Sig Request

Since I don't know anyone in particular to request a signature from I'm going to open this up to anyone who's willing to do this. I'd like a sig and avatar based around the following stock. On the signature I'd like the phrase "The End Of Authority" somewhere in text similar to the text on the stock if possible.
