Rising Tales: The Travelers Soul

The year 2008, the month November 26. are digging of a old mine has lead us to a weird ancient book. It seems to be made out of a indestructable element of paper for the fact we have tried to burn it and rip it.
There is good news though we have decoded the title of the book its name Rising Tales. At first we thought this was a strange name for a book but the more we looked at it the more it became clear that there was more then one story in it the first tale however has been completely decoded thanks to certain technology. The story is of a strange boy and girl working with other strange characters with the powers of souls called Ultima that are used to create certain forms of appearance and power to stop a force bent on destroying the world for reasons unknown. I have decided to read this book tonight to learn if this book maybe based on real events but so far I am not real sure. The seating seems to be from the mediveal times almost.


The Ultima: Stone orbs possessed with the power of the elemental spirits of Fire, Water, Air, Metal, Earth, Phantasm, Thunder, Light and Darkness when used by one the body of the user is transformed into a different form and given the powers of the element depending on the orbs power source.

Power sources.
Human source: Give the user a armored look enabling the power of focused attacks and summoning of great soul fusion attacks.

Beast source: Gives the user the power of berserk feelings and great strength enabling the animalistic attacks of great preportion.

Cross fusion: The ability of using two orbs at once creating a newer stat of fused attacks very dangerous on the users body though and could end up killing one if limits pushed to much.

Soul Fusion: A sacried art only known by monks and Nomads. Fusing two people to form a completely new person while in there Ultima forms the result. A stranger powerhouse of unlimited attack techniques when two cross fusion people try this the result is unknown.

The Creature: Its name is unknown all that is truely known is it was once human until the person tried to fuse all the elements together human and beast alike.

Kingdoms of the time

Hilatal: A kingdom known for its peaceful ways most filled with water Ultima users with the great powers of healing.

Monhoa: A kingdom feared by all for it young crazy ruler known for great blood shed in battle mostly Fire ultima users.

Totema: A kingdom ruled by monks also the only place were the art of Soul fusion can be learned. Mostly Earth ultima users.

Nokasj: A kingdom of science were technology is at its finest and were the abilty Cross fusion was founded. Mostly Thunder Ultima users.

Pastam: Kingdom of Joyful ruling this kingdom is hidden in a great fog that has killed many soldiers and killers by starvation and thirst. Not much else is known about this kingdom but is to be said ruled by Phantasm ultima users.

Then he got his stones.

He took one night. That's all it took. He killed most of his family, and the leader of Monhoa, seizing the position for himself. Leader at age 19, ruling by fear. His objective is to kill. Everything.

Weapon: Dawning Black: A long slender katana, it has a grayish blade with a black handle. It has the ability to creat waves of negitive energy when swinged. It also can increase in size by the command of Kairo. And to a certain point when the sword is so large it will split up into two seperate blades. One has a white-greyish blade with a black-redish handle. And the other blade is a bitch black with a white-deep sky blue handle/hilt. When these blades are split up into two seperate blades it allows Kairo to have even more power plus his original power.

Personality: Kai always tends to keep everything about him a secret, but when he does show some sort of emotion, it is always his moody side, and Kai has no good side he is angry 24/7

Bio: .Kai comes from a long line of Dark Knights, but as Dark knights live and die for some odd reason kai found himself alive even when he knows that he is not suppost to be alive, due to the fact that he has always been the superior Dark knight in all the land. And to make matters worce, Kai was offered the chance to be a leader of a nation, but kai refused, "I rather be dead then lead something of someone else's offer, so go screw yourself"

After tellign off the royal guard Kai returned to his role as the feircest Dark knight in all the land.
Pet: ryano: Ryano is the most fierce black unicorn in all the land and only lets the fiercest riders to ride on its back, but the only one that it allows it to ride on Ryano is Kai the fiercest Dark Knight of all the land, a perfect fit.

Ryano has the ability to fire massive dark beams out of its horn, also it can combine with Kai to give him a more beastly appearance.

Kairano: The combined form of Kai and ryano when they feel that they need to combine to a more evil presence. The powers of the new form of Kairano is unknown, but it is known through out the kingdoms, but mostly in the Kingdom of Pastam, the being is known to hold the power of both light and darkness.


The main aspect of Kairano is the White skull figurine on his right shoulder, that is said to shoot spirits of the dead in a white beam form. And the new blade is said to summon many creatures from the depths of the underworld. Kairano is the ultimate force of evil that can always come back from the dead a thousand times stronger, and even more unpure then the last time. the most unique feature about Kairano is the powers that lies within it. Only to be awoken, in the time of need.


the hidden power that comes from Kairano is that even greater then that of the Creature. It is said if Kairano takes control of more than 3 ultima stones, then the world will be doomed for all eternity.The hidden power of Kairano, is complete darkness, that is the true nature of Kairano.

Name: Takeshi Storm

Age: 13

Class: Ronin

Weapon Two gunkatanas called heaven and earth. Because of the shape of the gunkatana( see weapon for pic) when it fires it fires like a rifle. The katanas are made out of the hardest metal known to man and are indestructable.

Ultima stones: Stone of Phantasam: human powered
Stone of thunder: beast powered.

Looks: Takeshi Storm (without the headband).

Personality: Takeshi is playful and loud. He usually screams in every sentence but can get angry very quickly. He always wants to prove himself to someone and always shows off. Though he doesnt show it he is very intelligent and is the yougest person in his family to master the family kendo style. Takeshi has a great sense of judgement and is very reliable.

Bio: Takeshi was born as the heir to the Storm clan, his father being the current leader of the clan. He was forced to practice kendo and he even advanced it making three new techniques for it. For this he was praised and respected all throughout his clan. Takeshi was living his dream, well at least for three months. Their clan, although the most famous and powerful kendo clan, had a rival clan the Yoni clan. They ambushed the Storm clan and nearly destroyed it. Now all the surviving members are in hiding and planning to overthrow the Yoni.

other: Takeshi also has a pet kitten named Uri.

Uri: Uri is Takehshi's pet kitten that has a several speacial abilities. Uri is nice to almost everyone but Takeshi, getting angry whenever Takeshi doesn't give her food. Takeshi has to give Uri a fish every couple of hours or else Uri would go on a rampage. Uri has the special ability to transform into a leapord at will. In leo form as Takeshi calls it, Uri is one of the fastest things in the world. She can also shoot red flames from her paws.

Weapon: Nephandora carries a staff through which she can wield her powers of water. She keeps the staff with her at all times, although its presence isn’t always necessary.

Looks: Nephandora.

Personality: Nephandora is a very stern and private ruler. She absolutely does not tolerate interference in her land. The ways of Hilatal are kept close by her and she won’t take advice or judgement from anyone. Although she is a fierce leader Nephandora treats her people fairly and makes it her main goal to keep her land safe for all.

Bio: Nephandora was born and raised in a wealthy, but modest family. She was one of two kids of the ruling family of Hilatal. Her older brother unfortunately, was killed in battle when Nephandora was still young. So when it was time to pass the reign of Hilatal on, she became the leader. Ever since she has kept constant peace and easy living in Hilatal.
