Who said it has to be in science class? Why not have a class that educates about the religions in the world. Not in depth but to at least give an idea about what people believe.

1. According to US law, you would need to talk about every single religion for the class to be legal.
2. We already have classes that teach about this; we call them Humanities.
3. ID would have nothing to do with these classes because ID proponents claim ID is science.
4. A curriculum are limited. What possible benefit could a student get from this class?

Like I said, it's already happened. Religion has been used as a tool for control many times before. We all know how that ends up.

It can help when you apply it to laws that you can get around when it comes to lying, stealing little things or bullying others which will lead into having a chain effect and having the victims doing drastic things etc. when you question what would be the Christian way etc. You say even though I won't get caught I might have purposely sinned which is bad.

And I'll tell you (again) that that's not what we see in real life. If you think this is what Christianity should do, well great. But it's not what it does.

Exactly, the people. The people forced the religion to change, which is exactly my point. While religious people might have been behind the changes, religion itself has been a roadblock, and it's still a road black.

And Church Rallys, and donations to religious-based parties, and The Great Vatican city that has riches beyond the dreams of the some of man's greatest achievements, and of the under-paid preacher who does all the real work but lives in a single-wide trailer house beside the church.
