Creative Tag Tutorial [56k warning]

Well this tag is requested for a tutorial a lot too, so i made one on this one today.

Looked better before the random circles came in. Some good techniques but I find the outcome a tad messy looking. Good tut though.

random circles are for balancing it out a bit.
