Rep Power: 3 ![]() | I want to practice my photoshop, so I have an odd request. If someone can give me an image and very general directions I'll do what I can and you guys can critique it. I want to see what I can do, and if I need help, will you guys pitch in? This is not a sig shop. In fact my first question is how to get specific sizes. I just want to give myself a few challenges, and I figure here is the best place to begin. |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Yes Please! Just tell me what you want, and I'll see what I can do. And then you can tell me how to improve once I get it up. |

| My Reason? It's Endless | Ok then, i'd like to see you do something with these : http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...4/Aqualook.jpg And this: http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...AquaVenice.jpg Now, I want this 485x165 Use the pictures as much as you can, try to get a flow going. Use the colours in them to an extent, but try adding some lighter colours(ie. orage, yellow) in conjunction with it |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | okay, first question. I managed to have one part open at your specification, but whenever I open the second picture, the first one disappears (and doesn't show up in the layer box) and the new picture is a new size. How do I get the second picture to layer on top of the first one at the size. BTW, when I did my first ever photoshop thing I got images to layer, but they were much smaller. Now I have a grey background and I can't find my other stuff to layer or move onto the layer. edit: Here are links to what I see. http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/m...photoshop2.jpg http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/m...photoshop1.jpg Last edited by madammina; 04/16/08 at 07:51 PM. |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | okay, I got my thing. First off, I didn't quite get the colors to work, but I'll try again since I just figured out how to do it. This is my first try. ![]() I think I used either a diffuse grain filter and I layered the non Ven picture over at a 41% Opacity I believer. CNC? |
