Simple cropping request.

I'll try this again.

I'd like just the third frame of this comic cut out, but with the third frame still animated. Just that part, but without losing the animation.

The main reason I can't do this myself, is MS Paint doesn't work on my computer. Actually, I don't even think MS Paint can use animations anyway. And, I don't have Photoshop.

So, uh, is that possible?

Well, I have little experience with PS, but I don't have much else to do at the moment, so I'll tinker around. Don't expect much though.

I opened it in PS, and there was no animation, so...
