Sensing His Power... Open Challenge

Since, as of late, the schoolwork load has shortened (thankfully), and I have gotten on top of things, I think I can handle a second role play battle. I am currently fighting Zetsumi in another battle, just to let you know. I'll allow anyone basically around my rp skill (literate and somewhat veteran), to fight me. Basic rules apply, no godmodding, powerplaying, innapropraite content, etc.

The arena is a simple grassland with some various plant life, and hills here and there. There is not a cloud in the sky, and the sun shines brightly.

Name: Tirer Melas

Gender: Male, in his current state.

Age: His true age is in the trillions, but his approximate physical age is about 25.

Appearance: Tirer is a person who you would call his features… godly. He has just the right amount of muscle, standing at about 6’ 6”, and showing neither skinny nor fattish features. He has a small crop of reddish hair on his head, with a very little sign of hair anywhere else on his face, and bright red eyes. Over his body, he wears a large ceremonial-style robe, sprung from Sol’s flames, which has the colors of the sun, orange, red, and yellow.

Race: Sol.

Home World: Sol.

Personality: Tirer is usually very quiet, but can get quite angry when provoked.

Element: The powerful burning Flame

Weapon: Tirer uses the power of Sol itself, to form weapons from fire, which he calls FireBurn. It is fire that can actually make solid mass, quite firmly, in fact, which burns anything on impact. It is very durable, and quick, with great magic power. An infinite amount of weapons can be made, with no drawbacks, except slight draining of energy, but Tirer can simply reabsorb FireBurn to get it back. By the gift of Sol, FireBurn can actually form into real materials other than fire and become stronger. However, they still have the same burning effect. Tirer is also learning how to make other forms with FireBurn.

These are the most common forms it takes:

Larguer: An extremely long whip, with deadly accuracy and quick speed. It is made of many animal skins and hides, with a metal handle for holding, and a steel tip at the end with great power.

Feu: A long and sharp spear, mainly for close-combat and lunging. It is made of several strong woods, including the yew. It is specially burned by powerful flames to get it to be in its shape, with a very sharp point at the end.

Incendiaire: A medium-sized sphere, to be more specific, a powerful magic orb, made from fire clam pearls. They increase the fire power of the wielder, and are decent for throwing. Also, they have the ability to summon great fire minions.

Ficher: What seems to be a simple crossbow, is in fact a powerful ranged and melee weapon. It comes with powerful bolts made from strong metals, but it can also load knives, fireballs, etc. It has strong and sharp edges, so it can be used in defense and offense.

Incendie: A well-sharpened crescent blade, exceptional at slicing and fast movements. It is also a possible thing to throw, as well as good defense. It is best to duel-wield this weapon for maximum efficiency.

Abilities: Tirer, being born from the flames of Sol, has a great mastery of fire. He can cause fire to rain from the sky, conjure minions made of fire, shoot fire balls, cover himself and objects in flame, set things aflame, set a fire to the ground, use the power of heat to teleport, and much more.

Night Wing- A sword given to Lucite by his father, who even made the blade himself. It is a light sword, therefore making it easy to wield. Upon the hilt lays a symbol of a black wing with a dark blue circle around it. The very bottom of the hilt can be unscrewed, revealing a compartment where a vial can be stored. Within this vial, Lucite always keeps poison in it to use against his enemies in battle.

Blade of Emotions- A blade made by a powerful spell caster many years ago and was locked away, due to the power it held within it. It is a beautiful blue blade, with the hilt in the shape of a black wing. Those who wield the blade can use their emotions as a weapon in battle, but it can be dangerous if used incorrectly. In order to activate the blade’s power the wielder must channel their energy into the blade while having a thought in their mind that represents ONE emotion. If the thought is mixed with another emotion the wielder will receive a powerful shock of electricity coming from the blade itself, which can kill most men if they are not strong enough. If done correctly the wielder will be surrounded in an aura that matches the emotion that was chosen, and each emotion has its own powers. Only those who have full control of their emotions can wield this powerful blade properly.

Wings- These wings are made out of pure steel, painted black, and are attached to his body armor. As long as he’s surrounded in one of the emotional auras he can control the wing’s movement with his mind. However, he cannot fly with them. They are more used as shields when he is being attacked when he doesn’t have time to lift his weapons up to block it.

Abilities: Before Lucite became leader of Silent Shadows he was taught many things by their former leader. Their former leader was psychic and was able to manipulate his surroundings. He trained Lucite until he eventually learned the art of this ability and was able to manipulate his surroundings as well. Still, there are a few things that he can only manipulate through certain auras of the Blade of Emotion. And, at times, his mind can lose control due to the fact that every time an aura is activated his personality instantly changes. If this happens too many times he may faint or get knocked out for some time, which can be dangerous during battle.

Levitation- Self exclamatory, he can use his mind to levitate his surroundings at will. Still, though he has mastered this ability, there are just some things that simply take up too much energy to levitate and would be futile to attempt doing. He still has to strengthen his senses in order to be able to levitate such things.

Poison Manipulation- Lucite can control poison, strictly, with his mind, to his advantage. He is able to manipulate the poison so that it is able to take the shape of anything that he wants it to. Most of the time he uses it to take the shape of needles to pierce the enemy’s flesh and enter his/her’s body so that he is able to control the poison within the enemy and cause fatal damage. He can also use the poison to surround the tip of one of his swords, or both.

Wind Manipulation- By using his mind, Lucite can manipulate the wind to his advantage in battle. He is able to create tornados and, ultimately, control their movement as they destroy everything in their path. He is also able to manipulate the wind, in such a way, that it forms into a disc, which is powerful enough to cut through the toughest of armor. It also travels at a high speed.

Auras:

Anger- Once he channels his energy into the Blade of Emotion and picture an angry thought, he is immediately surrounded in a red aura. The aura emits intense heat, which will burn anything that is two feet away from him. They will probably start to feel the heat when they are about six feet away. Only while in this aura is he able to manipulate fire with his mind.

Evil- Once he channels his energy into the Blade of Emotion and pictures an evil doing that he has done in the past; he is immediately surrounded in a dark aura. Only while in this aura is he able to manipulate darkness with his mind.

Sorrow- Once he channels his energy into the Blade of Emotion and pictures a sad memory, he is immediately surrounded in a blue aura. The moment the aura has appeared an explosion of ice shards, from his past tears, will come from the aura, flying in all directions. Only while in this aura is he able to manipulate ice with his mind.

Determination- Once he channels his energy into the Blade of Emotion and lets the feeling, of being able to complete his task at hand, take over his mind he is immediately surrounded in a green aura. The aura will only slightly increase his strength and will also, only while in this aura, give him the ability to manipulate earth with his mind.

Lucite was born in a time where wars were going on everyday. Because of this, he was always interested in it and wanted to become a warrior. His father taught him everything he knew about martial arts and military strategies. As the years went on Lucite learned everything else on his own and become a decent fighter fairly quickly. His father was proud of him and handed him his sword. Shortly after, when he was seventeen years old, he left his home and became a wanderer.

For a short time Lucite hunted to survive and practically lived in the forest. He took a liking to nature and would always sit at the top of a tree, looking out into the distance. There was always something that caught his eye almost immediately whenever he would look. A small fortress could be seen from where he looked and a few people within it could be seen as well, even though they, pretty much, looked like dots from the distance that he was at.

Lucite always wondered who that fortress belonged too, but he never really took the time to go over there and check. There was also something else he wondered as well. For the time that he has lived in the forest, not once had he seen anyone from the fortress come to the forest to hunt for food. Again, he never really took much interest in it; it was just something to think about when he had nothing else to do.

One day, however, a few of his questions were answered. Lucite was getting water from the river, nearby, when he heard something move behind him. For a split second he stopped and looked, but he was used to that kind of thing and didn’t find it much of a threat. A few moments later something jumped out of the bushes and went to strike him from behind, with a katana. Though Lucite wasn’t expecting this he was never unarmed. He drew his father’s sword and parried the attacker’s blow.

They both stopped and looked at each other. The attacker was a man, the same age as Lucite, with short brown hair and green eyes. He wore light, red, armor and a headband, matching his armor. The man introduced himself as Zach and apologized for attacking him. “I mistaken you for a weakling” Zach said with a grin. Lucite didn’t trust him, but he still sheathed his father’s sword and introduced himself as well.

They talked to each other for the rest of the day and they became friends. “You’ve been living in the forest for a while, eh? I should come hunting more often. I and a small group of warriors live at that fortress not far from here. I bet you’ve seen it by now. We don’t really need to hunt on a regular basis because we steal food from other bases when we raid them. It’s a lot more fun than hunting” Zach explained, with a chuckle. He had a cocky attitude and a huge ego. To him life was a game.

“You know…I only judged you from one move, how ‘bout a friendly spar?” Zach asked, drawing his sword. Lucite laughed “With real blades? We’ll kill each other….you’re on” he replied, accepting his challenge. And so the sound of blades striking each other went on until sunset. They were both tired by then and that’s when Zach offered to come to his fortress to join the pack of warriors. Lucite agreed and they both left the forest, heading toward the fortress.

From the flames of Sol, a single fireball was released, like a meteor, towards Earth. Within no time at all, the being of flame had come onto the small grassland, ready to battle. Tirer had been unleashed, at last, to battle with the great warriors. Though he had doubts about becoming as powerful as his predecessor, Faible, he had great potential. Sol, his creator, had trained him well.

Walking along the simple grasses of Earth, he almost shivered at the loss of great heat, he being used to the temperatures of up to 3000 degrees fahrenheit. But, he would have to adapt to such climates. Sadly, he knew nothing of his opponent, besides his name, Lucite, so he was not sure what such a being would conjure. Tirer was confident that he could handle it easily, though. He was guided by the power of the Light and Sol, so he could do no wrong. He tuned his senses, and waited for his foe to appear.

A black knight stood at the top of a hill, just a few yards away from the field where a battle was about to begin. His dark blue eyes could clearly be seen from the other end of the field, as if they were glowing. He had long black hair, which was in a pony tail that went all the way down his spine. Having both his hands upon the hilts of his swords, which were sheathed at his sides, he looked up at the clear sky.

The black knight saw some sort of meteor was headed toward the center of the field. He watched it carefully as it crashed upon the grassy plain, causing whatever plant life around it to burn. Amongst the small flames stood a man, wearing a robe that was colored orange, yellow, and red. He looked like some sort of fire mage and/or warrior. The black knight had seen quite a few of this type, however.

His dark blue eyes slowly closed as he drew both his swords. "You know what they say....Fight fire with fire" he muttered under his breathe. With this being said in such a tone, many could tell he wasn't exactly the talking type. Talking was something he rarely did. He let go of his swords and levitated them, causing them to rotate around him at an, extremely, high velocity. The knight's senses simply increased as he the swords continued to rotate.

The black knight's mind simply raced as the swords rotated faster, searching for a certain memory that would trigger his anger. After a few moments, the blue blade began to glow fiercely untill both the blades burst in flame. Seconds after, the knight opened his eyes to reveal that they were glowing blood red. At this point, the swords were rotating so fast it looked as if he was literally surrounded in fire...which was something that was going to happen soon. With an explosion of energy, the black knight became surrounded in a red aura, which emitted intense heat.

Lucite was the black knight's name...

He glared at his opponent as the sword's dance began to slow down to a decent pace, rather than a fast one. His eyes returned to their normal, dark blue, color as his glare continued.

Lucite grabbed the hilts of his flaming swords and took a fighter's stance, ready for battle.
