Well, what else could I name it ;)?

I would like to request a banner with the following picture in it:
http://www.kh2.co.uk/assets/kh2/artwork/cast3.png - With this picture, the words should be, 'The Other Kingdom Hearts Tale...' at the far-bottom left. At the far top right, 'KHII'. Just make it within the forum limits and I'll be fine.

Also, could whoever is doing this make me an avatar of it as well. It has to be within the forum limit, no words, but should at least focus on some part of the picture. Surprise me ;).
