Personality
While power is something to be feared, raw power alone is not necessarily the way to win a fight. Target takes this to a new level, using almost pure brain power to win his battles.

Skills

Target Change - By using this technique, anything he marks, will be hit by the opponent's attack. No matter what the opponent does, from spitting, to warping space and time. It will hit.

Target Lock - Similar to target change, except that it works on him.

Shozen - A technique in where he gathers the energy of attacks that did not hit their designated target from either side and releases it inside the body of the opponent. If the energy that missed was astral, it would release into their astral form.

Unfortunately, the creator of Ankuko has left on permanent leave. However, he left the ever controversial Ankuko in my control. And I'd be happy to take up your challenge

Age- Appears to be around... 17

Personality- Ankuko has a very... Kind mind, and as such follows, a kind personality. A fun sense of humor comes with this all, one that has made her toy with her brother constantly. A fun sense of humor that makes her change town's chickens to toys. One that has changed her own looks, making her beautiful to all.

Appearance- She looks to be a beautiful young girl, wrapped in flowing green clothes. Nothing looks wrong, or evil about her. Her red dress flows with her bodies movements, and her lush red hair never seems to stop. Her hair is the darkest black ever seen, swirling as she spins. Her green eyes seem to pierce the soul of any to see her, while her red eyes seems to pierce the soul of any to see her. Her, her, her, her...

Bio- She has no s-solid-tangible history... All her past-life-history is gone-disappeared-changed. She...-saved-rescued her family besides her brother-twin-self. She carried-helped him constantly-never. She's demolished-built whole cities-towns. She's... Helped-saved countless millions. She's bribed-tricked the gods-demons into allowing her to endlessly cycle the reincarnation process, that it cannot be stopped-interrupted.

Abilities- Her powers are the only sure thing about her. Her powers do not seem deadly but they are. She can... Shift things. Make things wrong. An example would be this... A man stood up to challenge her. She used her powers, and his powers were changed. Instead of controlling fire, he controlled water. She changed his age so that he did not know how to utilize his abilities. (SIDE NOTE- This is NOT PPing. PPing would be changing what you did, not changing your template as she does. Whine about it if you want, and even cry. I DON'T CARE.) She cannot use these powers to directly effect an attack though. If a beam of energy is heading for her, she has to move, otherwise...

Target stepped onto the field. It was a simple round area surrounded by trees, almost making an arena from the very earth itself. The wind blew slightly, making his hair go wild in the wind, messing with his vision only slightly. He already set the default target for both sides as a nearby tree. He knew his opponent knew his presence.

He stepped forward to the middle of the field, eyes closed, waiting for that first step onto the grass. The first breath drawn nearby. Waiting for her. Target one.

An assassination attempt? How exciting this would be!

The quiet breeze was blowing through the clearing, passing through the trees like a snake slithering through the grass. It was quiet, except for a few croaking frogs that could be heard through the stillness of the forest. Completely serene, until a few subtle footsteps were heard through the quietness that engulfed them. He was average in his height, if not slightly shorter... He had crimson red hair, which was blown carefree in the breeze as if pushed around by invisible hands...

Aw, there he was! He was pretty cute for someone coming to kill her...

Dressed in a long black cloak, dark as the night itself, and spotted with bloody crimson cloud symbols, he stopped, eyes shut in the center of the circular clearing in the midst of the forest... He wore a small knife from a string around his neck, one which looked like it had tasted the blood of many previous targets in the years before...

Ooh, a mysterious boy? This would be so much fun...

When Ankuko appeared on the field, she did so without much flair. She simply strolled out into the clearing, as easy as if she was walking to a picnic, decked in a beautiful, shimmering ruby-red dress, which seemed to flicker in the sunlight like the flame of a candle, dancing in the wind. She giggled lightly as she watched the nineteen year old boy with great intrigue. He was her age... And that rusty red hair was to die for... Oh, she had to have him!

"Hello, 'Target,'" she laughed with broad smile, letting her brilliant red hair fall across her milky cream skin as she gazed at him from across the clearing... He was even more cute up close. "What a funny name for such a funny boy..."

I also heard you like mini-LoC, and the powerplaying rite there is absolutely amazing. Because, you know, instant-hit attacks that can't be guarded against make for great RP. :<

You of course forgot to admit your characters powers, if I should even call them that, do not belong in the Omniverse.

There is no force, no attack in any world that has can hit no matter what. That is godmoding.

You cannot win by simply entering a battlefield. No one friggen attacked. Your powers are just as confusing. WHAT will hit the target? Energy? A sword? Bullets? Your attacks make no sense whatsoever.

I agree with SMK. This reeks of Limitless.

Umm, making it so that your attacks ALWAYS hit, no matter what, prevents all sorts of blocking or anything. It indirectly controls his character. Thus, powerplay.
