Will edit this with Wolf's temp, but I just wanted to ask if you had the name of some doctor you excels in Evolution study or something. Just cuz I need a doctor who notices and helps Wolf with his Evolution, and I wanted to know if you had a name in mind

Name: Kiego “Wolf” Tigris
Gender: Male
Age: 28

Appearance: The nickname Wolf is an appropriate title once you’ve seen the might of the JTD Leader. Height: 7’2 Weight: 230. He’s a massive figure of a man, his entire body is a wall of muscle. Features like that of an ice sculptures. Wolf’s hair is a wild bush of brown, extending down to his waist. His eyes are those of a predator’s, shining with a black fury.

Kiego wears nothing over his torso but a tattered suit, and a sweater of tattoos depicting his philosophies through symbols and quotes. His leg wear are a pair of blue dress slacks. While they are completely illogical to use in battle, the Leader also has a fondness for samurai-style sandals.

Weapon: A conductor’s baton, used for harnessing his power
Evolution: Wolf’s Evolution has given his body the ability to create a special, high frequency, and the ability to sustain it without death.
Abilities:

Level 1:

Hornet’s Touch: Wolf’s natural high frequency travel’s through his body constantly, and if he makes physical contact with any other object that frequency will travel to that object. Wolf’s body is one of the few things that can contain this frequency, anything else will break if forced to hold the frequency. This includes various types of metal, rock, wood, and even flesh.

Banshee’s Touch: By channeling his frequency into a conductor’s baton and slashing it like a blade, causing the frequency to be released into the air. This quickly concentrates, causing an extreme pressure that creates a cutting effect.


Bio/Recent History: Kiego grew up as a happy child in Haven. His mother and father were kind, decent, and loving people. They weren’t the richest family, but that was nothing compared to the love Kiego felt in his home. Mrs. Tigris was an attorney in the legal court system. She had a very black and white perspective to life, there were villains and there was the innocent. While Kiego came to understand for himself this way of thinking, he took more after his father. His father was the greatest source of inspiration to him, the man’s wisdom was great, and his morals just. He worked as a conductor in a fairly successful orchestra, and he would always say:

“Kiego, music is the one way to a person’s heart. Indeed, I think the key to the success in any business or corporation is a fair amount of music.”

As young Mr. Tigris grew up, he carried his father’s words with him as he socialized splendidly with other children. His sparking confidence, witty demeanor, and inspiring leadership skills made him well liked in school. Being strikingly handsome, a young genius, and a miraculous athlete helped his popularity as well. As a child, Wolf also had unexplained problems with electronics. School life-wonderful. Home life- comforting and happy. His future- looking bright

And indeed it was, although not without heartache.

It happened on his 16th birthday, as he was coming home from a very “man-making” date. His house was a blur of blue and red light, and his parents were nowhere to be seen. They had been killed on the street, coming home from a concert. It was an attack from one of the “mutant gangs” Kiego had been hearing about. Although the police didn’t say it, Kiego could see it in their eyes. The fear and hopelessness that faced these regular people.

After the death of his elders, Kiego lived with his uncle for 2 more years before moving out. Going through collage, Kiego became cold and distant with the world. Afterwards, he became a school teacher at the same high school he had once gone too. It was after his 21st birthday when Kiego’s natural Evolution began to take over. He soon found that anyone he touched experienced extreme headaches. Kiego visited the nearby clinic, but they were unable to give him answers. After months of waiting, a specialist was called in to examine him. Dr. Zwanzig. The good doctor explained Evolution to Kiego, and agreed to help him control his new abilities.

When Kiego discovered his new talents, he was first scared of himself. Kiego had made an image of Evolved humans as mutants, who thought only of hurting others. He then became angry, and then depressed. He was the same creature that had killed his parents.

“Will I soon kill as well?”

This created havoc with his mind, and he went on a rampage, killing as many Evolved humans as possible. Private investigators are unsure as to why Kiego went into this rage, and they soon classified this as murder. Kiego Tigris soon attained a bounty on his head, and eliminated countless Evolved gangs as well as a great number of Haven’s police force. He saw this as a great insult, and began to wonder who it was he truly hated. Then, Kiego realized what he wanted to do with the world.

“This land is a mess… and I have been chosen as it’s savior.”

He stopped seeing Evolution as a curse, and instead a blessing. Kiego, now calling himself “Wolf”, then decided that humans were the disease, and with this new found hate built the great force of JTD.

I noticed that, but your version seems more inclined to affecting atoms and being a power source.

Wolf's ability concerns the electricity in the human nervous system, and only affects other organisms.

He also can't create blasts of energy, only conduct static through metal.

Well, I was using that section more for explaining Wolf's road to "Time to kill everthing"-dom. You explain their connection enough in your temp.

Anyway, everything seems to go along nicely. I love your temp, Ninga. Nice way to describe and create Wolf. Other than that, snow... I saw in your bio that you sort off have an evolution through your bloodline, as you said your grandparents showed some effects. I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough, but the only ones who had evolution by birth were Death, Wolf and Embrace. Every other person with evolution has obtained it through a way those three developed. You might want to edit that part.
