OCC: This is officially my first Role-play so I don't expect to much and some kind words. I'm up for ideas that always helps.

"Right now our future isn't that great."

There are special people in this world. We don't ask to be special. We're just born this way. We pass you on the streets every day, unnoticed by most. It started in 1945. The Nazis were conducting experiments in psychic warfare, trying to turn those with psychic abilities into soldiers. Lots of us died. The war ended, but the experiments never stopped. Other governments around the world set up what they called "divisions", trying to do what the Nazis couldn't, to turn us into weapons. The divisions agents are trained to track and hunt us down like animals. Take us away from our families and friends. They test us and categorize us. There is what they call a Watcher. They can see the future, even if that's not always as simple as it sounds. Others are called Movers; just an easy way of saying telekinetic. Pushers put thoughts in your head, and make whatever lie they come up with the truth. Sniffs, Shifters, Shadows, Bleeders... it goes on and on. In divisions' eyes, we're all just lab rats. Only one problem - we keep dying. No one has ever survived the drug meant to boost our powers. They've been winning a lot of battles. Now it's our turn to win the war.

After the events in Hong Kong, China by a group of Psychics, the sample was released to the public to destroy the Division. But as a last ditch effort the Division deleted everything from their time of experiments on the Psychics. The Division still alive but broken as combined all ten facilities into one Division, The Himitsu Organization. Gaining it's former power The Himitsu Organization waged a war against the Psychics, killing everyone that didn't join them and taking children in for experiments. After the first few months of unjustly executions and kidnappings, the Psychic community only stood at half, after the first year, only thirty remained. The last of the Psychics joined together in an effort to destroy the new Division and to stay alive. In time the Himitsu Organization created a special group of Psychics that were improved with a new sample.

I haven't even gotten to the bad part yet. We die.

Powers:

Movers: Movers manipulate inanimate objects at varying distances. The actual technique is known as kinetic signature control, where the Mover is trained to hear and identify the specific atomic frequency of any given material and alter the gravity wave around it, usually producing the nearby air to appear warped. Advanced Movers can work at the molecular level creating protective shields in the air around them.

Pushers: Pushers push specific thoughts, memories, and even emotions into their targets. This technique can be used to gain a subject's trust or to have them perform any action, thinking it was their own agenda.

Watchers: Watchers are trained to self-induce visions of the future, very much like a prolonged sense of déjà vu. The technique of following the future, either of a person or object, is called subject tracking. A Watcher's skill is primarily rated by how far they can see into the future. Some Watchers are able to improve the clarity of their visions by consuming alcohol.

Bleeders: Bleeders have the ability to emit high-pitched sonic vibrations that cause ruptures in a target's blood vessels. Also Known as Screechers.

Sniffs: Sniffs are highly developed psychometrics who can track the location of either people or objects over varying distances. Like psychic bloodhounds, their tracking ability is increased if they have tactile access to an object that has been in direct contact with the subject. Sniffs receive information based on images, not specific addresses, which is why identifiable landmarks help increase their effectiveness.

Shifters: Shifters can temporarily shift patterns of light on any object to create illusions to the naked eye. They work mostly on a touch basis, but once the illusion is established, it remains with the object for short periods of time. For example, a Shifter could momentarily touch a one dollar bill, altering its light pattern to appear as a one hundred dollar bill for hours until the effect expires. In order to shift something, the object to be shifted must have roughly the same dimensions as what it will be shifted into. The length of the shift is based on experience and ability.

Wipers: Wipers are skilled at either temporary or permanent memory erasure, an invaluable asset in espionage. Experience will dictate the accuracy of their wipes, though the danger is always present that they will eliminate a desired memory.

Shadows: Shadows are trained to block the vision of other clairvoyants such as Sniffs, making any subject within their target radius appear "dark". Experience will enhance the size of the area they can shadow and the intensity of their shielding effect. Shadows need to be awake to perform their ability, and it is common for a detail of two Shadows to operate in shifts while protecting a person or object for extended periods. Most Shadows are effective only against Sniffs, but some extremely powerful Shadows are able to block even Watchers.

Stitchers: Stitchers are psychic surgeons trained to quickly reconstruct cells to their previous or healthy state. Using only their hands, they can heal and even "unheal" whatever they have done. For more detailed work, Stitches use a silver based cream on their hands which acts as a conductor to their ability.

Phasers: Phasers are ghost like psychics able to pass through any solid object with ease.

Rules:

1: There will only be 1 of Pusher, Wiper, and Phaser. Since they have to much power to begin with. So first come first serve.
2: Everyone will have at least 2 power abilities. Like with Movers force push and push shield that sort of thing. This will decrease the amount of God-modding.
3: No god-modding or power-playing
4: Romance is accepted but not necessary. So keep it PG-13.
5: This is a Semi-Literate RP. But that doesn't mean 1 liners. Keep it interesting.
6: Most of all have fun.

Name: Zeke Felon

Age: 13

Power: Phaser

Power Abilities: Self phase, Sight phase( Is able to make an object phase through most things, if it is in his sight and be clearly seen by him.)

Appearance: He stands at 5'8, and is a bit on the skinny side. He has dark brown haor that he just comes down over his forehead. He has pale skin, and ever so slightly tanned. His eyes are a deep, dark blue, looking like they can see right through you. He has a bored expression on his face most of the time, the only exception is when he is in battle, only then he shows his creepy grin, and given that he can act like a ghost, he scares his enemies long enough to get rid of them.

Personality: He is bored most of the time, just trying to live a normal life. He rarely steals, wich is rare for someone for his ability. The only change from his boredom is when he fights. Then he turns into a creepy, grinning maniac that tries to spook out his victom to make it more easy to kill. He stays away from most psychics.

History: He was a normal child at first, and every one at the lab thought so too. That all changed when he accidentaly walked through a door. He panicked and started to run through walls to escape. He has always blamed the division for that night, the night they injected his brothers and sisters with the sample, wich all turned out to have no powers, who all died for nothing. That night he swore he would avenge them, and soon.

Weapons: He carries one or two daggers inside his clothing, wich changes alot due to the division tracking him.

Name: Nathan Rendel

Age: 21

Power: Shifter

Power Abilities:
No contact creation: Allows Nathan to create illusions without the use of any physical objects
Self shifting: Nathan can change the look of his own body. But only the look of it.

Appearance: Lean, yet a little on the muscly side. Very tall, standing a daunting 6'11" figure. Dark, shadowy eyes like he hasn't had enough sleep. Steely, blue eyes. A drawn, low face however he would often change his face while awake to something more trusting. Long, black hair that's a little scraggly and unwashed. A little bit of 5 o'clock shadow. Pale skin. Overall, looks like he's 31, not 21. Keeps a simple, grey pen that he has an obsession for spinning.

Usually wears things that are inconspicuous in a crowd.

Personality: Very quiet. Will keep to himself a lot of the time until someone comes and talks to him. Will never spark conversation, yet is eager to communicate. Beats himself up for this and sometimes goes into bouts of depression. Beside from this, not very moody at all and is very stable. The only thing pointedly weird about him is his obsession with his pen and spinning it. Excellent at his ability but doesn't like to show it.

History: Was immediately taken into the Himitsu Organization when his powers were shown at 6 years of age. No memory of his parents so Nathan relies on the organization to give him purpose. They gave him an education and a family. When the other broke off, Nathan remained. He is always seen a loyal contributor to the cause.

Age : 14

Power : Watcher

Power Abilities : Tracking - He can see clear visions of the future, whether it be 30 seconds or two weeks from now.
Individual Tracking - He can see specific visions of one person's future within physical contact of person. He has honed this skill slightly, he can see a person's future by the thought of the person, seeing as this is a newly acquired skill he can only see small glimpses.

Appearance - He stands at 5'3'', brunette shoulder length hair, and two distinctive bangs that falls next his eyes slightly, framing his face. He has a light complexion with few freckles sprinkled across his cheeks. His light blue eyes are his more outstanding quality. He wears a black hoody, with white clouds, which are is a little to big for him so his sleeves hang at his side underneath he has a plain white shirt. He has on a pair of old jeans, with a few holes in them, and has a white/black sneakers on. He carries around a notebook, he can't remember most visions so he draws them down; according to him his drawings are "exceptional"

Personality - He is quiet most of the time, but is very excitable. But for a child he is quite intelligent. When meeting new people, that he can trust of course, he reveals a different personality; he will be outgoing, childish, happy-go-lucky, and will have a great big grin on. Knowing that he isn't exactly gullible, he realizes that there a sadistic people out there, and he won't be trusting to a lot of people.

History - At the very young age of 4, he has taken when he started predicting future events that came true. Division wanted to harness and increase his physic ability, so they had his memory wiped so he had no recollection of his parents or childhood. At 8 he escaped and lived on his own, growing up on his own, he was practically forced to learn to defend himself, and a kindly elder thought him basic martial arts. In order to get money, and food, he used his ability in fixed games, and still was able to win most of them. He keeps his ability a secret, and called himself "lucky" in order to remain a secret.

Name: Thomas Fowler

Age: 20

Power: Mover

Power Abilities: Apparition Fist: Hand-to-hand Combat style. He uses his fist with his Mover ability to do extra damage.
Push: This allows him to push objects away from him or control objects from long distances.

Appearance: Thomas stands at 5'9", shaggy red hair, and brown eyes. He usually sports a pair of black goggles around his neck. Thomas wears a black button-up shirt that's usually buttoned down and he wears a pair of dark blue jeans, that looks like that was his only pair of cloths, with a red tie and white shirt underneath. Thomas usually has a smile on his face.

Personality: Thomas is the creepy part of optimistic. Always smiling no matter what, house burns down, someone dies, he gets hurt, always smiling. Thomas is always talkative, annoying others with his words and he dribbles on about the little things. He usually gets his ass handed to him for talking to much. Thomas uses sarcasm a lot and always is rude about it.

History: At the age of 10 Thomas was already running from the Division with his five year old brother. When he turned fifteen the Division caught up with them, severely wounding Thomas the Division took his little brother. Waking up a week later he found that his wounds were healed. For the last five years he has been around the world looking for his little brother and the division. But around his nineteenth birthday a new pair of Sniffs came, with a lot of back-up. After the fight, Thomas was left standing only with his right arm crippled and unusable.

Weapons: Dual 10mm
