Sorry, they aren't.

I've a few pet peeves about pre-cropped stocks; the main one being that the person using them will never learn how to crop.

I can't crop to well since I use GIMP, and I can only Crop squares, lol, no angles, unless I use th eraser but I don't think that works .=(
