KH Journal Roleplaying

I really thought this would be interesting to do. That, and I'm really bored right now. xD;; *seriously needs to roleplay*

This has been done on here before [In a completely different section, though, and it was a while ago], and this is actually an interesting way of roleplaying. Of course, involves a completely different site, though if this starts, this thread will be tied with the whole thing.

Basically, you create a journal on Livejournal as the character you're playing. For this, it'll be Kingdom Hearts canon characters ONLY, of course. All of the roleplaying would be done on entries in these journals VIA comments and entries. An example of this would be this entry over here. Basically, you make an entry on your character journal, other characters reply to it, and the story unfolds like that.

Would anyone be interested in doing that? [If so, I call Sora or Demyx >.>; Not sure who I'll play just yet...]

That is a great idea! I've never heard of this kind of Role-playing, so you have my support. Something new to spark things up. In that case, I call Namine or Yuffie...the quiet and hyper.

Besides, I need to experience LiveJournal at least 1 time. This is an excuse to get it :)

AWESOMEEE! Mmkays, once we get 5 people interested, we can start on the whole thing. More people can join over time, so there shouldn't be any lack of people, I guess... And I'll try my best to explain this better then, too! Or now. I dunno which. *shrug* 8D;

And it's KH for not a specific exact reason, but the fact that we're on a Kingdom Hearts forum might have something to do with it. Just a starting thing, I guess? And, I don't think other stuff will be included at the moment. Maybe later, but for now, just KH.

Okies, if you want to join in, go ahead and call characters! I'll post up a list and, once we get enough people, then everyone can start making journals and we can start RPing!

...Hey, look! 5th person! Okies, time to explain how this works! 8D; If there's things that still confuse you, lemme know. I'm gonna try my best to explain this a little better, so forgive me if some things are confusing...

So, you create a journal on LJ with a name that represents the character you play. For example, something simple for someone like Xigbar would be "freeshooter" or "numberii", or "number2" if the roman numerals look weird... That sort of thing. [Those types of names are probably already taken, so be creative with your names!] You create that, do whatever you want to the journal [Decoration-wise], and just set it up. The RP portion, however, goes like this:

You post up an entry, other characters comment on it. It might be a bit hard to start without some sort of storyline in mind, but it would be something simple and it's up to everyone to find twists and turns throughout. You also play the character in first person, since this is their journal and therefore their thoughts. The page I linked to is an example of how it works. Demyx posted an entry, other characters commented, and the story unfolded VIA the other characters' actions, words, and thoughts. On the journals, they posted up things that happened to them and others found out things about them through those entries. So, if someone got kidnapped [Like Sora, for example... <.<;], then they would say that. That, or if they couldn't actually get to their journal, then they would go missing for a bit, the others would realize it after a while, and start trying to figure out what's going.

So, basically, it's all through those journal entries and the comments on the journals. We can figure out a basic storyline, though nothing too set in stone because the bad guy's actions will probably get the storyline going. In the previous KH journal RP like this, someone did something funky to Riku and the mystery behind that got a storyline going. So, nothing set in stone, mmkay?

If you've done something like this before, PLEASE PLEASE correct me if I got anything wrong. That, or just add onto this if you want.

Maybe I could do regular Riku? I might make more characters for you if you need me to. I have PLENTY of time on my hands right now.

EDIT: You know what would make an awesome plotline? If the AntiSora from the first Kingdom Hearts game that Riku made somehow developed a mind and personality of its own and becomes a villian, causing trouble for everyone else! I am so going for that!
