I was wondering if anyone could make me a sig and av of this pic:

Preffered maker: xxTsukixx or Oathkeeper, whomever's fine, as long as their sigs and avs are pretty and shiny =3
Av size: maximum for NON-PREMIUM members
Banner size: not too small, not too big
Color scheme: anything suggesting moonlight *shrugs* And of course pretty and shiny
Text: In upper-left, in a fancy font, my name. In lower right, the words, "Moonlight Goddess" in a pretty font.
