[Chaotic Symphony]

Alchemy. The creation of items by the fusion of 'broken' items and 'useless' items. Such an art can only be used by those trained in the arts of controlling their Mana energies. In the world of Mana, there are creatures which are the physical embodiment of the elements and energies that surround us. Fire, Wind, Ice, Thunder and so on. However, these entities cannot live without a 'host'.

Once a worthy human or halfy is born, these embodiments of Mana will search the land for him or her and create a test once said host is ready. These tests can range from a test of intelligience to a test of cunning. Once, they have bonded, the Academy of Alchemy and Mana Studies will search out and apply them to not only teach this sacred art and to control their abilities.

Name: Hukiusho

Age: 17

Personality:Hard working and very proud of his skills, he can however be too over confident and refuse cooperation from friends. Loves exploring and gather resources, deslikes classes and teorical tests. He is also loyal, honored and brave.

Appearance: Human male, short grey hair and light blue eyes, wears a blue academy uniform.

Weapon: Knives.

Abilities: Super Charge(increases stats of self or allys), Tri-cutter (Three light speed slashes), Thunder Call (lightning attack), Gale blade (wind attack), Poison myst (inflicts poison), Barrage of Blades ( creates a magical circle and multiplies his knives being able to throw more than 100)

Name: Fenello

Age: 2 years (since attained)

Personality: Quiet and powerful, suffers from summoning sickness.

Appearance: When summoned he turns into a small dark angel with metal wings and a iron helm covering it's face.

Abilities: Dark flame (fire attack), Howl (scares the enemy); Silver Wings ( shoots shards from it's wings)

Fusion appearance(When the Mana fuses him/herself with his/her host): Host gains wings

Fusion abilities(Maximum of 4) : Dash attacks, Wing Hurricane, Shredder blades.

Name: Kurisu
Age 16
Personality A pretty relaxed guy, who likes to joke around with people. He's a little shy at first, but is great to be around once you get to know him. He's a little lazy, but when an emergency shows up, he always gets the job done.
Appearance: Tall and fairly thin. He has short, brown dreadlocks (about neck length) and has dark red eyes. Usually wears a red and black T-shirt with a big pair of jeans. He picks loose-fitting clothing because of the comfort.
Weapon: A butterfly sword and two tonfa blades. The sword is black with red kanji symbols on it. They glow during alchemy. .
Abilities(A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8) 1. Wheel - He throws the butterfly sword at the enemy and it spins rapidly. 2. Supernova - He throws his two daggers. He detonates them once they've sunk into something. 3. Tear - A wind technique. After a slash of his sword, a blade of wind travels through the air, cutting whatever enemies it hits. It is not powerful enough to slice all the way through somebody though. 4. Night - A black flame converges on an enemy, causing a small explosion. 5. Tornado - (it's a very small tornado)
Other - his primary element is wind, although he has some ability in other elements. Can use his wind powers to levitate and this allows for flight, though it isn't as smooth or as fast as it would be for someone with wings.

Name: Kentaro
Age 250
Personality Loud, controlling, and fairly condescending towards humans. Despite seeming mean at first, he is much deeper than that.
Appearance A medium-sized gray wolf with cold, steel-blue eyes.
Abilities 1. (stole this one from YuYu Hakusho) Shards of winter - Launces a barrage of ice needles at his enemy 2. Lunar fang - Slices at the enemy with his claws 3. Holy - attacks with a beam of light 4. Firestorm - Launches three fireballs at the enemy
Fusion appearance(When the Mana fuses him/herself with his/her host) Kurisu's eyes turn a cold light blue and his teeth become razor sharp. He becomes surrounded by a faint white aura, which is freezing cold if you touch it.
Fusion abilities(Maximum of 4) 1. Lunar eclipse - Uses the moon to attack the enemy with a beam of intense light (holy element. in addition, it only works at night) 2. Swirling madness - A combination of tornado and shards of winter 3. Adrenaline rush - Charges directly into the enemy, covering a large distance in the blink of an eye. Takes about a second to charge up, though.

Yup, yup! I'm a big fan of the games by GUST. I just brought Mana Khemia and I'm sucked into it. AI3 and Ar Tonelico are awesome as well. <3

Template(Host)

Name - Chishio Iwai

Age - 16

Personality - Chishio is very odd. He believes in himself and his abilities to win any fight. He holds a strong obsession for music. He rather enjoys alchemy and loves experimenting on existing alchemy recipes for his own liking.

Appearance - Chishio stands at a tall 6 feet and 2 inches. His hair is a blood red and at waist-length which he ties in a spiky ponytail. The top of his head is slicked back naturally with a few spikes here and there.

His face is quite angular showing an aristocratic look. A pair of rimless glasses rest on the bridge of his nose which are modified slightly to view the elemental compostion of items and such.

In the academy, he would usually wear a white long-sleeved shirt along with a dark blue tie which is loosened slightly. Along with black boots and a pair of light blue slacks, he has been deemed fashionable among his peers.

During school trips and battles, he wears similiar clothing with his sleeves rolled back revealing tribal tattoos on his forearm. His boots are discarded for a pair of sandals which allow more mobility.

Weapon - Chishio wields two katanas which go by the name of 'Slasher' and 'Blink'. In the rare occasion, he can connect the two by the pommel to create a double blade.

Slasher is not a normal katana but rather one made out bladed chains which are interlocked. By adding a bit of mana energy, they will disconnect and turn into a chain blade.

Blink holds the ability to cut a portal in dimensions allowing Chishio the ability to move to one spot from another.

Abilities-

Release Hesitation - A state which allows Chishio or his allies to enter a trance which increases their speed.

Caged Beast - Chains will surround the enemy in the shape of a cage. Once, the opponent is secured, the chains will shatter into sharp pieces and rain down upon the opponent.

Grand Cutter - In one single motion, Chishio will unleash both blades and slash the enemy repeatedly. Backflipping into a suitable distance and bring both blades down creating a shockwave of wind energy.

Blinking Edge - Chishio will run around the enemy which allows the creation of afterimages. Once there's a suitable amount, they will run in different directions, slashing the enemy with the help of dimensional portals.

Diving Blade - Chishio will create a portal and disspear into it. In an instant, a portal will appear in above the enemy. Chishio will dive down, blade first. This move can be ended via one simple slash or a whole combo.

Flashing Edge - Chishio will enter a stance taken by most samurais. In one quick motion he will unleash Slasher or Blink(In rare case he will use both) and slash the enemy. Once the enemy is slashed. The blade(s) are instantly sheathed and the enemy will be slashed by an endless barrage of said attack.

Infinite Destruction - Chishio's strongest move. An alchemy circle will appear underneath the opponent. With Blink, he will create several portals and dissapear within them. In a few seconds, he will appear again with several afterimages unleashing slash after slash. With each slash, the circle will glow brighter. Once it has reached it's peak, it will unleash several Chishios similiar to the afterimages and unleash more slashes. The move is ended by the summoning of orbs of elemental Mana energy unleashe upon the opponent.

Template(Mana)

Name - Mirra

Age -
Before Bond - 27
After Bond - 6

Personality - Mirra is quite happy-go-lucky. She enjoys anything to do with nature and loves animals and such. She enjoys gardening which is a benefit to Chishio since he sometimes require plants.

Appearance - Mirra is in the shape of a young lady, a few inches shorter than Chishio. She has pale skin with long dark hair with a few braids. She is mostly clad in dark clothing similiar to the Mana of Poison, Jiptus.

Abilities -

Burst Edge - A blade of aura will appear on her wrist which can turn into a shield as well for defense purposes.

Sleeping Dragon - Mirra will charge up an orb of pure energy which takes quite a while. Once unleashed, it will turn into a large dragon of a random element. It can only be destroyed by a power stronger or just as much than it.

Tears of an Angel - A radiant light will be showered upon those which are damages and will destroy the undead. It will do nothing to those with status ailments, though.

Fusion appearance -

When they fuse, the formation of alchemic runes appear which float around his body. His tribal tattoos on his forearms grow to the point where a few 'spikes' will appear on his face.

Fusion abilities -

Path of Destruction - The alchemic runes will light up and unleash a barrage of non-elemental attacks. It does little damage but the numbers make up for it.

Elimination - The alchemic runes will shine different colours at random intervals. Once this happens, they will slowly shrink and surround Chishio's blades. Slasher will take on the form of an ethereal samurai which will release shockwaves of energy. While Blink will transform into a hug cannon which takes time. Once it is formed, Slasher will be absorbed into it and it will shoot out several blades which will either explode or cut upon impact.

Name: Leazan
Age: 18
Personality: One of laziness and boredom. He oftens does nothing but sit around and sleep. much like a cat. yet still seems somehow to get the tasks that he is set done. If one wants to find him they usually will. Whether he is sleeping under a tree or relaxing near a creekbed. He tries to keep to himself mostly and girls often find his behavour amusing or comical. When he has nothing better to do he experiments with alchemy. Often discovering things that amaze others. as though this isolation he maintains from everyone else allows him to discover hidden traits within his environment.

Appearance: Often wears t-shirts with popped collars. The colour is usually light blue and compliments his extrordinary long blonde hair. He has blue eyes and slightly sunken features. He wears black full length jeans with black boots. He often also wears a red baseball cap with his hair sticking out the size adjuster.

Weapon: Tenor Saxaphone (yes the musical instrument.. *sigh* xD.)

Abilities:

Wind Staves: Playing an upbeat and fast tune wips up a terrorfying wind that envelops the area around him. Forming a shield against his attackers.

Fire Bar: A series of high pitched notes causes a high velocity flame to shoot out the end of the saxaphone right into his opponents face.

Water Cleff: Playing a solemn tune creates a water cyclone. he can tune this together with Wind Staves to make a greater attack.

Earth Treble: Playing a slow constant note attuned to the frequency of the earth causing it to erupt earth pillars. Squewering his foes.

Template(Mana)

Name: Zekial
Age: 4 (years since he discovered him.)

Personality: The complete personality opposite to Leazan. Zekial loves the company of others and is especially fond of women. Leazan often comments that Zekials attitude towards women is slightly towards womanising. Though Zekial ignores him. Zekial will however help Leazan if he is in trouble. In often the most amusing way. He becomes the life of the party. So to speak. Although Zekial breaks though Leazan's willpower sometimes. To often hilarious results. He is hyperactive in a way.

Appearance: He bares a striking resemblance to Leazan, except his hair is short, still blonde though. The shirt is red instead of blue and the pants and boots are white instead of black. He wears a pair of padded knuckle cut-off gloves and wields a sling shot in his back pocket.

Abilities:

Frag shot: an Explosive shot that is fired from the sling shot. It breaks into tiny pieces when it hits it's intendent target. causing numerous puncture as well as laserations to the flesh and tissue.

Smoke shot: Creates a thick smoke cloud aiding escape.

Bang shot: A loud bang accompanied by a flash disorientates and confuses enemies allowing him to slip by unnoticed.

Sleep shot: A shot that tranquilises the enemy. Putting them to sleep.

Fusion appearance: Thier fusion has long blonde hair. Wears a blue cap. Red shirt and black pants and boots. Also wears white padded knuckle gloves. Carries Leazan's saxaphone in one hand and has Zekial's sling shot in his back pocket.

Template(Host)

Name: Alexander Delacroix

Age: 21

Personality: Self-serving, mischevious, and charismatic, Alexander is quite an interesting fellow to meet. He is rather charming with bold wits and an equally daring smile, coupled by a love for the occasional practical joke. Alexander hides very little, not out of a desire to be honest and virtuous, but merely due to the fact that he simply does not see the point in subtlety. He is an extremely capable young man who believes that the world exists so that he may enjoy every aspect of it. He holds no particular interest in alchemy, only utilizing it to serve whatever desires he may have at the moment. He is, however, extremely polite to women.

Appearance: Alexander does enjoy as much of life as he can.

Alexander is a tall fellow, coming in at just a few hairs above 6 feet. He isn't obscenely muscular, but physical strength has never truly been much a problem for him. He has slightly long fingers, a blessing when it comes to dexterity and playing the piano, but in the proper light it causes him to look slightly outlandish. Alexander has never been one for pomp and circumstance, and his clothes reflect this. Usually bedecked in jeans and a shirt, if he felt like wearing one that day, Alexander presents a very casual figure.

Weapon: Alexander has two weapons. One of them is an extendable blade that sprouts from a brace on his right arm. When required, the blade unfolds itself and extends to just slightly over a metre in length. His other weapon is simply a dagger that he keeps in his back pocket.

Abilities(A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8):

Evanesce- Quite a simple, yet useful technique. Alexander simply fades into mist, rendering himself invisible and intangible, then proceeds to reappear wherever he likes. There are limits to this, quite obviously. He could not travel very far, lest the mist unravel and he find himself without fingers when he reappears. It can, however, be done extremely rapidly and in succcesion, and Alexander is capable of transporting other people with him.

Shine- Within his hands, Alexander creates a small ball of intense light. This ball then proceeds to strobe, flashing brightly one moment, then becoming pitch black the enxt. Though useful primarily at night, this ability makes use of the human eye's susceptibility to light. By nature, the eye inavoidably becomes disoriented and renders the human themselves temporarily incapable of sight. Alexander himself is not vulnerable to such debilitation, as it is his Mana's gift to him.

Cross-fade - An evasion ability. Alexander becomes intangible and therefore, unable to be struck or to strike. To the observer, it would appear as if Alexander's body is fading away into two images of himself. When the ability is completed, the two shadowy forms of Alexander cross paths once more and he becomes whole.

Lacuna Spiral - An energy construct which serves as a redirection device. With this, Alexander can redirect the motion, and therefore force, of a given projectile and, possibly, human. It is a tunnel of sorts, breakable yet strong nonetheless. The construct itself resembles a hollow, translucent coil through which the attack, or attacker, travels rapidly. The redirection occurs very quickly, a quality that is greatly unfortunate for those who rely on speed. They will find themselves somewhere else before they even know what happened.

Lady Peace: Alexander's second energy construct. This resembles a woman robed in white, her eyes closed in prayer. It is purely defensive, a shield of sorts that, instead of redirecting the energy away from both Alexander and the attacker, focused it directly from whence it came. Therefore, if someone were to attempt to tackle Alexander, for instance, they would find themselves on the ground as if they had been tackled themselves. Any force exerted on the shield that does not ome from Alexander himself will be immediately sent back in the direction from which it came.

Other: Alexander has two tattoos, both of which are a sort of Celtic band that encircle his left and right biceps respectively. He bears a small scar, the remnant of some childhood mishap, on his stomach. It is hardly noticeable, however, though he is always prepared the occasionally exhausting tale of how it came to be.

Template(Mana)

Name: Illyana

Age: Alexander has never bothered to ask. It is not polite to ask a lady her age.

Personality: Illyana is quite the opposite of Alexander. Calm, reserved, peaceful, and polite, it's a wonder they get along at all. However, she finds Alexander's frankness and honesty endearing, and is quite fond of him. it is interesting to note that, while Alexander is the most straightforward, none of his abilites directly damage his opponents. Illyana holds the firepower of the arsenal.

Appearance: Illyana is the model on which Alexander constructed the first Lady Peace.

Abilities:

Grand Cross - Illyana fires a beam of searing white energy that takes the shape of a cross. This beam has a strong concussive force and is extremely useful for pulverizing anything unfortunate enough to get in its path.

Lacrimosa - Illyana calls down what she describes as "holy water." This water is extremely acidic and can burn through nearly anything it touches, be it metal or flesh. She then proceeds to form a shiled over Alexander so that they do not burn themselves.

Methuselah - Illyana calls forth the pwoer of nature. Vines stronger than steel shoot forth from the ground and entrap enemies within their grasp. They then proceed to squeeze and inject toxins in to their victims These toxins are deadly in large doses, but a small injection results in extreme diorientation, dizziness, and nausea.

Fusion appearance: Alexander's body becomes a bright and brilliant white, while angel wings sprout form his back. His eyes become a solid yellow, and he begins to hover just above the ground. His tattoos glow as yellow as his eyes, and Alexander's voice becomes melded with Illyana's, allowing both of them to speak at the sime coherently from the same mouth.

Fusion abilities(Maximum of 4)

Gomorrah - Fire and brimstone rain down from the skies, encircling Illyana/Alexander in a fiery, holy ring of protection while deliberately seeking out those that would do harm to them. Anything struck by the hail of fire and stone suffers a burn worse than the most searing flame.

The Covenant - Holy words, never spoken by mortals, take form in the air itself, scrawling themselves in bright white lettering in a language never seen by human eyes. They material words proceed to lay themselves on the ground, engraving themselves into the earth before the earth itself burst forth with intense energy. Anything unfortunate enough to be caught in this blast will suffer extreme injury.

Yes. It seems to be that way, but the alchemic circle isnt just to release more attacks. It also works as a lock-on. And just because Chishio can move at fast speeds doesnt mean he's at the speed of light or anything. He can be stopped half-way during the attack. You just need timing and such.

oops. sorry about the misunderstanding then. for some reason, I assumed that the alchemic circle meant that the enemy couldn't move. my mistake .

oh, and, blackest night, your character sounds awesome. did you come up with all that yourself?
