I added a temp for EC, I did mine as example:

Name: Ganondorf Dragmire

Dark World Form: Retain his form through the Triforce of Power; or can chose to transform into one of his numerous Ganon form
Background Story: After his defeat at the hand of Link at the end of the Twilight Crisis, Ganondorf’s consciousness, his inner being managed to survive, and after deviating during hundreds, maybe even thousands of years, arrived at the Sacred Realm. There, the whole Triforce had reunited after abandoning him, then the death of the Zelda and Link of his time. Upon touching it, similarly to how his alternate self did in Ocarina of Time, the Triforce divided into three pieces, what nevertheless had for effect to change the Sacred Realm into the Dark World. The Triforce had been enough for him to get back his physical appearance, but having failed to get it as a whole he couldn’t do a wish, the one to return to Hyrule and conquer it. Nevertheless, from the Dark World, he plotted and drawn to him all evil force to Hyrule, that became more and more numerous.
Someday, Vaati appeared in Hyrule, like he did in The Minish Cap. Ganondorf who was going to attack soon delayed his plans and contacted Vaati, stopping him from doing his attack and convincing him to join his side. He upgraded his plans and used Vaati as his right hand man before launching the attack against Hyrule.
Others: Ganondorf remains to the Dark World for now.

No, they're not all taken. Zelda is taken by Yeshall, but for Link it still depends what keyblader! is going to chose, since he seemed to hesitate between him and an OC.

As for the two others, Ganondorf is taken but not Vaati (I'll powerplay Vaati until someone takes him)

^^ Yeah, don't worry. Even if you're an OC, you'll still be important, one of the point of the RP is that Link alone (as well as Zelda and Midna) would be unable to stop Ganondorf this time.

Appearance: Douver is taller than most Skull-Kids, and like the others of his race he wears a mask, the mask of truth. He also has patches of purple. Other than that he looks like a typical Skull-Kid[majoras mask type]

Personality: Douver struggles with talking; he also have no freinds. This lack of freinds has made him cold, and ruthless. He doesn't understand emotions of other creatures and feels that everybody else are monsters, he got this from people thinking he was a monster. But this has taught him that you need to be cautious of peoples appearances; or they will deceive you. The thing he has bonded with is his fairy Dix and other creatures that lurk in nature.
Biography: Douver is actually a Shieka; a cunning-intellectual, and bitter one. He thought he was the best of everything; advancing in Sheiken dark magic and combat. He was arrogant, only doing missions from Hylian Lords. One day a forest-spirit saw him looking down-upon and even making fun of a group of Deku's. The spirit got angry and turned Douver into a Skull-Kid, but he was different: Skull-Kids were only Kokori children before. He was a new breed; but now he coul'nt show his face or Hylians would harass him. So he looked for a cure; he eventually found word of a elderly oracle who could perform miracles. But she was hidden in a old temple, this didn't discourage Douver; he walked strait into the temple. While there he fought monsters, and found a fairy. Dix was his name; he wanted to find the oracle so she could find his brother. Douver finally found the Elder at the bottom of the temple, blessing it for survival against the monsters. Her wish became true, Douver rescued her. Turns out she thought she would find a specific item at the bottom of the temple. But there was nothing; she thanked Douver. She tried to perform he miracle magic on him, nothing happened. The spell was binding to his spirit, she was able to find Dix's brother. So to repay Douver she gave him the Season Rod, since without the specific item the rod could'nt reach it's true potential. Dix still felt sad for Douver and promised that she would help Douver until he becomes a Sheika again.
