all you need to do is save the avatar i posted to your desktop (or wherever you like) and save it as a png file, then upload it on this site.

I went: right-click, save as, and saved it to my computer. Checked it's properties and it was a .png file. Then I went to user CP, edit avatar, use custom avatar, browse, found the file, then clicked 'save changes'. Is that right?

But when I upload it, it's in a white square, even though when I view it in picture manager or photo gallery it's fine...

Normally, I give more criteria to be filled. But my basic experience with this shop is that if I give you guys some room to work, you do much better. I don't want to appear lazy or anything guys, I promise :].
