You did good, but i think it has the potential to be alot better. Personally, i would've blurred the person behind a bit more, to intensify the depth. Also, i good idea would be to Make the person behind darker and use some lighting effects on it's eyes to intesify them. A little trick for that is to fill a new layer with black, set it to Linear dodge, and use a soft brush with different shades of red. I'll edit this later, i might give it a go and show you the result.

oh yeah good idea with the lighting. V2 on it's way. I didn't want to blur him too much or else his hand on her shoulder would look out of place.

EDIT: made him a little darker and intensified the eyes, does look freakier haha
