could someone help me make animations because i just downloaded a new thing called IrfanView and I don't know how to make animations

Are you sure it's an actual animation program?

Well it's not any animation program i've ever heard of...most people on here use Photoshop, Paintshop pro, or Gimp...

So I doubt your going to get help... try looking on the help FAQ that comes with the product...

I got sprites to it and i cut the sheet now I'm confused and can't animate it.

my god...some people need to look around before acting. There is a stickied thread for requesting tutorials. And I highly doubt anyone on these forums uses that animator.

can u use regular paint?

I've heard of IrfanView, thats not an animating program. That only allows you to make transparent images. oh and keys chosen 1, you cant use paint to animate, but you can use it to put into IrfanView.
