Default Vector Brushes
Does anybody have any good one to download. Also if you do provide me a link make sure that the file isn't big. Something under 30 MB please or else I won't ever get to download it.

they don't contain the qualities of a vector in any way

Vector brushes are useless. If you want to have vector designs on your tags then don't download vector brushes, rather, get a good vector based editor, such as Adobe Illustrator.
