The element of Time was already taken by Luxord, and everyone from Part 1 got pissed at me for being 'super-powerful', and I think that having control over the flow of time would make your character too powerful in a similar sort of way. I still got hit and stuff, but I just defended it well, but it seems like you could simply go back and change your position and avoid the attack altogether, not to mention continually rewinding a situation and tweaking it till it comes out how you like it.

KH1 Sephy is hard. There's no denying that.
Kurt Zisa is a pain even on level 100 on Expert Difficulty.

And from what I've seen the Lingering Sentiment does indeed seem very difficult.
