As of lately, i've come to notice that my rp abilities are bascially terrible. Truthfully, I was aware of this awhile back after reading something Morpheaus told my brother. So, I wanna test my abilities against anybody that is willing to take up my challenge. I want to find out if it's true or not. Maybe I am terrible or maybe i'm better then I think I am.

Weapons: A katana strapped onto his back. Kunai, explosive shurikens, smoke bombs.

Jutsus:

Rasengan (Rasengan) - The user swirls the air in there hand into a sphere, and mold it with Chakra. They then attack the opponent with it, which will usally cause them to go flying backwords, spinning around. Sometimes the attack will burn the opponent where they are hit by it

Kyuuni Rasengan - This rasengan is similar to the regular one except it charges Kyuuni chakra into the Rasengaon which allows for a more powerful Rasengan.

Blue Flash - This is the rival to the Yellow Flash jutsu. Zaku created this jutsu after his father Naruto had taught him a part of the Yellow Flash jutsu. It is basically the Yellow Flash jutsu except with a blue flash and it is faster then the Yellow Flash thanks to the addition of the kyuuni's chakra.

Byakugan (Byakugan )- Byakugan, one of the Bloodline Limits the Hyuuga clan possesses. It’s a jutsu activated in the eyes, much like the Sharingan. But if we look at its ability of insight alone, it exceeds the sharingan. This jutsu allows the user's vision to see a full 360 degrees. Byakugan also has the ability to view the inner coil system of a person's body, and in advanced cases, the chakra holes. Because of this, Byakugan is used in combination with Hyuuga’s Style Taijutsu. Attacking the inner organs, disabling or even killing their opponent, without even hitting them.

Divination Field, 64 Strikes (Hakke Rokujuu Yonshou) - Using a highly advanced form of Byakugan, the user is able to see the chakra holes on a person's body. And by using Hyuuga’s Taijutsu Style, he then closes all main chakra holes with quick blows, stopping the flow of chakra through one's body. It also works with Zaku's taijutsu style.

Dragon Shadow taijutsu - This is Zaku's own created jutsu. This taijutsu is heavy on speed, and counter attacks to do massive damage. It utilizes chakra in each part of the body to give more strength to each blow. With the help of the Byakugan, this taijutsu is one of the better taijutsus.

Wind Mirrors Jutsu - Zaku copied this jutsu from Haku. He does the hand symbol's horse, lion, bear, wolf, and dragon. Then the wind starts to blow and create mirrors. When enemies try to attack these mirrors, their attacks are thrown right back at them. There is no way of getting through them unless you are able to stop the wind from blowing or, is able to stop Zaku from making the wind blow.

Shadow clones (Kage bunshin no jutsu) - Unlike the regular bunshin no jutsu, Kage bunshin creates real clones, not just illusions. The power and chakra of the user is evenly distributed among the clones depending how many there are. This makes it impossible to decipher which is the real body. This clone can also attack. If this clone recieves a direct hit, it will disappear. This is treated as a forbidden jutsu but many advanced shinobi still know it. It is mainly a jounin level technique.

Transformation skill (Henge no jutsu) - A basic shinobi skill. Transforms the user into another different appearance. Whether they transform into another person or turn into a material thing such as a shuriken, doesn't matter.

All Direction, High Volume(many) Shuriken Firing (Zaku Ninpocho, Shihou Hapou Shuriken no Maki) - Technique created by Naruto which follows Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. The Clones throw shuriken from all directions, creating a devastating attack.

Uzumaki Zaku 2000 Combo (Uzumaki Zaku Nisen Rendan) - Similar to the normal Uzumaki Naruto Rendan, it just uses a larger amount of clones, producing more damage. Also comes in the 'Yonsen Rendan', which referes to the number 4000, simply means : more clones.

Uzumaki Zaku Combo (Uzumaki Zaku Rendan) - Naruto's version of Sasuke's Shishi Rendan. It's used in combination with the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.

Lashing Air - Creating a sort of vacuum by molding chakra and the air(sort of like Rasengan), but instead of a ball form, a disk type form. a Disc per hand that has a vacuum of high pressured air inside. Once an enemy enters the vacuum, they will be lashed heavily. The cut will pull air out of ones body leaving them fatigued. A large amount of chakra is used in this jutsu.

Iyashi koubou no jutsu - Absorbs light from a light source and releases it as a beam, restoring health to the target. It can heal minor and major injuries and fatigue. It takes up some chakra.

Body Shot:
Zaku again places his hands to his sides, and charges chakra into his palms. He then charges at the opponent, and thrusts his palms into the opponents stomach. Chakra is forced out of the opponents back, and at the point of the attack. The opponent flies back 5ft, and from the force of the chakra becomes stunned. The attack doesn’t create a giant hole in the opponent; the chakra is just forced out the users back. The chakra itself forces the wind out the opponent, which causes the opponent to have to recuperate for a couple minutes. The attack itself isn’t very dangerous it just provides Zaku with an attack opportunity.

Spin Cycle:
Zaku places his hands at his side, and charges chakra into his palms. The chakra creates a force, and Zaku charges at the opponent. He then thrusts his palm into the opponent’s upper-left shoulder. The force of the chakra causes the opponent to spin to the left uncontrollable. After the opponent starts spinning Zaku positions himself for the next attack. Zaku then thrusts his other palm into the opponent’s upper-right back. The force of the combined chakra mingling in the opponent’s body causes them into an upward-swirling wind. The opponent flies 20ft sky into the sky in a spiraling motion, and hits the ground with quite some force.

Rikarage no jutsu: With this jutsu, the user must focus jutsu so that it is enough for a mass amount. The user then slams his fist on the ground, and sheilds made of rock slam around the user, with no hope of an opponent breaking it.

Flagio no jutsu: Known as the "Immortal Flame." When the user uses this jutsu, huge flames are shot, which can't be put out any way, but with water. The flames will keep burning on and on.

Hauringu Kunai No Jutsu - This jutsu was made by Zaku. The user combines the Rasengan with a kunai and he throws it at the opponent. As it flies toward the opponent a howling sound can be heard which hurts the opponents ears.

Tsunami Fukyuu Takai No Jutsu - This jutsu uses alot of chakra and there must be alot water present. Zaku first makes several hand signs and ends on bear. then water rises and creates a gigantic tidal wave. The tidal wave then comes down upon the opponent and crushes them. This jutsu can also hurt Meru if he is not careful.

Nanatsu Deddo Urufu teh Hongen no jutsu - Zaku copied this jutsu off of a powerful assasin-nin. Zaku does several hand symbols to charge this jutsu. Upon finshing the hand symbols, Meru presses his index finger and middle finger against the ground and creates wolves of every element. The wovles then atack the opponent relentlessly.



Kyuuni abilities:

Kyuuni safety: When Zaku is in danger, the kyuuni will activate the substitute jutsu and Blue Flash jutsu to get Zaku out of harm's way.

Regeneration: The Kyuuni has the power to heal any and all wounds that are dealt to Zaku unless they kill Zaku too fast for him to be healed. It doesn't work all the time so, it's not a sure thing to relay on.

Limitless Chakra: As with the Kyuubi, the kyuuni has limitless chakra which is a big help for Zaku. He can go on and on with his chakra and it will never go out. This has helped him though many battles.

No hand signs: Zaku doesn't have to use hand signs for any jutsu. The kyuuni is the reason for this. No one knows way though.

Kyuuni tailed forms: Zaku can use the power of the Kyuuni in what is called Tailed forms. Each form is more powerful then the next and he begins to take the form of the kyuuni. He can only go up the fourth transformation at the moment but, he is training go further then that.

Element: Wind

Appearance: Zaku is an average height of 5'7" and has an athletic build. His hair is of a golden yellow. It looks like Naruto's hair except there is a long, spikey ponytail at the end of his hair. His eyes are a mix of sky blue and crimson red. His eyes looks like the eyes of a man that his seen too much blood and battle. He has the Konoha headband on his neck. He wears a black t-shirt with a silver japanese dragon design. He wears blue jean shorts with the Konoha symbol on them. On his feet are Hi-top sneakers with the words Konoha in green on the side. He wears black fingerless gloves on his hands with the konoha symbol on the back of them. He carries a red handled katana on his back and has a small silver case on left leg where he carries his kunai and other stuff. Zaku's clothes are made of a material that allows him easier chakra control, and allows his massive chakra to flow easier without killing him.

Personality: Zaku is a laid-back but, cocky bastard that can't help but, love to fight. He's confident no matter what situation he is in and he never gives up. He's not afraid to fight anyone. His determination and aggresiveness get's him through every situation.

Bio: Zaku was born the son of Uzumaki Naruto and Uzumaki Hinata. He had also been born with the Byakugan in his eyes and the ten tail demon fox inside of him by the name of Kyuuni. No one knows where the demon comes from but, it was probably the work of the Kyuubi inside Naruto.

Zaku grew up like an everyday ninja should. He trained all the time with his father and mother. His mother being stronger at taijutsu, trained Zaku in the ways of taijutsu which helped him create his own taijutsu. Zaku was a quick learner when it came to Naruto teaching Zaku different genjutsus and ninjutsus. Zaku was a great ninja indeed.

Everything was good until Zaku hit the age of six. He and Sasuke's son, Meru were on a rank D mission go get medicine from the Hidden Mist village. Upon returning to Konoha, they found their village destroyed and everyone was did. There was no trace of life not even the kyuubi was alive. They reached Naruto's home and found the names Orochimaru and Normat etched in blood on the walls. The name 'Normat' hadn't been finished but, Zaku had an idea.

He belived it to be an awesome ninja by the name of Normatsu. He didn't know if he was right but, that's what he thought. The two boys had been very deeply hurt by this incident but, they knew what they had to do. They got what they could and set out to take down Orochimaru and Normatsu. They traveled the Omniverse for years in search of the two.

They had visited many worlds of the Omniverse and yet they were still unsuccessful. Until one day when they had finally reached te age of 10, Meru had found Orochimaru, and he was given the cursed mark. Meru turned on Zaku and left with Orochimaru. Zaku could not comprehend what was happening. First Konoha and now his best friend had left his side to be with Orochimaru. Zaku had to make things right all by himself.

Through the years Zaku had been in many great battles and name had become known as "Konoha's Pride". He took to the name and he didn't stop anything. The battles continued to grew more dangerous as Zaku and the Kyuuni grew more powerful. They met many warriors and heard tells of great and powerful legends such as Ukiah, Vaylon Lightstar, and Zetsumi. He knew they could probably be of some help. He seeked them out and it turned out finding them was just as hard as finding Orochimaru, Meru, and Normatsu.

Inside himself, Zaku and the Kyuuni could feel that a great battle was about to befall them. Would they survive would be up to how powerful they truly were. This great battle was against his long time friend Meru who had made his appearance during Zaku's return to the newly rebuilt Konoha. Zaku knew that this meeting was no good so, he has Meru chase him to the heads of the Hokages.

The two ninja battle it out in a grand fight that pushes Zaku to use Kyuuni three tailed form. Upon using this form, Zaku outmatches Meru in speed, and power. Meru then invokes his cursed seal and the battle is even grander then the battle with Naruto and Sasuke. Zaku soon catches Meru off gaurd with the Kyuuni Rasengan which knocks Meru out.

Zaku comes to his senses and goes back into his regular form. He lifts Meru onto to his shoulder and they head off to the newl built Konoha with a new life a head of him. With his friend finally back, he would continue to train until Orochimaru and Normatsu made their return once again and he would fight with an all new strength that he had achevied.

Appearance/Armor:
Daiyate is slightly pale, constantly wearing an indifferent expression on his face, lacking interest. His hair is a deep tone of green. It is medium length, and it parts on the left side, leaving a long narrow bang across his right eye. His eyes are hazel, and relatively small in contrast to his head size. He wears light, blue dragonskin armor, enough to reflect the basic arrows and the like. Under this is a button up military collar jacket holding several projectiles. His pants are basic black slacks, tight around his ankles to give more room for the armor.

Personality:
Daiyate is quiet, for the most part. His true feelings and intentions are shadowed by who he wants himself to be. With his immense power, you would assume he could become anything he wanted to become, but even he, an enigma of time, can’t turn time back. In reality, he doesn’t want to be anything...but in an attempt to rid himself of his troubles, he becomes exactly the opposite. Daiyate has turned himself into a living paradox full of rage.



~Armaments~

Daiyate carries few weapons around for light travel, but does keep a few tools with him. Sheathed on his back, under his jacket, is a pair of long, curved scimitars. Being ambidextrous, he utilizes both. The blades are made of blinding white pearls, and he calls them, “The Twin Tragedies”. Among these are the basic shurikens, kunai, and other lethal ninja weapons he uses at deadly accuracy. Besides using these prized weapons, he can create weapons from the ground by transmuting the earth.



~Skills/Abilities~
As a descendant of Nature, Daiyate was blessed with what seems to be “omnipotence” in anything intertwining with Earth or Nature. Firstly, he can manipulate, strengthen, or weaken any mundane, magical, and inanimate solids. This is commonly referred to as Alteration, or Transmutation. It consists of dissipating and recombining the molecular structure of an object, basically dissecting it in moments. He can also manipulate the form of matter of any of the above mentioned items, ranging from solid, liquid, and gas. All of this involves changing and exposing the billions of particles and molecules that make up an object, hardening it, separating it, and destroying it at will. This gives him a sense of comfort as he duels, utilizing virtually any aspect of the arena to fight for his life. On the other hand, anything that is living, or exists as a being with a soul can not be manipulated. Daiyate also has strange effects on the environment with his Nature element. Daiyate can control the weather, as well as how light or dark it is outside.


~Biography~ --------------------UNFINISHED-------------

Birth:
Daiyate was born to a middle-classed Edalian family. Edalians each possess an element, and this unfortunately divides them into different social classes. They are born with a strange power, a gift. Unfortunately it isn’t a very unique gift, and it is discovered very early by a marking on their back. Completely random and undeterminable, they are all given one at birth. The minute chance that one receives the element of light would immediately boost them to wealth and fame, as well as their family. Those who were cursed with the equally unlikely element of dark were shunned and forced into poverty. This forced people to only marry and have children with those of the same element...they tried and tried, but the results were the same- the child’s element was still random, even if the parents had the same type.

Perhaps what brought about this rule was related to the ancient myth- a myth that haunted Edalia even without proof. A mistress of light fell in love with a charming but oppressed wanderer of the dark element. Unable to express their feelings in society, they fled, secretly wed, and had a child. This child was a horrible crossbreed, and immediately after it’s birth, it caused serious destruction unintentionally. Serious destruction with the gentle face of an infant. Horrible things happened on that day, and not many talk about it...leaving it quite vague. Yet, this baby is commonly referred to as the “Anti Hero”, because many believed it could have been more than just a monster, maybe a prodigy. These two simple people and this one baby caused several religions to arise, all with diverse opinions on what created them and if the child was a sign.

They didn’t feel the same for Daiyate.

Yes, very similarly, his father was in the monarchy, a pure being of light. His mother happened to get the short end of the stick, and was born a being of dark. The Edalians were so oblivious; a difference of elements meant nothing. The only thing that could cause a terrible cataclysm was beings of dark and light combining: an offspring of that type just wasn’t right. Daiyate’s parents fell in love quite similarly, and he was born in the exact same method of shunning the rules. When he was born after months on the run, he was pale, and not moving. It seemed as if he was a stillborn, so the two lovers wept, leaving the baby on top of a hill as to ask forgiveness from the Gods.

Suddenly, Daiyate awoke with a startle. Luckily he was not cold, because his mother kept him wrapped in a blanket before giving him up. The baby merely laid there, too young to control it’s muscles. Suddenly, it began to cry. It’s lungs had somehow opened without a “spanking” or a doctor to assist it. It was a wailing cry, a massive one that shook the earth. Suddenly, black and white sparks went flying from the baby. Massive waves of black and white energy went flying in every direction.

Look what they had created.

Early Life:
Although several people reported crazy events happening from where the baby laid, they were ignored. The monarchy found the baby and took him in. Daiyate surprisingly had no tattoo on his back. It was way to early to start element training, so they put him in a foster home shortly after his birth. As he grew older, he saw the other kids become popular, with “hip” or “cool” powers like fire and lightning. Relying on an element to fight was to simplistic for him, to cliche... it didn’t spark his interest slightly that his element was yet to be discovered. As a matter of fact, he changed his name upon gaining independence from his guardians at this orphanage. Yes, he still lived with them, but the moment they stopped babying him he changed his name. Now, Daiyate wasn’t just a smart, independent child. He was a genius, with his IQ escalating high upwards into the two hundreds. He was too humble to be considered a genius by many.

As he went through his life as an outsider, never missing a dead-on 100% on any evaluation, he sought more out of life. He was getting older, and hitting puberty (Which, for Edalians, was about age 35). So many questions were to be asked, but no one he trusted enough could answer them. Daiyate began wondering why he had no power. Why his parents had just “disappeared” and if they were dead. What he was meant to do with his life. It did not take long for him to find something that sparked his interest- Omniversal travel.

Now, he knew very little about the Omniverse. It was surely not taught at school, nor was anything doing with celestials, space, or anything out of Edalia. He knew nothing of the planes, or the like. But when he aspired to become an Omniversal vagabond, a wanderer...well, there was no one to hold him back. He left Edalia at age 47. Unfortunately, he did not know enough about the Omniverse to know it was amazingly strange that he could make it through the atmosphere so easily- he merely walked off of the planet, zooming through outer space on his two feet. Daiyate was headed for the Nexus- the center of the Omniverse. From there, he would begin his journey...if there were no distractions in his way.

Mid Life:
After a long journey alone, Daiyate had made it to what he thought was the Nexus. He approached a small planet, seeming as big as a moon approximately. Boldly deciding to enter, and end his boredom, he was immediately greeted by a small colony of other humanoids...diverse humanoids. A long, confusing, intricate conversation followed, and he found their motives.

They were a group of elites attempting to put the Omniverse under their control. They would each be assigned to one planet, and upon success would be promoted to bigger more important jobs. “Success” most likely meant either extermination or a change of ruling to make all of the civilians obey. Daiyate was indifferent on this, but with lack of something to do decided to join. It seems he assumed they were asking him to join, not just giving him an “intervention”...so they quickly demanded he pass a test. His eyebrows were raised at this, and he smirked. Daiyate would read more about fighting then he would actually do it in his lifetime.

His test was merely a fight. Not to the death, a spar. One of the elite’s of the group stepped foward to challenge him to a duel. It seemed his cockiness was his downfall when he suddenly froze in shock as his opponent charged. Well, maybe not necessarily his downfall. The moment his adrenaline went up and his enemy approached, his body seemed to flash. His powers needed to come out, it was time. A beam of black, white, and green suddenly emerged to the right of him. It was colossal, like a pillar. It began making horrid noises, and it exploded in a blinding fury, seeming to wipe out everything. A voice was heard as he began to panic.

“ Can’t you see? Don’t let it go to waste. You are some type of Demi-God...maybe not, but you are an animal to say the least. A descendant of Nature.”

Blinking repeatedly and rubbing his eyes like a nightmare was before him, he looked around. He saw...nothing. Daiyate was floating in another infinite airspace near the Nexus. The one object next to him was the massive board, naming several planets. It seemed to have survived the explosion...or some of it. He walked over and looked at it, only one word could be read. Among the rubble was the word “Earth.”

With no other clue in the world to lead him, Daiyate set off for Earth. Dark, Light, and everything in-between- was the one who couldn’t care less of his race’s gift the descendant who possessed them all?

Upon another long journey, arriving on Earth, Daiyate was still puzzled on what to do. He sheepishly attempted to live a normal life by buying out an apartment in a place called “Los Angeles, California”. Currency seemed much more simple on Earth than it was on Edalia, so he sufficed.

Without him even knowing, strange things were overcoming Daiyate. His time structure was going absolutely insane, with unpredictable rapid side effects. As he worked on tapping into his abilities, he grew weary. It was almost as if there was a secondary source that affected his powers...as if his surroundings affected what he was capable of. If only he knew his potential. If he knew that nature could help him...be his unique power. He had a long life ahead of him, and the climb wasn’t near over.

Onwards:
One lonely night, Daiyate was abruptly awoken from a vicious banging on his door in the middle of the night. It was almost comical, expecting a late night guest and getting a morbid monster attempting to turn him into mincemeat. Making a low pitched shriek in his lonely Los Angeles apartment, he backed up. It took a swing with it's axe, and he performed a backflip. He landed with one hand on the ground, and thrusted his palm foward. A small flame, perhaps adequate for a lighter, began circling the creature. It grew larger, and more fierce, and within five seconds, it engulfed the minion in flames. They suddenly dissappeared, though, and Daiyate cautiously took a look outside. That was one of his new powers...the element of Fire.

He had a strange urge that he was meant to do something on this night. Daiyate sensed a portal of some sort in the proximity. After fighting through several zombies, he fell in with a man named Ambrose. It seemed that a very strong being, named Makyu, was attempting to put Earth into ruin by destroying the gates of Heaven and Hell. The first thing Ambrose had said to him was “My name is Ambrose, and we must make haste – an unseen war brews as we speak, and I plan on ending it.”

Ambrose had proved to be a hero throughout the whole battle. As thousands of minions were summoned, including Orochimaru, Dark Shenron, Sephiroth, and heroes such as Raine Xamsalp and Glade La’terre, they fought gallantly with the help of a few other select heroes, but it was not enough. Earth seemed as if it was destroyed by a rippling shockwave, as Makyu single handedly cracked the gates of Hell. At 11:00, nearing midnight, Earth as a whole was totally destroyed by the cataclysm that unfolded Then...

Everything went dark.
Daiyate and three others seemed to be transferred into a totally different void...one of Hell’s many eternal black voids. They were with a creature scarcely spoken about. It was Setekh, the Egyptian God of Chaos. All of the others except these four were de-consecrated in their souls, and it seemed like they strangely enough were destined to survive if they lived through that. The two new guests, Faible and Gabriel, were unconscious along with Ambrose and Daiyate. He woke up first, greeted by the viper form of Set.

Physical Appearance:

~ Gale is a tanned young man, with broad shoulders. He is well built, because of his training at the User Academy. He has long legs, this being the reason behind his height. He has large feet as well, wearing size 11 shoes. He has beautiful hazel eyes that match his dirty blonde, almost brown hair. He hair is cut short, coming to about his mid-neck and is almost always matted down. He wears a pair of brown corrective lenses, they fit tightly to his face so they rarely ever fall off even when he does something that involves going upside-down. His glasses are always on, even when he sleeps and he is next to blind without them (they are elongated-oval shaped, the lenses coming just below his eyebrows).

Gale is wearing that, except everywhere there is blue it’s brown and his shirt is green. Underneath the clothes, Gale wears a chain mail that covers his torso.


Armaments:

~ Gale doesn’t use many weapons because he feels that he doesn’t need to. He does have a sword that was made for him by his father who is a master blacksmith, and although he is rather skilled with it he rarely uses it. Also he has daggers sheathed on both hips but like the sword, he doesn’t really use them either although he uses the sword more often than the daggers.



~Personality~

~ Gale is a very likeable person. He is an expert in the art of conversation, and the art of flirting. He father once said that he had the soul of a grown man because he has strong, solid views on life and people. Gale is not the wisest person in the Omniverse, but he is not totally daft either. He can be rather rash at times, and has a short temper, which is not a good thing for a person with his power. He hates to be called “boy,” “child,” or anything else of that nature.

~Skills~

~ Storm Element- Gale is the only storm user to ever come out of his kingdom. Now, there have in the past been users of Water, Wind, and Electricity (the three sacred elements), but rarely is there a person who controls all three. Gale has total control over all three elements, able to use them on a whim. His rarity may have been a curse however, because it was the reason he had to leave his family.


~Biography~

Somewhere in the vast reaches of this endless void we call the Omniverse there is a planet named Zarrua, and this planet is filled with adventure. Zarrua is an advanced planet, booming with new advancements in their technology. Despite that, they still retain their history by using weapons like swords, spears and the like. The people of Zarrua all believe that the souls of their dead are sacred, and have built temples to them. There is one in each land, and each one has what is called an Oracle. An Oracle is a spirit that has retain its ability to communicate after it lost its body, and is usually the spirit of a person called a “user.” Users are chosen by the gods to wield one of Zarrua’s three sacred elements; Electricity for power, Water for nourishment, and Wind for transportation. The users are found at a very young age, and sent to the capital of their respective land to be trained by older more experienced users of their particular element. The families that the users come from are treated as royalty, and put in the utmost regard among the people of Zarrua. When the users reach the age of 12 they are sent into the innermost sanctum of the temple of their land to ask the Oracle what they are meant to do. Some are told they are to be the leaders of Zarrua, some generals of the armies; some are even told that they are to be outcast. Be every once in awhile the user does not return from the sanctum. What happens to these users no one knows, but they are called the “Lost One’s.” The people believe that the users were killed because of some impurity in them, and from then on their families are shunned from society. But this does not happen very often, so the people rarely must resort to that. There is one thing in Zarrua that happens even less often than a “Lost One,” and that is a Storm User. A Storm User is a person who can control not one, but all three of the sacred elements.

Gale Windfall is such a person.

Gale was born unto a poor family in Zarrua, living in the slums of the capital city. His father, Michael, was skilled at blacksmithing, but no one needed a blacksmith because all the blacksmith positions had been filled. His mother, Rachel, spun wool to make a bit of money on the side. They could barely by food at the market, and often had to steal it. So when it came time for people to bring their children to the palace to see if they were users, Mr. And Mrs. Windfall were the first in line. They sent the then 4-year-old Gale with the rest of the children, and then they waited, knowing that if their boy was indeed a user their lives would never be the same.

The Testers first took young Gale to test him for the use of water. They sat him in front of a bowl fill with water, and told him to imagine the water in the air. Gale did so, and sure enough the water rose out of the bowl in the air and floated. The people were pleased with this, knowing they had found a user of water. But that wasn’t the end. Gale pushed his hands directly out in front of him and a strong wind blew in the direction that he had pushed. The people were amazed at this; the boy could use two elements! Wishing to test him further, they brought him to the test of electricity. The electricity test involved them firing up a great machine, they used electricity users power to power the machine, and generate electricity. Looking the machine, the boy drew some the electricity to his hand and began to pass it from finger to finger. The people were overjoyed at this; the boy was a Storm User! Immediately they rushed him back outside and told his parents. Michael and Rachel look at each other and smiled, then they both hugged their beloved son. This was their ticket out of poverty.

The Windfalls were moved into the higher-class living area, the houses right nest to the palace. Gale was to go to User School for all three of his elements, which was quite the task. Gale handled it with ease though and he aced every class he took. His father’s talents as a blacksmith were soon reckognized, and the king employed him as the official blacksmith to this land. Rachel was allowed to be a housewife and not work, Michael was making more than enough money now so she no longer had to work. Gale turned out to be a child user prodigy, surpassing all of his fellow users. At the age of six Gale’s parents had another child, a girl they named Kyra. When tested she was not a user, but that did not matter much because of Gale’s astounding talents. Years pasted, and Gale became one of the most favored users in Zarrua; nearly everyone knew him. Gale’s life was great, the epitome of every Zarruains dreams. Gale’s twelfth birthday soon came, and they all knew what that meant. It was time for the boy to meet with The Oracle.

Gale was lead to the entrance to the sanctum, and told to go directly inside to speak with The Oracle. He walked silently into the sanctum, looking straight ahead at the shrine. He had been in here many times when he was younger, playing mischievous games with his friends, but he had never been up close to the shrine. Stopping right in front of the shrine, Gale spoke.

“So, I am to speak with the Oracle.” He said.

“And I am it.” Replied a faceless voice.

All of a sudden the shrine began to glow and a great spirit arouse from it. The spirit had taken on the form of an old man, standing before Gale.

“I am the oracle of which you speak.”

“So tell me Oracle,” spoke Gale, “What am I to do? What is my destiny?”

“You are to travel the vast sea of stars known as the Omniverse, and learn many things. The knowledge you gain will be essential in the far future.”

“How am I to do this?” questioned the boy, “By what means am I to leave this planet.”

The Oracle paused for a moment, then spoke again.

“Return to me tomorrow and I shall instruct you on how to go about your journey. I suggest you say your farewells, you will not be returning to Zarrua for quite some time.”

And with that Gale rushed out of the temple. Running as fast as he could home, once he reached it he told his parents what the Oracle had said to him. Michael and Rachel knew what this meant, Gale was to be a “Lost One” and they were to be shunned from the life they loved. They also knew that this was their boy’s destiny, and they did not want to interfere. Michael immediately took Gale to his blacksmith shop, and gave him a beautiful sword and two long daggers. Gale knew how two wield a variety of weapons; it was one of the things they had taught him at the User Academy. Michael knew that Gale had especially excelled in sword fighting, and had fashioned this sword for him. Giving him the sword, Michael told his son to go and get some rest; he would need it for the journey ahead. The next day, early in the morning, Gale left his house with sword and daggers in hand. He went to the back to the sanctum, and spoke with the Oracle again.

“Oracle, you said I was to travel the stars. I ask you again, how am I to do this?”

“Hold out your hand boy.”

Gale did as the Oracle said, and a small stone appeared in his hand.

“That is a teleportation stone. All you must do is imagine the planet you wish to go to and squeeze the stone. Also, if you know the name of the planet, or one of the lands on the planet, you may state it and the stone will take you there.”

With that the Oracle told him the name of the first planet he was to visit. Gale spoke the name and squeezed the stone and disappeared.

Gale has been traveling like this for two years now, and all though he does miss his home, he knows he has much more to learn before he returns.
