Avatar request! ^^

Is there any animators who could make me an avatar that has an icon that represents me in it, like monkeybutts for example. If you can;

Make it have cloaked figure in it, like the org 13 coat. NOT THE ACTUAL ORG 13 COAT!! Just similar. And have a black hat (similar to darkwatches(the actual character in the game)) on the icon. Thanks in advance! ^^ Rep will be givin.

I guess it is more like a gif then.
