Animation Sig Request

Ok, I was wondering if someone could make me a signature that has the following:

The link takes you to the opening of .hack//SIGN. I want my signature to have an animation of Tsukasa where he is disentergrating away(its at the very end of the opening)

The background to be black

The size of the sig not to be too huge or not too small

My username somewhere on it. Also somewhere on it I want to put "Fragmented Dreams"

I don't care what type of font or how big the font is on the signature.

okay, i ripped the frames from stupid youtube, now i just gotta make the sig

Edit: i think its kinda crappy but i've never done ani sigs before so i hope you like it, if not i'll just give you the gif of tsukasa being dissintigrated and you can have someone better do it, here

okay, its just really shaky, i didn't cut it right so thats why i did all that stuff to the sig to cover it up, it would have been much easier if you gave me a video download
