All right, I have been watching a tv show for a while called Jeremiah, and I am out of RP ideas, so I'm making a Jeremiah RP.

Storyline: A post-apocalyptic world following "The Big Death," a mysterious but devastating plague which claimed the lives of billions of people -- everyone above the age of puberty.

The world, for this generation of lost children, was shattered forever when they were forced to bury their parents. Life has become a bleak and seemingly soulless attempt to stay alive - to plunder, forage or barter for food and clothes and to seek out the sordid and fleeting pleasures that briefly distract them from their lives of terror and savage desperation.

Fifteen years have gone by since the world "ended" -- literally for one generation, the surviving children who were immune to "The Big Death" and old enough to remember it.

Bio : Before "The Big Death", his life was like an army boot camp. His father was a general in the army, and treated Kevin like a soldier, rather then a son. Kevin thinks of his father as 'the General' rather then his actual father, and thinks of his loving mother as his only parent. He had the misfortune of watching his mother die as a result of the plague. Kevin now believes that he should thank his father in the afterlife, for teaching him to be a soldier and how to survive on his own.

Name: Jyou "Lockmaster" McCord
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance: Hair is the colour of dried blood, and he's wearing a Hakama (the thing Pocky wears in Pocky and Rocky and what Kenshin wears, but with a different colour shirt) that's white and black. Carries around throwing daggers as well as other types of knives. His eyes are a Steel-gray.
Bio: No one really seems to know just where he came from, but he knows Japanese. Happens to be a master thief (hence the "Lockmaster" nickname). Rarely speaks of his family.

Bio :She was an orphan from the start and never had the pain of losing family. The orphanage she lived in had bee na bad one that abused the children. She had been the oldest there and protected the yougner ones, she suffered from it going mute. Or so everyone thinks. She jsut doesn't talk anymore but it seems like she went mute.

OOC: We can start after we get a couple more people, but I forgot to mention that this story takes place in America. And there isn't a lot of technology that still works, since there was havoc when "The Big Death" was going around. So, there are guns and knives and stuff, but not much in the way of electricity.

OOC: Let's get started and then people can join while we RP

IC:
The rain fell to the ground, relentlessly, as if the sky itself was crying. The cities and towns had almost dissappeared entirely, the only civilization were small towns and villages. The rest was all forest. This was the new world, the result of a plague that wiped out everyone over the age of innocense.
Moving between towns, Kevin drove a truck that looked like it had seen better days, but it was the best he had. He had been driving through the forest for what seemed like a lifetime, no sign of life, not even an animal. Kevin hated days like this, when he felt alone. But he was always alone, and that is what he needed to stay alive. Others were a liability and will eventually get you killed. Those were the words of his father, the General. But that was the General's view, not Kevins.
"Scr*w that..."
Kevin said to nobody in particular, thinking out loud.

Faye was deeper in the woods her bare feet dipped in a creeks cold water. She would be humming but she hadn't spoken since she was three. She held infront of her a silver chain with a wolf head pendent hanging off of it. She had found it years ago while salvaging she had cleaned it up and has worn it since. She loved to look at it though.

"Allright, lesse. First we slice this, then that, take those off... Now twist 'em together and..." The motorcycle's engine roared to life as the "Lockmaster" quickly pulled his hands away from the ignition wires. "There! Now I just need to find somewhere to get s'me food. This is a perfect excuse a road trip!"

He mounted the bike and drove off thinking, 'Okaasama would hate what I've become. She'd prolly blame it on Kei-san' little sister. He laughed at the thought and continued on his way.

Hearing the sounds of moter vehicles she quikly gather her stuff. She slipped on her vans over her barefeet still wet and climbed her way up a tree curling up in a notch waiting for the noise to pass.
