you should post your story idea, and your character template, in the roleplaying section. Then if people sign up/submit template's and you accept enough to have a good rp, you make a thread in CANON Roleplay or Original Roleplays. For this one it would go in Cannon b/c this is already an idea/anime. But you probably don't have to make a new thread just edit your post later, for the rp after you make a sign up thread. I may sign up for this rp if it sounds cool.
