Overpowered and well explained are different things. I explained all of my abilites, and moves, and made sure I didn't have some corny ass shikai and bankai that looks like a spin off of another canon Bleach character. I have said this to you befoe Raiden, For what its worth you are skilled enough to avoid an encounter, so my character shouldn't matter to you as is, unless of course we are on opposing sides, and then there needed to be a clash. Either get with it, or just don't post. People were glad you left, but damn don't come back and act like a bitch who go down faster than a 5 cent hoe!!!!!......

[Chaotic Misery]

Name: Hitsugaya Syra

Age: appears to be 17/real age is unknown

Gender: Male

Personality: Syra is confident, but without being cocky. He never second-guesses himself, and makes it a priority to be informed and to be right. He seems to have a sadistic sense of humor at times, and respects only the rest of the Gotei 13. He can be just as manipulative as the next person. He's always cool and calm, making it almost impossible to put pressure on him, in or out of battle. It also seems like he's always one step ahead...

Items:

Moble Phone: vital tool for any shinigami stationed in the real world, this variation on a mobile phone functions both as a regular phone and as a communication line with Soul Society. It receives information about the time and exact location of a hollow's emergence via Global Positioning System (GPS). A shinigami's kills are also recorded in the phone and can be used as currency (according to the bounty placed on each hollow).

Zanpakto:

Name: Benisayuri (Crimson Lily)

Sealed Form: pic in appearance

Shikai Phrase: Aburu, Benisayuri! (Scorch, Crimson Lily)

Shikai: Metal portion of the blade ignites, creating a searing field of heat several inches from the edge. The fire doesn't harm the user, but any other object risks becoming a torch/melting. The hilt guard sprouts roots and grows onto the arm itself, up to the elbow. The roots help with the grip and are fireproof, but otherwise have no specific purpose.

Shikai abilities: The flame that surrounds the blade is very intense, able to slice through metal and flesh with fairly little effort. Objects and people with high reiatsu resist the effect. The higher the reiatsu, the harder it is to cut through, but all levels feel incredible heat. The blade can also throw the fire as a quickly moving beam several inches wider than the blade itself. Doing so removes the fire effect, but the weapon can be easily be reignited by squeezing the hilt hard.

Bankai Phrase: Mabushii Benisayuri (Blazing Sun: Radiant Crimson Lily)

Bankai: The metal blade melts into the lily hilt guard. The roots spread from elbow on, coating the entire body and sink in. The body then ignites, giving off incredibly high temperatures. Fire surrounds the body completely. Delicate wings emerge from the users back, resembling lily petals. Despite their frail appearance, they are fully functional. The eyes begin pouring out light, becoming completely white. This does not affect vision, but combined with the flaming aura and wings, it gives the user a strange, inhuman appearance.

Bankai abilities: The body becomes partially converted into fire, granting it total immunity to heat (except reiatsu based fire from someone stronger than the user). The user radiates incredibly high temperatures out to 50 meters, making even standing nearby a serious trial. The user can generate fireballs and sheets of flame at will and mentally control them. The wings allow flight as well. The user can sculpt the fire into a new sword if so desired. This sword mimics the abilities of the shikai, although the heat is obviously more intense.

The bankai has a dangerous extra power that can be mastered. By calling out the word Sanetsu(Overheat!), the bankai heat loses its natural safety limits. The 50-meter region steadily becomes hotter and hotter, but the real danger is formed within a small, one-foot sphere in front of the user. This region increases in temperature at a phenomenal rate, to the point where the air becomes plasma. The bankai is stretched to its limits containing this colossal temperature. The sphere is then tossed. Once it collides with a solid or liquid, it explodes, sending the plasma flying everywhere. As it explodes, the loss of insulation cools it very rapidly, but the heat is still likely to be several thousand of degrees by the time the shrapnel of the blast hits something. The plasma will not harm the user due to the bankai natural heat immunity, but the attack is very likely to cause extreme damage to the area and even friends. Once this form one attack is used, the bankai will forcibly shut down, knocking the user out to prevent damage to the body.

Devision/Rank: 5th Division Captain

Kido: Syra does not truly know kido but, he is able to use Shunpo. He relies more on his melee skills.

Shunpo aka Flash Steps: Shunpo corresponds to a "haste" or "boost" skill, allowing a Shinigami to move his body within a certain distance at hyperspeed. Yoruichi, the ex-special forces commander, earned the title of Shunshin ("God of Flash") due to her mastery of the skill to the point of appearing to be in multiple places at once. Syra has mastered Shunpo to such a high extent that he is faster then Yoruichi.

Vizard Abilities: Syra has all the usual Vizard abilities but, with Syra's mastery of Shunpo, he can move fast enough where there are actually 50 Syra's at one time. His ability to withstand bodily harm is very high and his strength is vast.

Cero are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from the mouth or hand.

Bala is a weaker but quicker alternative to the regular cero attack. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a cero blast.

Bio: Syra is the elder brother of Toshiro. Syra was born several years before Toshiro before dying and ending up in the Rukongai, District 1. upon reaching the Rukongai, he and his brother befriended a girl named Momo Hinamori. Though Toshiro and Momo were only best friends, Syra wanted her to be something more.

Only a year later, Syra was attacked by a crazy hollow that thought it would get away with breaking into Soul Society. Syra happened be by that day and was attacked. It was only near death that Syra's spiritual powers and pressure was brought to the surface. When this happened, Syra's zanpakto formed and the hollow wasn't able to move due to Syra's spiritual pressure being high. He then easily slayed the hollow but, this wouldn't be the last time he faced a hollow problem because this hollow had infected him with something powerful.

After that confortation, Byakuya Kuchiki noticed Syra had the potential to become more powerful then himself from the force of Syra's spiritual pressure. He offered Syra the position as his apprentice. Knowing the hollow could attack Momo or Toshiro, Syra took the offer mainly to protect Momo because he had a feeling Toshiro was going to join the academy which he did.

Syra began training with Byakuya for 20 years, becoming stronger each passing day. During those long 20 years, Syra befriended Rukia. They were nothing more then good friends. It was in those twenty years that Syra was constantly hearing a voice speak to him about death and tru power. He had always ignored the voice but, it was starting to sound better and better. Syra had already mastered his Shikai, his Shunpo was unbelieveable even being faster then Byakuya and he was working on aquiring his bankai.

In only five years, Syra learned how to unleash his Bankai. He mastered it in the next ten years after becoming a vice-captain to Sosuke Aizen of 5th Division. It was soon that Syra was sent on a mission to Karakura Town to take down a Vizard that was causing trouble. When Syra finally met with the Vizard, his hollow powers was sensed by the Vizard. This is when Syra's masked appeared on hisface and he learned everything about his hollow and his newfound powers.

Syra regained control, rippied his mask off and defeated the Vizard. After learning so much, he decided to hide his Hollow mask from everyone but, secretly train with it. He returned to Soul Society and the years passed by normally. Syra's powers progressed further then anyone could imagine and Aizen was even stunned at how strong Syra had become. Toshiro was perplexed on how Syra had become so strong.

After Aizen left, Syra was named Captain of the 5th Division and Momo was his Vice-captain. Syra and Momo are nothing more then friends. Things are looking up to him.

Name: Ceon Ishida

Age: 21 (Actually he is in his thousands, even near Daaku's age)

Personality: Ceon is a rather cheery fellow to be with, and very amiable to boot. He has a love for the good life- wild parties, beautiful women, good buddies, and enough alcohol to put down the whole lot of them. He also has a love for a good fight with anyone that's willing to take him on, and although he fights fiercely and as best he can, Ceon's always willing to be a good sportsman, regardless of whether he wins or loses. Although he's competitive, he also knows when to tone down his need to prove himself through physical action, and is almost always ready to smooth-talk himself out of a situation if the need arises. Though some of his peers define him as "a little shifty," Ceon is a very genuine and all-around good-natured fellow.

Biography:

Human years: Ceon was born during the middle ages in Japan. He was the great descendant to Uryu Ishida. During these years, Ceon was the first Quincy to ever live. He fought hollow and created the moves that Quincy. He trained Quincy and was the first Quincy to fight a Shinigami. Through a hard fought battle, he defeated the shinigami and learned that he needed to be stronger. He needed more knowledge, his skill needed to increase, and he needed to gain a newfound strength he didn't have.

After many years of brutal training, he gained a new power in the form of a new bow. He had also created the Senrei Gloves. Before he had the chance to use to master this glove, he was attacked by his own student, and killed before his time. Upon waking, he was in another world, the Soul Society.

Shinigami years:

Instantly Ceon knew he was dead. He was now in the spirit world. Finding a life there, Ceon lived by himself. Around the time he appeared, the Shinigami Academy was still in it's early stages, and Yamato was not even born yet. Ceon's spiritual pressure was massive and he needed to learn to control it much better, so he decided to go to the Shinigami Academy. He entered around the same time that Daaku had joined. Going through the academy, Ceon learned quick and his old days as a Quincy were of help too. He was like Aizen, adept in every catergory. For this he was placed in the top class with various others.

Resurrection:

Quincy Years: He was resurrected as the baby of Soken Ishida, the brother of Ryuken Ishida and uncle of soon to be Uryu Ishida.

Quincy Gear:

Quincy cross (滅却十字, mekkyaku jūji?)[10] — Standard equipment for any Quincy, the Quincy Cross acts as the focus for a Quincy bow. The cross need not necessarily be in a cross shape, as Ryūken's cross is a pentacle. Ceon's cross is shaped like a star.

Sanrei glove (散霊手套, sanrei shutō?) — The sanrei glove is a powerful Quincy artifact that can increase a Quincy's power exponentially, but requires a dangerous and exhausting type of resistance training (wearing it for a week while constantly firing spiritual arrows) to master. The glove works by scattering the spirit particles in the surrounding area, making it much harder to form a working bow. If a Quincy can summon a bow and use it for the required amount of time, they will have undergone a massive increase in power. When removed, however, the glove will release the user's energy all at once - first transforming them into a being of tremendous strength, and then forcing their Quincy powers to gutter out completely.

Seele Schneider (魂を切り裂くもの（ゼーレシュナイダー）, Zēre Shunaidā?, German and Japanese for "soul cutter") — The Seele Schneider is a thin, sword-shaped arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles.[11] The Seele Schneiders Uryū uses are stolen from a secret storage room under Karakura hospital.

Abilities:

Hirenkyaku (飛廉脚, Hirenkyaku? lit. "flying screen step/god step", "flying bamboo-blind leg" in the Viz translation) — Analogous to the shinigami flash steps or the arrancar sonido, the Quincy hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Uryū Ishida it is faster than flash steps, though Mayuri Kurotsuchi's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most arrancar and shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Mayuri compliments Uryū on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it's difficult to master.

Mashin Hiren-A special advanced form of Hirenkyakyu that Ceon created himself. It follows the same basic principles of hirenkyakyu only it allows the wielder to go faster, move higher and longer then the average hirenkyakyu technique. With a seemingly unlimited potential the greatest cap on this ability comes from the users own body. Using Mashin Hiren for a long period of time causes the users body to start being torn apart, however the pain created generally makes user stop before this happens. However Ceon's body is said to be so powerful that this drawback has little affect on him. Regardless of what happens using Mashin Hiren at all is straining on the human body and takes a lot out of the user.

Ransōtengai (乱装天傀, Ransōtengai? lit. "heavenly wild puppet suit", "disheveled paradise puppet" in the Viz translation) — Ransōtengai is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow old Quincy to fight effectively, and is rare enough that Mayuri had never encountered a Quincy (out of the 2661 that he examined or studied) who could use it before Uryū.

Bakuretsu Misairu: This skill allows Ceon to fire a special arrow that will detonate with considerable force upon impact. These exploding arrows can make short work of a hollow's mask, or damage several smaller targets at once. The spiriton drain required to use this special skill is somewhat higher than that of a normal bolt, as more spiritons are packed into a small area, causing the bolt to be unstable. In addition, if the bolt were struck before firing, it could detonate prematurely, causing problems for Ceon and any in the direct vicinity. This skill can be combined with Binding Missile, though at a much higher cost.

Ketsugou Misairu: This art changes the function of Ceon's arrows significantly. Firstly, these are arrows with a high degree of penetration. Second, instead of piercing an opponent and dispelling immediately, the arrows persist. When they penetrate the target, they become lodged inside them, and they remain there. As they are lodged in place, it is possible that the arrows could cause additional damage should they shift. Also, if removed forcefully, they would cause additional damage as well. If fired properly, the bolts could possibly pin a target to a nearby object or another target, though this would require specific circumstances and impeccable aim. The energy required to use this skill is more than that of a standard projectile, but Ceon can sustain a numerous amount of these arrows for a long period of time. Also, if Ceon combines this skill with Exploding Missile, then the arrows are able to penetrate deeper and have a delay before exploding, This potentially allows for greater destructive capability while fighting powerful hollows.

Kaimetsutekken: By concentrating the surrounding Spiritrons into a thick, condensed layer, the user is able to form a sort of "brass knuckles" type barrier over their hands. With the use of this technique, a Quincy is capable of fighting unarmed when in the worst case scenario of not being able to use their weapon.

Shin'iryoku (Modified): This ability leans more towards a defensive approach rather than offensive. By simply "coating" a layer of Spiritrons over part of the user's body, one is able to extend the limits of weapon creation. Ceon has the ability to create a barrier all around his body for defense. This barrier is quite powerful and looks solid instead of looking like a mass of Spiritrons.

Other: Ceon is the strongest Quincy ever. It is said that he has massive power seeing as he was the main factor in the war with Shinigami. With just one arrow, he felled several shinigami. He is known to all Shinigami, Arrancer, Vizard, Bount, and Quincy as being powerful.

Scary. Everyone has such big templates...its going to take me ages to finish my template ^_^ I think its a bad template so if anyone has any suggestions on a way to make it better just say so. It's defenitly the longest I have writen and as you can probs tell I can't spell ^_^]

Personality: Sakura can be quiet or loud. Her moods differ all of the time. Sakura can ussaully sound very cold and straight forward but deep down she is feeling pain. She wants to break through the barrear that is holding her back from being who she used to be. Sometimes Sakura feels her old self coming back but it changes soon after. When Sakura is angry she can be pretty peed off. When ever Sakura is sad she finds it better to be with herself but often seeks comfort from others. When Sakura is happy, you can often find her jumping around or trying to make someone else happy. When she is with other people she tried her best to smile and look happy. And sometimes she is. When Sakura is in a fight she can be very serious and will not let anything get past her.

Status: Soul Reaper

Appearance: Sakura has shoulder lenght black hair with little tips of red running through. Her style of hair has always been a large side fringe with straight hair. Also with to strands of hair sticking up from the top of her head. Her eyes are a stunning shade of green. Almost the same as the grass. Her face has a slim figure with a small nose. She has a cream/pale skin colour. When not in her Soul Reaper uniform, Sakura is often seen in a mini skirt, Singlet and knee high leather boots with buckles on the side. All of the colour black. Sakura has a slim figure and enjoys showing it off. Sakura stands 5'4 tall. When Sakura is happy her smile is radient and can light up the sky, her laugh is sweet like a chocalate bar and her eyes are as bright as the sun.

Weapon: Zanpakto.

Name: Shadows Fall

Sealed Form: The Zanpakto does not change much from a normal one except for the blade turns black and has strips of red all around.

Shikai Phrase: 'Lend me the minds of those in Soul Socitity. Lend me their strenght!' [Sorta corney but oh well ^_^]

Shikai: Once Sakura yells out her Shikai Phase imedditly her Zanpakto dissapears and returns as two seperate Zanpatos. Sakura does'nt need to hold her Zanpakto because she can control them with her mind. The blade of her Zanpaktos have two different colours. The base colour is blue and the patterns around the blade is a darker shade. The hilts turn black and red. Because Sakura is using her mind all the time she is in Shikai form her eyes turn a clear colour and her vision is gone. Her senses become much better during the time her eyes are clear. Sakura's outfit is now completely white.

Shikai abilities: Sakura Shikia ables her to use telekanisi. The following is what she is able to do:
1) Sakura is able to use her Zanpaktos only using her mind.
2) With a swip of her hand she is able to move, pick up or throw small objects.
3) With a slight movment with her head she is able to move, pick up or throw large objects.
4) Sakura can also push back certine objects. But if they have to much force behind them and wieghs more then double her size, she is unable to move them.
5) Sakure is able to use her power to use an item to trip over her enimies which repals them into the air.

The following power Sakura has not yet mastered and will learn later on in the RPG:

6) If Sakura can consintrait long enough she is able to crush her enimies body, but as a side affect she is drained and cannot use her Shikai for a medium time period. This also means she will need to weild her Zanpakto in her hands.


Bankai Phrase: 'The thoughts of those who have past on ring through my head. I will do anything to make those voices go away. Even if that means destroying you!'

Bankai: Once Sakura yells her Bankai Phase her Zanpakto shatter into a million peices and come back as two. Sakura is now in a black and red skin tight dress. The dress is a square cut with shoulder straps that are about 3 inches wide. The dress is cut of at the middle of her thighs. The shoulder straps and the patterns on her dress are a luscious red colour. As for the rest of the dress is black. The patterns on Sakura's dress are ment to mean something but Sakura is unknown to them yet. The blade of her Zanpakto's are now a silver colour and the hilt is completly black.

Bankai abilities:These are the abilities that Sakura can use, using Telepathy while using Bankia:
1) Sakura is able to talk telepathicly to who ever she wishes. But if the enimie is too strong and have a mind shield. She has to use alot of power to at least make a small crack through.
2) Sakura can read others thoughts and can sence danger from afar.
3) Sakura can put herself in anothers vision(see through anothers eyes) to watch and hear what is going on. Sakura will only use this action when she is either lost or needs to tell others what is happening to their compainions.

The following two are for her telepathy power, but she will gain this use later on in the RPG:

4) If an allie/enimie is unconsice, Sakura is able to pull out there soul(if they have one) only for 3 minutes to talk to them.
5) With an extrem amount of consiontration, Sakura is able to crush the mind. As a side affect, Sakura is immeditly knocked out and is unable to use her telepathy for a long time period. To use this power Sakura can not use either of her abbilities. Although Sakura hates this power, she will only use it when drastic messures are called for.

History

Human: Sakura lived a good happy life. Her family were nice and caring. He friends were always ther for her. School was a easy untill she entered High School. In High School, Sakura met her first boyfriend. The relation was perfect...in her eyes. Her boyfriend was a big trouble maker and loved his fast cars. Beging the rich boy he was. On his 17th birthday his father bought him a rather expensive car and his first thought was to take his girlfriend for a thrill ride. And a frill ride he sure gave her. Jumping out of her window, Sakura made her way to the car. It looked beautiful and very fast. Sakura was happy to see her High School sweet heart and was looking forward for the joy ride. Sakura's boyfriend took them to an empty warehouse were they sat for hours talking and spending time together. The couple got into a conversation that Sakura didn't like. Her boyfriend insisted that they talk about it but Sakura decieded that she wanted to go home. The two kept fighting in the car, the music was loud and all you could hear were smiggets of the argument. Sakura's boyfriend took his eyes off the road to look at Sakura and it was to late to notice a truck right infront of them. Ryan managed to swerve the car but only enough that he would survive. Unfortunatly Sakura lost her life in the colusion. Sakura awoke to find her body on the ground and a person in a samurai suit. The person insisted that she move on to a place called the Soul Socitity. Sakura accepted.

After life: Sakura spent her after life in an academy for training Soul Reapers. She wanted to become what saved her from a world of guilt. Sakura often went back to look at her high school sweet heart Ryan. Sakura still loves him and can never get him out of her head. It only took Sakura 4 years to pass all her classes. She was the top of every one of them. And was fast at completing them. Sakura is now a Soul Reaper with great strenght and expectation from her previous teachers. Sakura has made her way to being the Captian of the 4th division. Although it has been a tough journy. Sakura still grives for losing Ryan but is slowly getting over her lose. She has gained friends while being in the academy and holds them close.

Name: Manaphy Lycron

Status: Soul Reaper/ Shinigami

Appearance: Manaphy stands at a good 6 foot tall with a fairly slim frame, but not too slim, more like an average build; though admittedly, an average, rather lithe build. His eyes are a dazzling shade of turquoise that can somehow stare into the person's form rather eerily, and gives the feeling of being X-rayed to see if you're worthy of his attention or indeed, his presence. Manaphy has pale skin, but under bright light it gives off a strange silvery glow, adding to his almost phantasmal appearance of some regretful ghost; apt considering his species. Some say this gives him some sort of charm, as his features are quite handsome, even if his cheekbones are slightly high and his eyes usually narrow to slits. His hair, fitting in with his appearance, is silvery-blond, sometimes a snow color, spiked, and is of average length, or not getting to a length where he looks almost feminine from behind; he never lets it grow beyond a certain limit.

Since he is a criminal in the eyes of the Soul Society, Manaphy doesn’t see the point in wearing the standard shinigami uniform; it was pretty cumbersome anyway. As such, his usual choice is a short-sleeved, rather loose white T-Shirt, with the kanji for “sky” (ten) written in black taking up the space of the chest area. Over this shirt, Manaphy adopts a dark blue jacket that he usually leaves unzipped – unless there’s particularly cold weather – with the triangular halves of the collar kept down so it folds onto his lapels. Emblazoned onto the back is the kanji for “fox” (kitsune), into the center of the jacket in a mixture of red and gold fabric, with an elaborate, yakuza-style decoration surrounding it of nine golden, flowing tails tipped with crimson at the ends, encompassing the kanji 360°. Below the waist, he also wears a pair of stonewashed sky-blue jeans that hang around his legs, but don’t exactly hug them either, so they’re slightly baggy, held up by a dark-brown faux-leather belt with a silver buckle. His feet are encased in a pair of white socks, placed within a pair of rather sharp black suede shoes that look as though they’ve been polished constantly.

In terms of general decoration, Manaphy’s most defining feature is a pair of white gloves that completely obscure his hands, though they aren’t just a plain old pair; on the back of the hands is a black and white yin-yang symbol sewn into it, stopping short near the knuckles but enough to cover quite a wide area. On the fingertips, Manaphy’s gloves bear the black kanji for the five Chinese elements: fire (ka), water (mizu), wind (kaze), tree (ki), and metal (kane). Manaphy also wears a pendant of sorts around his neck that rests in front of his chest that contains numerous small, metallic charms. A more subtle form of decoration is on Manaphy’s skin on his right forearm – a tattoo resembling a tiger in jet-black ink.

Weapon: Zanpakuto

Sealed Form: His Zanpakuto in his sealed form, is much shorter than an average Zanpakuto - resembling a Kodachi more so than a Katana. Just over two-feet in length, it's scabbard and hilt-wrap are the darkest of black in hue, with a vortex-shaped tsuba of glistening silver. Nijutsume's blade is abnormally thick for an oriental weapon, at around two-inches in blade-width, and bares only slight curvature. The sheath is worn horizontally across the small of hi's back, held fast by canvas harness that disappears beneath the folds of his kimono. Despite it's shorter length, due to it's wider girth it is just as heavy as a standard Zanpakuto.

Shikai Appearance: Hiss Zanpakuto is not only one of the rare Elemental-type weapons, but also bares the unique trait of turning into a non-sword like design in it's Shikai form. Once he speaks the command phrase, he holds it horizontally before him, and grasps the end of the blade with his gloved hand. The weapon dissolves into pure white energy, and reforms on his fists as two brilliantly shiny katars. Each one is roughly twelve inches in length, with a three-point design that consists of a long, central blade used for attacking, and two jagged outward-angled blades used for hooking an opponent's weapon. The blades glimmer with traits unusual to steel, more so resembling a mirror, and are lined with tribal-like designs veined in what looked like pure gold. The hand grips are basic black steel that extend up his forearms and attach to his leather gloves, just in case he should lose his grip on the weapon.
