capell is the kind of guy you would like to have as a friend, He tries to maintain a positive attitude and is always looking out for his allies. He is very smart and gets straight "A's" In school, although he can be a bit absent minded sometimes.Capell has a strong (If not over developed) sense of justice and can't stand people who think they can get away with anything. Those who know Him know to be carefull around him because he is VERY clumzy, however you could not tell if you saw him fighting. In which case he is evenly balenced and acrobatic.

Ablities:

Power jump: enables Capell to basically jump very high (about 150 feet) and not suffer the usual side effects of gravity, like broken legs.

Slide: enables Capell to slide about at high speeds.

Magic:

Curega- a powerfull healing spell that restores a vast amount of health

Quake- Capell stomps his foot on the ground and a small crater surrounds him. Doing moderate damage and knocking foes back.

thundera- a mid-level spell that summons a bolt towards the enemy. Capell can also use this spell to charge his keyblade with energy.

Firega- a large fire ball is summoned and falls to the earth, doing major damage, it also creates a wall of flame that lasts for 7 seconds.

Heart Igniton-Disaster Fallout:
Capell is engulfed in a violent red aura and a sort of anti-gravity field surrounds him, making light objects float around him. He then leaps into the air and fires rapid energy blasts from his hands, each one exsplodes with the energy of a pound of TNT. As it finishes he charges into the ground creating a large crater. Capell may passout if he uses this when already tired.

Keyblades and chains:

Keyblade Form 1: boundless hatred
This keyblade is red and black in color. with the grip being red and the guard black, the blade exudes a sinister feeling and has a red and black flame design. The keyblade draws out the users inner power and makes them stronger. Capell did not pick this keyblade, its just the one he ended up with. he doesen't like using it because it always seems to be trying to pull the darkness out within his heart.

Keyblade Form 2: boundless love
This keyblade is silver and light blue with the grib being light blue and the guard silver. The blade gives off a soft comforting light and has a silver and light blue star design. The keyblade draws out the users inner will and cuts the time needed to use spells by half.

Faction:Vagrant Oricalcos

Recent History: Capell usualy just hangs about in the VO HQ craking jokes, pulling pranks, talking about girls, endlessly breaking things, (like I said, VERY clumzy). currently Capell is just waiting in school for the bell to ring. he can't wait for summer, it should give him more time to investigate the world's door. (which is one of his hobbies)

Keyblades and chains: (You start with a single keyblade that in reality you have no idea what it looks like or its true powers. With this said, the keychains come into play. You have a keychain automatically attached to your keyblade thus changing it from its true form and giving it the look it has. On the same note you have another keychain.

Gender: Last he checked, he had something that swung back and forth. He's a guy. Male.

Appearance: Garforge is about five feet and seven inches in height. He's a freshmen, but looks like a passable sophomore. Incidentally, he looks almost nothing like his little brother, with skin tone and hair color, appealing something a bit more tranquil such is his attire. He'll be seen holding an orange in his hand sometimes, and he peels it and eats it after he makes his leave.

Personality: He's very well rounded, humble, intelligent and mostly just a fun guy to talk with and pal around for the most part. He opens his heart to those that want to further expand on their horizons beyond the Cul-de-sac. Ultimately the faction, group, or clique if you could call it, "them" is pretty much just that. They don't really fit in anywhere else, because really, they seem to be the neutral side. Orange sits as the color best fitting of him as well, the median to pretty much everything.

Abilities: Garforge has some abilities that could be prompted as defensive yet spring to attack. They do require an understanding of magic, spiritual direction, and physical force. Its then lead to say this is applied in his overall structure of being struck or hit. His defense is passive, and he does feel the connection of blows, but a sharp force is buffered and its brushed like a scratch. This isn't to say he can't be hurt, when worn to the point where he fatigues, he can't keep this ability up, and then, like any human, he will drop. But even he can't escape a heart ignition unscathed...

Scan ~ The ability, being presented outside of game terms, means you have a grasp of your enemies' vitality and how much more they can endure.

Hastegax2 ~ This is hastega, which speeds up the recovery of magic power. Because it counts as two separate abilities, its modded to act as two. Cutting the recovery time down to about thirty seconds, then he can use magic again.

High Jump ~ Garforge can take to the sky and jump about the full height of a one-story building. Because this is a basic modified move, it can be enhanced within time.


Magic:

Defenda ~ A spell that greatly amps the user's overall defense and special defense, a stronger variant of the spell defend. Magic and physical attacks are buffered, damage is still received but it leads to say you can fight longer through a drive of will.

Boostaga ~ Another amplification spell that can enhance the attack properties of both magic and physical attacks, to a high point, making one strong enough to sweep a keyblade swing to bounce back some magic attacks and even use more physical force in a stalemate to push your opponent back.

Slow Blade ~ An ability and magic cross over. Basically, it takes the properties of slow magic, and combines it with a keyblade swing, ultimately in a stalemate, locking the one keyblader to move slower than the user. This magic can't suddenly rip off the blade and affect the opponent if he misses or swings it, it is ONLY for direct contact.

Cura ~ The next step up from the cure spell, that effectively restores a character's breaths of vitality even if they've been knocked unconscious or "are seeing stars".

Heart Ignition: Keyblade Sovereignty Ignition: By far the only heart igniton so far both inescapable but with the worst recoil ever. Garforge, taking his keyblade, recklessly tossing it straight, and then imposing the manipulate the spiritual and magical aspects of the keyblade used to pierce his foe's body. There is no physical pain, but the heart is attacked directly, like fitting a key into the lock. Flying from above he lands on the keyblade, putting his hand on their key before twisting the blade sealing their heart's essence to negate the possibility of their use of a heart ignition, magic, and ability flux. Already in this act he has taken possession of their keyblade and neutralized them. If the case should Garforge already be a dual-wielder, he claims what keychain they were using at the time.

KeybladeForm Appearance A: Hitsun
Ability- Defender: An innate ability that Hitsun imposes over Garforge which buffers the damage from physical, spiritual, and magical outlets.

: Loviembre
Ability- Shift: This an the ability to change the keyblade's shape into an alternate form. Using his heart's essence he can physically change his keyblade into various forms or weapons alike. One minute it may look like a keyblade, the next a gunblade, shield, or magic staff.

Faction: Garforge is the leader of the faction/group/clique known as The Cult of Creative Kids.

Recent History
: In more recent times, its been quite far from peaceful. Garforge has had his hands tied in his brother's mess of things, but ultimately it was something inevitable. They two, for the most part only exchange some formalities, but having the other's respect alone shows their connection. Still Garforge has been quite active and aligning people to his faction, gang, clique, or whatever and has shifted some if not most of his focus to the town's secret. He's been pondering it a lot recent and has come up with a theory on how to open the door, of course, unknown to his little brother did he share this info just yet.

With school on the verge of letting out. They have quite literally just one more day left. Sitting in the class, some sleeping, others daydreaming, and the few that actually pay attention. Watching the clock profusely as they change classes. Garforge, starved, sits trying to focus as he awaits for the lunch bell to go off.

Nickname: Mix(cause his hair and eyes are like all mixed up)

Appearance: Cross

Cross is a cute little kid. Standing only about 5"2 he could be considered tall for his age. Cross' hair is a mix of white and black, white on the right and black on the left. His eyes are mixed up too, the left red and the right a very dark gray which would seem black to most people. Other than that, Cross is perfectly proportioned. He has a wingspan of 5'1 having long arms and broad shoulders far beyond what he should at that age.

Cross wears a long short sleeved black and white trench coat which covers up most of his attire. Under the coat is a black shirt with a GIANT zipper, however the zipper is for show. One side of the shirt is long sleeved while the other is short-sleeved. His shorts are a dark shade of black with white rims. No parts of his legs are visible considering the fact that they are wrapped in bandages. On his right foot he wears a gray converse looking high-top, while on his left foot, he wears a blck high-top with a red outline.

Personality: Many would describe Cross as arrogant with a big ego. He walks and talks with a swagga that girls love. He is confident in his abilities and his intellect. He ranks about the fifth smartest person in the school and has an IQ of 151. He is a major socialite around the cul-de-sac and doesn't harbor any ill-feelings towards any of the people in the other factions.

He is someone that people would love to be, however his personality is all a front. In reality Cross is very shy, timid, and fragile. He is prone to akward moments and doesn't like to be in big crouds. He is a big book worm and has a giant book shelf in his room that would crush someone like a paper if it fell. The reason he acts the way he does around people is to keep up his image and fit in with his faction. The only people who know this side of Cross are Ref and Raine (ya Raine's gonna be in this rp) and that's about it. Cross condiders himself a follower, changing with the all the trends that happen. He is also very self-concious of what people think of him which is another reason he doesn't show his true self...

Abilities: Cross's body naturally absorbs unfathomable amounts of solar radiation. The radiation is converted into a special Solar Magic and Cross can release it how he sees fit. Considering the massive amount of Solar magic stored, Cross can only release about 10% of it. Cross can choose to release it as just pure heat and light magicy or he can use it to add an extra "kick" to his other magic. Cross sometimes uses the magic to somewhat propel himself towards enemies at great speed. He can also use it to dodge in-mid air.

Magic:

Waterga- Waterga is the most powerful of water spells. By using either watervapor in the air, bodies of water, or even ice Mix can create large orbs of water to fire at the opponent. The orbs can also be manipulated to make things such as tentdrills to give it somewhat of an octopus form.

Gravity- a somewhat difficult spell however is does not kill like other magic. Mix can choose to either send it out in a concentrated ball or to increase the gravity in an area all together effecting everyone exept him. However, if he uses gravity in an extensive area the spell will not be as affective.

Cura- the second level of the cure spell. Heals oneself, nothing else to really explain...

Meteor- Meteor is one of Mix's stronger spells. It summons a barrage of meteorites to bombard enemies. It either does non-elemental damage, or hits for mediocre damage multiple times


Heart Ignition:Angel Ignition- In angel ignition, the barriers holding all the solar radiation mix with the the regular magic to turn Mix into this form. In this form Mix's hair turns completly white and grows a couple of inches all over. His black eye also changes to match his red eye, essentially taking the meaning of his nickname away from him. His keyblade transforms into claws and his legs also change into a more demonic form. The mixture of magic and solar radiation creates twelve wings each of them having some kind of ancient writing. The wings aren't nessicarily attached to his back and are attached to a circle, which has bonded with Mix. A mixture of green, red, and white light engulfs Mix making a magical armor per say. In contrast to the wings of an angel, on Mix's forehead are the numbers 666 in a triangular shape. While in this form, Cross can use 100% of the solar magic in his body. However, the magic is also used to maintain the form thus making Cross only able to stay in this form for a minute at the most. By then his enemies would've already been defeated....

KeybladeForm Appearance A: Levis
Ability- Manipulation: When using transform, Levis can ultimately bend and reflect magic, elemental or not. However, if the attack is elemental, Levis can also change the element of the attack to anything he wants by altering the structure and the magic. He can make a ball of fire a rock. This attack isn't limited to other people's elemental attacks either. Though he can do this as many times as he wants to his own magic, when involving other people's magic it takes a lot of concentration and would be a sitting duck unless he had cover. If he uses it too many times, then his own magic would be drastically weakened.

Keyblade Form Appearance B: Prodigium
Ability-Gluttony: This is an ability that can absorb all magical attacks. The keyblade can also shoot the attacks back at the opponent with the same amount of force as when they release it. There are a couple of flaws with this though. He can't absorb magic that is too powerful in his eyes (like magic when someone uses heart ignition). Another flaw is that it is very hard for him to absorb multiple forms or bodies of magic. Also when he fire's the magic back at them, the whiplash makes him stumble a tid bit, leaving a tiny opening.

Faction: Zeal's call. Gotta love the pink

Recent History: Hmmm, Mix was torn when his Ref and Gar started to fight. They both were more or less his friends and now he had to choose between them. After seconds of deliberation he had to pick Ref since he shared the same classes and knew him better. Besides, this put him up against his elder sister Raine who was on Gar's side.

Welp, it's the last day of school and no doubt tons of shit was going to happen. All Mix wanted to do was get out and get a tan. He was much to pale these days. He didn't want to fight all he wanted to do was enjoy the last day of school. Ya like that's gonna happen.

Appearance: She stands at 5'8", Orange faction tattoos cover the top of her torso to show her allegiance. Sometimes seen with a Popsicle stick in her mouth, usually after a little treat of sea salt. An unusual color purple for her eyes. Any other measurements one would want to know, she would gut you.

Personality: Calm, She tends to sit in the background watching what interests her, but waits for the right moment to say something. She never gets hot headed over snide remarks towards her, or flirting remarks, She simply ignores them with a smirk. She rarely starts a fight on her own, but if its one of her faction, she wont hesitate to fight by their side. The faction is like her family, and no one touches her family without her doing anything about it. She also has a soft spot for kids, always having a spare piece of candy on her, though she doubts her faction knows about it. She gets very aggressive in battle, and takes it seriously as all battles should.

Abilities:
Dash: Enhances her speed for a few seconds.

Aerial Recovery: Allows her to recover from knock backs in mid air.

Guard Break: Able to pierce through a guard with enough force.

Magic: Fire, Fira, Firaga, Cure; Self explanatory no?

Heart Ignition: Strike Inferno; She spreads her sword copies all over the ground and traps the enemy with keep out tape used for crime scenes, She then darts along the field slamming twelve blades into her opponent, she then grabs a thirteenth sword and slams all twelve blades over again with fire, making them slice the enemy again with fire for 24 strikes total. The twelve swords after the blow, all cut into the dirt leaving a trail of flames and they all end up in a circle where flames connect them all. The epicenter of the circle will explode with a tower of flames. She goes through the center with one sword and slams it through their heart, then spins around and kicks the sword in further for the final blow.

Keyblades and chains: Infinite one sword Keychain; It's attached to the sword with keep out tape and it takes the appearance of a sheath. Allows multiple copy's of the same sword, if anyone other than her touches them, they disperse.

Keyblade Form Appearance A: Keytana; It's like a regular katana but with a serrated blade side and a indent along the blade like a modern day key.
Ability- Combo plus: Adds more swings to the initial combo.

Keyblade Form Appearance B: Mansamune; Her regular blade grows in length and the edges become more serrated. The hilt starts turning into a keyblade sort of hilt but it dosent connect at the bottom but it still goes with the style of her blade.
Ability- Enhance strenght

Faction: Cult of Creative Kids.

Recent History: With no parents herself, Miyu takes it onto herself to help other kids with no form of supervision around the Cul-de-sac. Her main day is go to school, visit some kids, then hang out with her faction, its like her family now, and she dosent mind it a bit. Her hobbies are stargazing, always wondering whats out there plauges her mind. She guesses that mysterious door started that spark. She's also glad schools almost out, she needs a break from the books real bad. She also will spend the summer hanging out with the gang, which she can't wait for.

Appearance:
Solo appears to be quite the cute kid who everyone would think is quite lovable? He has dirty blonde hair that is quite semi-long, covering his ears and the bangs seem to curve to the right, of course everyone looks at his hair first. He has deep azure eyes that reflect the sorrow within. His facial structures are well portioned too. He wears a white hoodie, while one side of the hood has a black skull with a musical symbol on its head. The hood itself has two pointed structures that look like sharp bear ears. He wears black shorts with a nike sign, lolz. Beneath the hood, he has blue/white headphones.

Personality:
From a neglected family, Solo doesn’t interact much with his fellow peers, nor does he talk much at all. He keeps to himself and is quite used to being lonely. He is actually very shy and afraid to meet new people, quite ironic since he joined the Zeal’s Call who are opposite of him, but there is more than meets the eye. Solo can be depicted of having a duel personality? But not really… If he is pursued or ticked off by people, he will lose his total calm and tranquility and can be terrifying, however doing so takes effort. This side of him actually places him being one of the most frightening in the Zeal’s Call.

Abilities:
This ability gives Kalas his nickname, Solo for it seems as if he has the power to conduct, as if he was a maestro of an orchestra, almost anything to do his bidding but only on things he can. Few things he can do are move or darken shadows to hide him or direct the wind in his favor to accelerate to further speeds. His mastery over his magic, combat, pretty much his engagement in battle is also proficient.

Magic:
Forte (windara): An attack mostly used offensively, but can also be used defensively in aspects of its offensive form. A booming wind-like attributed attack will be released in shape of a colorless halo that increases its size as it travels further in distance, but doing so loses its power and obviously the area of its range increases. Wind spirals around the halo and in the space of the halo is gusting wind. The wind has potential to shatter or break things in its path and in this form; it plunders the enemy in a slicing attack that can rip skin. The wind can also send back weak projectiles.

Tempo (haste?): This spell grants Solo’s speed and reaction to increased. Also the nitrogen within his body bubbles up and cushion within his joints giving even greater versatile and flexible movements.

Freddo (Blizzaga): By sweeping his keyblade, Solo will create a crescent out of ice. Plunging the keyblade into the ice, the crescent will break and shatter into thousands of shards of ice. The attack towards the ice will send these shards to buffet the enemy. He can also just release crescent shaped ice in successions.

Grazioso (cura): A spell in which Solo can heal himself or others if he wishes. Grazioso can heal potentially fatal wounds, not completely, but enough to sustain it throughout the battle.

Heart Ignition: Orchestra: Etude of the Ragnorak – Brilliant and radiant light in all different colors will shimmer from his keyblade. This light will blanket out in front of Solo and a number of the same keyblades of this light will take shape. The number in which this ignition takes place depends on how much energy Solo has left, in which can be quite a handful. Solo can manipulate these blades kinetically to attack the enemy all at once in combos. After time, Solo will start to float in the air and ascend while the keyblades will circle the enemy as they release pulses of crippling power that can paralyze them and deal damage. Solo, too can also release beams or blasts of this light. As he is high enough in the air, the keyblades will spiral towards Solo and they will all merge together to form the giant keyblade. As the enemy is potentially harmed where they will have high difficulty moving, Solo will grab the hilt of the keyblade and swiftly smash towards the grounded enemy. When hit, the enemy will not only suffer the sharp blade, but also consecutive explosions from the light as the finale.

Keyblades and chains:
KeybladeForm Appearance A: Chopinata – The appearance of this keyblade is quite elegant and beautiful to the eye. The hilt is of silver with a comfortable handle where Solo can wield it standard or back-handed. The guard is slender treble clef where the ends spiral downwards towards the end of the hilt. The actual blade is consisted of two blades; both of them spiral flatly upwards at the same time intertwining each other in zigzags. Another blade will merge out of the end in shape of a scythe, a threatening appearance of death.
Ability- Chopinata allows Solo to charge his magic without standing still, in which he can walk around generating spells.

Keyblade Form Appearance B: Symphonia – This keyblade seems to be of a even more splendor version of Chopinata. The treble clef guard has sprouted miniscule blossoms on the ends that spiral down, while the hilt itself is slightly longer. The blade is made up of three curved blades instead of two, while the two outer ones will form a head of the fierce dragon that jags out. The mouth of the dragon has razor sharp teeth that can trap limbs and such causing severe damage.
Ability- The ultimate conductor of forces for Solo in which he can manipulate things with ease. This ability is extended from a scale from his original ability to of a larger one. He can alter what he manipulates on whim both materially and spiritually, passively and actively. Faction: Zeal’s Call

Recent History: Solo is kid who comes from a really well off family, living north east from the Zeal’s Call headquarters. A neglect from his family, since they are total workaholics who do nothing but work work work. He got involved with the Zeal’s Call also hoping to meet new friends but that hasn’t worked so well? He’s still the loner, or Soloist within the group, but hope that might change once summer starts.

Now sitting in lunch, in this boring geometry class, he waits for lunch where he can just sit down under that Sakura Tree near the tiny pond of the school, eating his delicious meal and listening to his Chopin, this song, The Winter Wind. But thinking of that Etude gives him a grave feeling of what may come…

You only have one keyblade. Keyblade A is what it will usually appear as, Keyblade B is the second appearance, its only modified. Pretty much neither are what your keyblade truly looks like, and the reason for this is because its not the full power your getting like a chosen 3 leveled keyblade.

@Chim: My only issue is that you used one word that kind of kills your abilities. That would be energy, and pretty much magic fills in the holes of everything, so if you write it in those terms, you'll be fine. I mean considering your basically a 12 year old Xemnas diminished 1/10th overall, you'd be the FIRST danger to an aggressive faction. (lol be glad I'm not aggressive like at all unless need be. I'm really not ._. and i did you not.)

ALright i got a little question before i finish up my temp:

About abilities, would they just be in the disrict of physical stat inhancment, such as: Speed, Strength, etc, etc.., or is it a bit more then that, such as: Magic aid, magic enhancment?

There is a hint of magic utilized to enhance abilities, because ultimately magic is how you even have/use them. The high jump (greater than a normal jump) Synch Blade, or just basic abilities.

If you want to do something just generalized like Ubi or myself and do something applied we're capable of doing, you can write it in the sense that its applied when you fight.

Mine for example is styled to just basically resist/buffer when i'm struck by most forces in the RP. The truth is it takes magic to to keep them lol (abilities) active, same with vitality and consciousness.
