Wait what? So, he first has to come in contact with the target, then it's not HIS attack, it's the opponents?
That's not god-modding or power-playing. If he can manage to mark the target, he could have already executed the attack, that's just history repeat. Also, he isn't the one attacking, his opponent is. Sounds like an attack diverter to me.

Target Lock? Interpreted as it is read, it means he has to mark a target before it locks on. Did he touch her?

I fail to see any PP or GM. Again, people are too busy complaining when they could easily find away AROUND it.

Still, when I thought of who it would be "Ankoku" came to mind rather than "Limitless". Not that I'm an expert or anything at multi-accounting, but I'd quite effectively detract attention from myself if I challenged myself to a battle.

Coincidental that CoF was left with control?

There are way too many ways around that. However, finding that the alternative be the Omniverse going kaboom... my mind contests this. That's the part that should have been noted, really, from the beginning. Then again it appears this entire battle was nothing more than a sham...
