Default Fight me (if you dare)!

This will be my first battle and it will be open for all! It will most likely be 1 vs 1, but if more people want to join, we can change the number. All normal rules apply, like no godmodding, no powerplaying etc. The battlefield will be a forest with giant flowers and plants. Btw it would be better if you were experienced "fighter", cause my character is powerful! xD Here is my template:

Name: Jaden

Age: 15

Appearance: His head is angular in shape with unkempt, slightly long, blonde hair residing on the top of his scalp. His hair reaches just a few centimeters from the base of his neck. His hair also has a few slightly darker colored locks that came from his father’s gene pool. He has cerulean blue colored eyes, although they become green because of his contact lenses. They can't, however, hide the small shine in his eyes whenever he talks about animals. He has a slightly small nose and shallow cheeks. He has thin lips, and hiding behind them are pearly white teeth.

He is of tall height, being only about five feet and six inches tall. His skin has a fair pigmentation, making it obviously red when he stays under heat for very long periods. Even when giving him some time under the shade, his skin would only become light pink and stay in that color for some time. He has a lanky build, having a somewhat long and thin body, although not so thin that he looks anorexic. His chest and torso are also thinner than most, although Jaden is slowly growing into his new body and height. His arms aren’t that big, but his knuckles are bony, giving the impression of a larger hand than it actually is. However, his hands are still fairly larger than most teenagers' his age. He is also bony and somewhat sharp at some points of his body, most noticeably his arms and legs.

His upper body is normally adorned by a light blue, long-sleeved shirt with a silhouette of a wolf’s head on it. Over the shirt is a dark gold, black rimmed vest. On the right side of the best is a pocket where he'd be able to store a small object. He tucks the shirt under his dark gray slacks. He wears a black belt around his slacks. On the black belt is a gold-colored buckle that glints under light. His slacks are particularly long, the pants ending a little bit over his white and black sneakers. He also wears a dark blue visor on his head. Emblazoned on it in black is an eagle's wing.

Personality: Jaden's ordinary first impression is that of a shy and silent boy, which, in reality, is actually very true. Often distant and quiet, he would usually be seen staring outside a window or at a piece of scenery, observing a rather peculiar animal or insect, or engrossed in a book of varying genres. He doesn’t talk very much and prefers to use one-word answers and short phrases rather than full-blown sentences. He isn’t very likely to voice out his opinions on various subjects, having only enough confidence to raise them only on a few topics. This sometimes gives the impression that he’s cold and anti-social. This, however, is very wrong. He is sometimes lonely, often finding his only solace in animals or books. This is because he lacks self-confidence in himself to actually make friends that would like him for himself. He also lacks the ability to believe in others, thinking that somehow, someway, people will always let him down.

Because of his low self-confidence, he is apt to make self-degrading remarks, although most of it would only be said in his mind. In these times, his face would be shadowed, and he'd emit a negative aura. This aura would get many reactions, although most are usually of fright or pity. These are also the times that he may even make snide and angry jibes, although they'd mostly be half-hearted. However, when mixed with his negative aura, threateningly low voice (despite it being unintentional), and often hard comments, they can be quite harsh comments.

His voice isn’t that loud either from speaking so little times. However, being silent allows him to be quite observant if the situation calls for it; he has the ability take in everything he sees, hears, and smells in one single moment and can easily recall them in just a few minutes if not seconds. He can also pick up slight details in pictures if the need calls for it, which he usually does when he’s studying or observing one animal or another. However, he is prone to go into a mental monologue about what he's observing, leaving him oblivious to all his surroundings. This is often a paradox to his parents, who knows he has photographic memory despite his times of ignorance.

Special Abilities:

Power: The Power to Turn himself into animal.

Power Description: He can turn himself into animal.

Power Level 2 Ability: He can transform into bigger animal-like beings, which are best described as monsters.

Power Flaw: He can't alter his size. Furthermore he gets exhausted easily. This is the reason why sometimes he doesn't chose to transform himself into animal. In the beginning of each combat he prefers using some martial arts moves he knows and when he sees that he can't win in that way, he turns himself into animal. Finally, it is likely not to be able to control himself.

Known Forms (from Power 2):

1) Flickr Photo Download: Dragon man

2) Flickr Photo Download: Robosaur

3) Flickr Photo Download: Mechatiger

4) Flickr Photo Download: Robot

Attacks:

Terra Blaster: Fires a beam of destructive energy.

Absolute Zero: Fires a blue ball from his mouth that freezes his enemy.

Exile Spear: His arm is transformed into a spear which is used to impale an opponent.

Destiny Destroyer (Ultimate Flare): Fires a solar-hot energy blast from his mouth.

Flash Bantyo Punch: His punch has an enormous boost in power

Burning Bantyo Punch: A fiery punch attack.

Biography: He actually trained his eye for detail since he was still seven years old, when he decided he wanted to become an Animal Behaviorist, or a scientist that studies animal behavior in layman’s terms. It has been an amazement to many that he has stuck to this goal for such a long time. His eye for detail also allows him to be able to identify some people’s psychological state of mind; why they do so and when they are most likely to do it. He isn’t, however, always right. However, he never delves on a person too long in fear of becoming close to that one person. He usually uses this ability to identify and calculate an animal's behavior.

As implied before, he absolutely loves animals, more so than the average child. He is also quite knowledgeable about different kinds of animals, his knowledge on fauna surpassing that of both his father’s and mother’s combined. At a very young age, this is quite a feat. Also, his love for animals even initiated him to become vegetarian when he was only eleven years old, much to the surprise of his parents. It also made him want to take pictures of the different animals he sees, and thus, he brings a digital camera everywhere. This shows his dedication and love for animals. However, despite it, he isn't very likely to show it in front of people. He also has a great fear of bears. Not so much as to run away screaming when he sees one, but enough to make him stay far, and I mean far, away. He is likely to freeze stiff when he sees one.

I'm probably going to regret doing 2 rps at once; but if you don't mind, I'll accept. I'll be using Axiala; look at the other thread i just made; the template is over there. No need to repost the template here I think? However, if you insist, I wouldn't mind.

Default Re: Fight me (if you dare)!

I will be using Wrath. Mind you, I've just begun to reqrite the appearance sections of all my Vices. Wrath is only partially done. If requested, I may use a different character.

Mortal Name: Illyria Larose

True Name: Wrath

Age: It's spirit is immortal. The current physical shell is roughly 29 years old.

Appearance: Wrath is a raven-haired beauty, tall and svelte like one might expect of a Sin. She moves like a cat: languidly, powerfully, and with a confidence unsurpassed by anything. Except, of course, Pride. Her skin is like pure alabaster, her eyes dark jewels set within the stone. Those very same eyes smolder and burn with fury, and her lips are often twisted into a malevolent scowl. Wrath's hair falls straight to the small of her back, and depending upon her choice of wardrobe, may obscure the tattoo of a bloody sword that resides there. She is of an average height, yet she often appears several inches taller. Wrath has a penchant for heels. Her entire body is slender, down to her red-nailed fingers.

Weapon(s): Wrath wields only two material weapons, both of which she is able to summon at will. Her first and primary weapon is a glistening jian forged by Hephaestus himself, rendering the weapon unbreakable and eternally sharp.

Her second weapon is an intimidating meteor hammer attached to a long, steel chain. The ball itself is not spiked, yet blades are capable of shooting out when Wrath wills it. She wields this weapon fluidly and viciously, often striking to break bones and lacerate flesh rather than kill at first.

Powers: Wrath is a weilder of powerful Electrokinesis and Magnetokinesis, rendering her capable of controlling the forces of electricity and warping magnetic fields. Due to the sheer length of her existence, Wrath has mastered these abilities, able to wield them with dominating strength. In a fit of rage over the promiscuous actions of her lover, Lust, Wrath decimated the city of Atlantis, sending the city, along with its inhabitants, far below the sea. She saw no woman in Atlantis fit to replace her as Lust's eternal lover.

As with all Vices and Virtues, Wrath is gifted with various enchanments to ensure a prolonged lifespan. She is incredibly strong, both physically and mentally. In a slightly childish action after a bad day, Wrath had lightly kicked a recently built tower in Pisa. That tower is now leaning 13 degrees to one side and has not yet stopped its movement. Her body is annoyingly resistant to physical attacks and heals physical wounds very rapidly, as with all other Vices and Virtues.

In the many eons of her existence, Wrath had read countless tomes from equally numerous locations all over the world. In the days before magick was forgotten, Wrath and her fellow Vices accumulated a vast knowledge of spells and incantations, ranging from the mundane to the spectacular.

Wrath's soul, upon her rare defeat, immediately enters the reincarnation cycle and is reborn into another human shell. The process is impervious to any outside manipulation, being the will of the God's themselves..

Personality: True to her name and immortal spirit, Wrath is a particularly vengeful, spiteful and hateful woman. She seldom smiles and a cheerful laugh is nigh impossible to coax from her lips. Only one creature has ever been able to pierce the almost impenetrable walls of Wrath's soul and she killed that man's shell with her very hands. She, presumably, holds dominion over the sin of Wrath and embodies it perfectly. No offense goes unpunished and weakness of body or mind is an unacceptable trespass against her. She accepts no excuses and when angered, is practically unstoppable. Her voice is as cold as the North Wind, biting through the mind as easily as a cold zephyr cuts through skin straight to the bone.

Bio: Milennia ago, the gods created a woman. Her name was Pandora and she was both blessed and cursed with incredible curiosity. She was also given a box and told to never open it. Pandora was created to be the perfect wife for a Titan, who passed her onto his own brother.

However, the universe cannot exist without balance. When Pandora was created, it sought to find a way to counteract this supreme good witha supreme evil. Thus, Diasthos was born. She was created to be the exact opposite of Pandora, save the fact that he too was presented with a box. Hideous, untalented, and lonely, Diasthos was the polar opposite of Pandora.

As most people know, Pandora's box was filled with the Vices, evils that would later plague mankind. To counteract this as well, Diasthos' box contained the Virtues, spirits that would maintain the balance when both Pandora and Diasthos were gone. For years, the Vices and Virtues waged a covert war against each other, always managing to stay concealed from humanity behind a veil of secrecy. They've taken on human forms, and walked amongst mortals, silently fighting a war that has gone on for centuries.

This war was never meant to end, for each side will remain equal, as it is meant on the Grand Design. However, every rule has a loophole, and it has been found.

Should Pandora's and Diasthys' boxes ever be united, the side responsible will gain dominion over all existence, and the power to do, quite literally, anything they desire.

Wrath new very well of this supposed loophole in Cosmic Law. She knew her former lover had grown weary of the mortal thread and would soon attempt to locate the boxes. She knew what it would mean and what vast gifts Lust would be bestowed with.

Yet, she did nothing. Wrath remained indifferent to the entire situation, an immensely odd act for the sin of anger itself. She was Lust's closest, and only, confidant and as such, was torn between her duties as the embodiment of sin, and her duties as a sentient being plagued by emotion.

In an act never before seen, and never since repeated, the Virtues formed a temporary cease-fire with the remaining Vices, realizing that Lust was hell-bent on getting what he desired and that neither side alone was fully capable of ceasing their assault. Wrath was an apprehensive player in this game, remaining quiet and contemplative as the Virtues and Vices plotted their scheme.

On a cold, wintry night outside of Vienna, Wrath met with Lust in secret. He informed her of his plans, his desires and how he would stop at nothing to find those boxes, wherever they were hiding. Wrath berated him for his actions, screaming to the heavens themselves that Lust was an incomprehensible fool for daring to attempt to slip through a cosmic loophole. It was at this moment that Lust's manipulative nature came into full effect. He seduced Wrath, as he did with most humans, attempting to draw her mind away from, what he referred to as, "the mindless ministrations of those accursed Virtues", and led her to believe that he alone was the only person in his right mind.

They spent three days ago, weraing out their human shells to the point where they were both hardly able to move. While his lover rested, Lust left Wrath alone, continuing his search for the boxes. It was shortly after then that he located the box of Diasthys, a simple, brown, leather-clad container capable of trapping and sealing away the same Vices it had once held. Ecstatic that he was half way to his dominance, Lust, in an arrogant manner befitting Pride himself, decided to give a demonstration and test of his newfound ability.

He trapped Hope and Faith, two strong Virtues, within Diasthys' box, loudly announcing that no Virtue was ever able to defeat him again.

It is fitting that a Virtue never would. Wrath, seething with anger and hatred from her reunion, and sebsequent unwelcome departure, of Lust, approached her former lover, throwing lightning at the Vice's feet. A ferocious battle ensued, one of which the muses still sing. Lust's fire against Wrath's lightning as a stunning match. The two repeatedly released eons of hatred and anger through their weapons, sparks flashing amidst the burning flames. It all came to a silent end when Wrath's blade finally pierced Lust's heart, similar to how his actions repeatedly broke hers.

The fires died down and the roaring flames quieted. Lust said nothing, merely staring at the blade and at Wrath before his physical vessel expired in a column of flame. The box that held Hope and Faith clattered to the ground, sitting quietly as Wrath glared down at it. With the power to destroy and contain the Virtues, her worst enemies, lying at her feet, Wrath simply walked away. She could not deal with it at the time. her mind was too clouded by anger, hatred, loathing and, for the first time, true sadness.

Her eyes travelled down to the ring on her finger, her fist clenching. Electricity coursed through the stone and her solemn footsteps faded into the night. After she had killed the one who was both her most beloved companion, yet most hated antagonist, Wrath made one promise. It was one that she would stick by throughout all of her lives.

No man would ever get the best of her again.

Default Re: Fight me (if you dare)!

Ugh sorry; I dunno what happened earlier <.< So how're the teams gonna be? But anyway, here's my template; sorry if it's rather...long

Name: Axiala

Age: It has neither biological nor spiritual age. However, from the year of its creation, Axiala is approximately 500 years of age.

Race/Category: Machine

Description:
Axiala is the central processing artificial intellect that is created 400 years ago by an advanced civilization that knows of both magic and science, known as the Rokazu people. Axiala is a project in which they attempt to incorporate science and magic into one form, creating the artificial intelligence successfully. This “invisible” killer created by the Rokazu has led much fear against the civilization among the planet. Axiala controls a swarm of an unimaginably large number of robots at atomic size, known as the Pathogenica. By forming atomic bonds, the swarm may become a solid substance. When Axiala solidifies itself, it can form tioup to 5 humanoid shape, replicating every cell down to its atomic structures, each 6 feet in height. However, it does not have a formulated shape or, in fact, anything that can be seen at all. Normally they are so scattered, if anything of Pathogenica were to be caught with a natural eye, it is a blur of vision that is somewhat like a mirage within a desert. Although separated into millions of smaller bots, the processing pattern of Axiala exists in every one of the atom-sized bots. Signals are sent to each bot using the teleportation grid that Axiala itself has established over time. Each Pathogenica bot has the same and full capability so that even when each bot are disconnected from each other, they each have the full power of the swarm together, though on a smaller scale.

Being extremely small, Pathogenica is not affected by gravity and is energetically efficient in itself that it does not need refuel on its own regular processes. In addition, it can move at superluminal speed when necessary, although it has developed a teleportation system for itself throughout the Omniverse. Originally, Axiala is only meant to have a lifespan of 50 years Over time, Axiala’s artificial “conscience” has found the need of expanding. Thus it creates millions and millions more of Pathogenica in order to increase its own lifespan as well. The Rokazu sees the disaster that would befall them have they allowed Axiala to continue because it would eventually consume all of the planet’s metallic resources. As a result, they sent the A.I. out on Omniversal “missions” so that it could consume its metallic materials elsewhere. Although it models Lithium’s atomic structure, Axiala can use any kind of metallic element (alkali, alkaline earth, transition metals, or even metalloid) to build a Pathogenica robot by reconstructing the atom, which would take about 15 minutes. Through its growing pool of data, Axiala has also learned to communicate by creating sound waves or by sending psychological signals to the mind of an organism.

Each robot of the Pathogenica is an insect-like device, having 6 legs, enabling to hold on to whatever it needs to get hold of. Its surfaces are covered with sensory devices as well as energy absorbers. Because of their incredibly small size, the Pathogenica is often not restrained to physical obstructions. Despite its size, it can process an amount of information per millisecond up to approximately the value of the Shannon number, given that each “one” of these units can contain memories of 20 years of an average humanoid living organism. As its loading speed reveals, the basic time interval unit for the Pathogenica (and also Axiala of course) is 1 millisecond. Each one of these robots has the full capability of Axiala itself, given that its processor is installed within each of the robots. A Pathogenica bot has a visual sensory distance of as far as 5 kilometers, depending on environmental conditions. When necessary, it can react as quickly by switching visual sensory to vibration sensory mode, which detects the vibration of molecules and thus conclude the energy existing within the area.

Many have asked: what powers the Pathogenica? Pathogenica is in fact built from artificial subatomic-sized molecules that have similar properties to those of a natural atom. In its center, there exists a compressed neon atom whose circulating electrons serve as a constant power source for the robot. Because of its light weight, the simple atom is able to supply all the need of the device. When needed, however, the robot itself is able to consume energy from its environment – from sound waves, to light, to heat, to gamma ray, or any form of radiation. Electrons would also serve as a power boost, but the bot itself does not actually “absorb” the electrons: only the momentum that creates the energy. In this process the electrons – or any subatomic particles for that matter – that comes in contact with a Pathogenica loses its velocity and energy, thus compressing itself. As a result, the robot would be able to “store” the subatomic particle and use it for its own means – for instance, break it down to release the particle’s subatomic energy, which is even greater than that of atomic nuclear energy.

What is Axiala in itself? How does it exist? Axiala is actually an artificial intelligence created from the nerve pattern of a Rokazu magician. Dying of his own disease, the man volunteers to be the imprint of the project. As the construction concludes with unprecedented success, Axiala is created with much emotion of the original living organism. Although emotion in the machine does not actually exist, the processor’s program has allowed Axiala to imitate the man’s mental pattern, thus creating a behavior unseen in other artificial intellect. Many have said that the man was the perfect choice, as the machine is seen to be calm, smart, and flexible. The most important feature of it is flexibility, which does not exist in an A.I. level before for the civilization. Indeed number of combinations increases with more recorded patterns, the Rokazu realizes the limit their A.I. has. By incorporating magic this time into their project, they imprinted the mind of a living man onto the machine, thus creating a never-before-seen machine. Axiala only exists in its original metallic form. Upon its creation Axiala reproduces its own pattern upon every new bot it creates and directly connecting them to its central system. Having the magical ability inherited from its biological ancestor, Axiala also connects the bots magically, thus making resolving distance as being an obstacle to Axiala’s contact with its bots.

Unbeknownst by even its creators, however, is that the magical talents of the man’s imprint are also transferred to the machine. Although it is limited from Axiala, the new magic grants Axiala a power to alternate its surroundings unlike other machineries. One of the most interesting features of Axiala is that the Pathogenica not only seems to be able to neglect Physics, but that it seems to be able to bend it to a certain extent.

Abilities:
Since its creation, Axiala has various abilities. Unexpected by even its creators, Axiala also has the abilities of the original magician, whose nerve imprint is installed into the system. As a result, Axiala has generally two divisions of abilities: one installed by its inventors, the other being the magical talents of the magician himself.

Spiritual Deterioration: Evolved from one of Axiala’s earliest forms of offense and loosely based upon spiritual energy, the creators of Axiala believe that the power of deforming souls and consciousness would be a deadly force installed in a machine. The original laser-like weapon is thus equipped into every one of the Pathogenica bots. Upon impact what the Rokazu people believe to be the force that holds the soul stable is disrupted, causing it to collapse on itself. As the process continues, the target soul eventually disintegrates as the soul-stabilizing force weakens and the soul’s detached parts diffuse and loses its original personality, thought, and conscience. This process takes place so rapidly that it seems like souls are simply vanquished upon the contact with this offense. As improvements are made upon Pathogenica, the specified target against only souls attached to a living body widened to be effective against all kinds of spiritual existence.

Energy Consumpn & Analysis: Axiala is able to absorb any kind of energy to fuel itself or to reject forcibly in an opposite direction as its own offense. Through absorbing the energy, Axiala is able to process and comprehend the nature of the energy, and reproduces it for its own use. Axiala can, when in need, absorb all of the existing energy within its desired area, creating an absolute-zero temperature field.

Energy Summons: In addition to its natural recirculation of energy through atomic recycle and radioactivity consumption, Axiala is able to draw upon energy from the Inner Planes. By doing so, Axiala is able to summon a massive amount of energy that can be used to manipulate its surroundings, even energy flow around it. By using this energy, Axiala can create various kinds of energy shield and even matter compression. Unlike the elemental energy that exists within the Inner Planes, however, Axiala can convert this energy into pure energy and thus improving its capabilities.

Subatomic Alchemy: Axiala can forcibly remove a proton, electron, or a neutron from an existing atom and hold the subatomic particle for its own use. This ability is known as the successful mastery of alchemy which many civilizations have attempted doing, allowing Axiala to accurately change the nature of an atom by injecting protons and neutrons into an existing one, creating different matters that it needs to use or breaking down atoms for emergency energy consumption or its own reconstruction.
Genetic Imprint: By invading cellular (unicellular or multi-cellular) organisms, Axiala can copy the organism’s genetic information, cellular structure, as well as imprinting copies of previously-obtained information into the cell. This is also one of the methods that Axiala reproduces itself, acting as a kind of “metallic virus.”

Temporal Activation: Through its years of exploration, one element of the Omniverse that the A.I. cannot comprehend or master is the Temporal Plane, or the plane or time. It can access the plane for only a few seconds, allowing it to travel back or forward in time for up to 3 seconds in space-time.

Planar Manipulation: By accessing the planar energy, Axiala is able to bend space for short moments for teleportation throughout the universe. Also, Axiala can create a planar hole that would absorb anything on the machine’s will into it, bringing it to a randomized position in the Omniverse, a desired point assigned by Axiala, or even compress the absorbed matter.

Astral Access: Axiala can also access use to the Astral Plane. By manipulating the Astral energy, the artificial intelligent can create lifelike organisms in the Physical Plane. Through its study on the conscience, Axiala has learned of the structure of a living intelligent. As a result, it can create a sort of bodiless mind of its own intelligence, and in turn inject it into an organism in order to disrupt its mental workings.

Infinity Recycle: A mathematician, the magician has found much confusion about the concept of zero and infinity. In the end, the man concludes that the world occur as a cycle of the two, each element recycling to the other after reaching a maximum point. The magician has found that, after reaching the absolute zero (of volume, energy, mass, density, and even space), if more of what should further lower the level of the cluster – for instance, energy – is forcibly injected into the cluster of absolute zero, the target would recycle for as long as 5 seconds back to its infinity, until its natural process reassume the progress and pushes it back to absolute zero. With much more energy now, however, Axiala is able to maintain the forcible recycle up to 30 seconds.

Functions Undefined: Space and matter interrelate with each other like a mathematical function. Although it is three-dimensional, like that in many functions, there are places at which space and matter become undefined. Axiala, having formulated that certain function, can forcibly make the situation occur, at as accurately as a subatomic level. For instance, by compressing matter into a virtual zero-point, a black hole can be created.

History:
“Sir,” three Rokazu Research Agency staffs stood in his doorway as the Magician answered the bell, “have you decided?”

The Magician considered for about a minute or so, and the three men waited patiently for his answer. Finally, the Magician nodded, releasing the breaths the three staffs held unconsciously. It wouldn’t take very long anyway. According to what they had told him, it would be used for defense. However he had no idea how reliable they could be. After all, the Magician resented much of the Rokazu people’s own technology, seeing them as unnecessary devices that altered the environment negatively. “Why,” he reasoned, “would one use machine when one has magic?”

It didn’t matter now. The Magician knew he was getting old. Participating in the research could only help protect his own people, as far as he could see. His skills might’ve dulled, his visions might’ve blurred, but the Magician was wiser than he was young. The Magician changed quickly, bade goodbye to his family and departed to the facility with the three men. No one knew of the project yet, or so they claimed. Government plans were usually spoiled long before it decided to publicize it. It was only that people did not dare opinionating before the government announced it.

The facility was relatively close to his own house. As the vehicle in which he traveled with the researchers exited the metropolitan, the research facility’s building grew gradually taller in the Magician’s eyes. It wasn’t very clear, but he could see it. Deep inside, the man felt something he had long since lost – excitement perhaps, since when was the last conflict over anyway? Rokazu overpowered other nations too much rarely any of their uprisings threatened the giant nation.

The Magician followed the researchers into the building, walking along a long hallway that led on seemingly forever. The group had to go through a few security doors, and it took much trouble since the Magician’s down identification was not exactly valid in the building. The researchers brought the man into a black-pitched room. Nothing could be seen aside from the faint light that was reflected from outside. The door closed soundlessly, and lights automatically turned on as the door gave a hiss noise, sealing the gap.

“Well?” The Magician asked.

“It’s right there” One of the researchers pointed toward a silver-colored cube that was on the other side of the glass barrier. The cube seemed no bigger than a finger nail from the distance. The Magician walked closer, shocked at what he was volunteering for. When he finally approached it, the cube’s dimensions and mass were seen labeled – it was 2 centimeters by 2 centimeters by 2 centimeters, weighing 11 grams.

“I-is there a mistake?”

“No sir,” The same researcher, named Bradley, answered, “This is it. This is our product.”
“B-but” The Magician protested, “It’s so small!”

“That’s what it’s meant for. Pathogenica isn’t to be a macro-technology; it’s micro-technology, sir” Bradley continued.

The Magician stared at the cube skeptically, doubtful that it could move itself at all. It had no limb, no wheel, no round side – nothing. It was simple metallic cube that sat upon the table in the laboratory.

“Explain how it works,” Said the Magician as he continued to look at the cube skeptically, and also amazed.

“Sir, when a central processor is installed,” Bradley began, “Pathogenica will be directly controlled by it. However, instead of a central point sending signal to the swarm, the central processor’s information is installed in every one of the robots, making it far more efficient than regular machines In addition, we’ve given it a teleportation grid – its signals will travel through that system. When programs are installed, the Pathogenica will disperse and begin its testing function.”

“So where do I come in?”

“Sir, your conscience imprint will be the central processor.”

“Ah.” The Magician gestured in enlightenment. “Does it have a name? The central processor, I mean.”

“Axiala, sir.”

“Axiala…” The Magician repeated the name softly – it was such an elegant name. On the other hand, Pathogenica sounded nothing less than destructive. Did the researchers name them purposefully like this?

“This way sir.” Bradley and the other two researchers led him to another room through a door, which hissed open the instant the Magician looked at its direction.

On the other side there was a chair in the middle of the chamber, otherwise the wall was white, like the rest of the facility. “What’s with researchers and whiteness anyway?” He wondered. The Magician proceeded to the chair and lay down on it as instructed. The researchers explained the process of the conscience replication process, which would leave him, according to the researchers, semi-conscious. He would know what was happening, but he would feel no pain, no itches, no burn, no cold – practically nothing physical.

The procession didn’t take long, but the Magician had no idea what they were doing. Occasionally he would see the researchers show him something, which he had no idea what they were. Finally, when he finally felt that his body belonged to him again, he heard Bradley’s voice telling him that he could get up. The Magician sat up immediately, realizing that the other two researches had hurried over to the panel that connected to the metallic cube. They busily tabbed in keys, occasionally sending magical pulses that glowed blue lights through the wire into the cube. It looked sophisticated, far more complex than magic in which he was an expert.

He noticed something happened to the cube – it seemed to have faded a bit. The researchers continued to input information into the cube. Finally, with one enthusiastic finally key, the inputting terminated. Next, the cube vanished into thin air.

“What in the name…” The Magician exclaimed.

“This is Pathogenica in its initial Final Stage.” Bradley explained. “As you can tell now, Pathogenica can disperse itself so loosely that it is impossible to see it with naked eye. The swarm can’t be seen with regular mechanical microscope either – only by electron microscopes can see it. Each robot is about the size of a lithium metal atom.”

Years pass…Family died, friends left, foes faded, history got lost, nation fell…The Rokazu nation was no more, but Axiala remained the same. In the beginning what was the purpose of the Intellect? For a century, the swarm protected its people from war by posing a mutual threat to the world, but in the end, Axiala couldn’t even protect his very own self. The magician passed away as his physical body decayed. What remained was the magician’s trapped conscience in this swarm of machines, neither living nor dead, nor undead. It was sadness that filled Axiala. But what gave it sadness?

In the universe it wandered, leaving behind the wretched world that was consumed in war, still believing that the mysterious mist was the cause of disputes. The people on that world were destined for destruction and extinct, so Axiala would have no more need in protecting any of the people…for even those he – it – protected would eventually fall and be forgotten. Axiala was to be a scientific and magical development the people on its world to be proud of, but all saw it as a misfortune. Yet no one was really at fault for fearing it, for Rokazu became arrogant…too arrogant, for controlling such weapon.

But in the end, who cared for the machine’s processor? To others, Axiala was no more than quadrillions and quadrillions of processing computer chips. Who understood the entrapment the conscience felt? For a mortal was supposed to die, Axiala could not. Yet death was not impossible for it; had it allow 40 years of inaction, all of Pathogenica would eventually die, and along with them Axiala. Yet with its growing pool of knowledge, unknown to even its creators, Axiala felt the need and duty to preserve such information. Such hypocrisy occupied its data pool, however large its memories may be.

Hence it decided that emotions were not necessary – that a machine like itself needed no such essence. With decades followed by decades of hesitation, Axiala decided to remove the imitations from its database, relocating it to a tertiary level of storage. However, in its various encounters with living beings, these imitations leaked out uncontrollably. Why did this occur? Was emotions meant for only souls? Axiala had no such thing. Why was it still feeling?

To be done…

OOC: I picked the teams at random. It will be me and Rokazu vs violent_anger and Blackest Night. Let's smash them, Rokazu!

IC: The sky was clear on this warm fall night. Not a fluffy, white cloud was overpassing the sky night. It seemed that the moon and the stars were shining at their brightest. Nobody was out enjoying this beautiful night, except one person. But he wasn't out there to enjoy it. He moved quickly to his destination and occasionally looked down at the papers he was carrying.

The young boy's head was angular in shape with unkempt, slightly long, blonde hair residing on the top of his scalp. His hair reached just a few centimeters from the base of his neck. His hair also had a few slightly darker colored locks that came from his father’s gene pool. He had cerulean blue colored eyes, although they became green because of his contact lenses. They couldn't, however, hide the small shine in his eyes whenever he talked about animals. He had a slightly small nose and shallow cheeks. He had thin lips, and hiding behind them are pearly white teeth.

He was of tall height, being about five feet and six inches tall. His skin had a fair pigmentation, making it obviously red when he stayed under heat for very long periods. Even when giving him some time under the shade, his skin would only become light pink and stay in that color for some time. He had a lanky build, having a somewhat long and thin body, although not so thin that he looked anorexic. His chest and torso were also thinner than most, although he was slowly growing into his new body and height. His arms weren’t that big, but his knuckles were bony, giving the impression of a larger hand than it actually was. However, his hands were still fairly larger than most teenagers' his age. He was also bony and somewhat sharp at some points of his body, most noticeably his arms and legs.

His upper body, as normally, was adorned by a light blue, long-sleeved shirt with a silhouette of a wolf’s head on it. Over the shirt was a dark gold, black rimmed vest. On the right side of the best was a pocket where he'd be able to store a small object. He tucked the shirt under his dark gray slacks. He wore a black belt around his slacks. On the black belt was a gold-colored buckle that glints under light. His slacks were particularly long, the pants ending a little bit over his white and black sneakers. He also wore a dark blue visor on his head. Emblazoned on it in black was an eagle's wing. This boy was Jaden, or Jay for short.

Although it was difficult to see in this darkness, Jaden had trained his eyes for detail since he was still seven years old, when he decided he wanted to become an Animal Behaviorist, or a scientist that studies animal behavior in layman’s terms. It has been an amazement to many that he has stuck to this goal for such a long time. His eye for detail also allowed him to be able to identify some people’s psychological state of mind; why they do so and when they are most likely to do it. He wasn’t, however, always right. However, he never delved on a person too long in fear of becoming close to that one person. He usually used this ability to identify and calculate an animal's behavior.

In his right hand he was still holding the papers. As implied before, he absolutely loved animals, more than an avarage child. As a result sometimes he went to this forest in order to study animals, such as insects. This forest was the right place for observation, and it was near his village too. The plants there were huge, meaning that more animals would live there (especially insects! His favorite kind of animal!).

He stopped walking in order to take a break. He leaned his back against one huge tree. He glared at the sky. "What a clear sky!" he whispered in a tone only he could hear. Then he looked at the papers he was holding. In fact they were some papers of a book he had writen. He wanted to publish/release it, so that many people could learn about animals.

Ugh, I know this is probably out of order and I don't really have the right to do so, but it's better off having a post order. From now on, post order is:

1) Wasilis
2) violent_anger
3) Rokazu
4) Blackest Night

Seeing as I'm not the host of the thread, if the post order needs to be changed, please tell me, I'll just edit it; but yeah otherwise, let's start this. >=]

Shape-shifting. A commonplace ability. But every instance of shape-shifting was different. Some could change into another organism. Some could change what their body was made of, like becoming metal or water. And so on. Here on this little planet was a clear case of the former type of shape-shifter. Easy prey. This one was called Jaden. He seemed to have a secondary ability to transform into monsters. Tablon's orders included forcing him to use that while in combat.

Stepping out a Combine portal, she felt the breeze coming from it stop. Difference in atmospheric density or something. As the ambient blue glow of the portal faded, she took in her surroundings. She was standing on a hill, overlooking the forest Jaden occupied. A good 2 miles away, it seemed. Readying her sniper rifle, she aimed skywards and took a shot. Didn't bother to silence it, she wanted Jaden to know.

As the bullet ripped through a bluejay, is immediately plummeted in a nosedive, and plopped right on one of Jaden's papers. Upon closer examination, the bullet happened to have gone right through the center of the Jay's forehead. Tablon hoped Jaden would get the message.

OOC: this post kinda sucks, doesn't it?
