Catholics ARE christians, the originals christians. The ones who wrote the old testament that you, obviously a protestant, herald. These "cult people" wrote the book you live your life by, have a bit more respect, eh?

Catholics especially the ones in Latin America worship the Virgin Mary, almost as a higher power than Jesus. I went to a cathedral in Mexico who had a large stature of Mary larger than Jesus who's feet were eroded away by the constant kissing on there.

Not only that, they believe you must confess to the priest of your sins, in order to be forgiven. Even though the Bible teaches that you can confess your sins to God yourself, that you don't need a special priest for it.

Many of them I know personally even believe that if you are sick it is because you sinned.

Catholics were crusaders back in ancient history and killed those who were not believers. That is not what the Bible teaches us, so hate to tell you

They did not/do not follow Christian law.

They may or may not have believed Jesus to be the Savior.

But they're acts and the way they are is totally unnacceptable and not Christian. So don't compare them
