Oh that definitely is fan art, also just becuase an image looks nice doesn't necessarily mean that its up for grabs fan art images are copyrighted so unless you have documented proof of the original artist saying that you could use the image its no way usable in anyway.

So in other words if you would still like a sig to be done make sure that it isn't anything that appears to be drawn by a particular person, I would suggest maybe finding some KH wallpapers which can be found at just about anywhere through a Google search which are totally usuable.
