Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Okay, if I want to have a background, then put an image over it how do I do that? I picked new, picked the size, it came up, went to open, and then the image I picked went on the background, not on top. Even after I made a new layer for it to go on. Can someone help real quick?

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | the way I do it is open photoshop with the background image. then open the image you want in front of it in paint. select whatever part of the image you want and copy it. In photoshop create a new player and paste.
