Yeah I've noticed that. Same with a lot of people. They'll invite me to like a concert to their church where they are going to have games and dancing and live bands.... like... what the heck does this all have to do with God? >.> (not to mention you have to pay)

The one I go to focuses on God and the building up of each individual. Not social or material gains. Of course we do associate... but social stuff is not the purpose of going. Its to learn and be educated.

I hate that sort of stuff. Especially Christian rock bands...honestly, just take any old love song and stick "Jesus" in it somewhere, and you've got yourself a hit single. :/

My mom is the same way during Chrisrtmas time she'll listen to a woman sing a song of the 3 wise men

It really depends on the branch you're talking about here.

But generally, Satanists aren't simply vindictive so much as they are vengeful and indulgent. Understanding this, if all people followed a similar path, it would be difficult to take advantage of one another, and people would be free from unnecessary rituals such as abstaining and self-restriction.

And no, I personally find Black Magic to be one of the most redundant of practices out there. It probably holds some spiritual value to the individual though, so if it makes them happy I won't do anything to change it.

should not be screwed around with. I know someone who did black magic and something bad happened
so bad that she committed herself for a year and is now a alcoholic and a drug addict trying to runaway
from the past. She is also a Catholic and I believe she was even when she was doing black magic.

If there was a "best religion", there would no Christianity, no Buddhism, no Paganism, no Judaism, no Atheism, no Hinduism, no Neo-Paganism, no Afro-American religion, no Islamic religion, there would only be one religion if there was a "best religion."

Keep in mind that white magic tends to be something in the Wicca domain.

Oh and if someone doesn't know what they're doing when they try something, there's a good chance they're gonna get burned, regardless of what it is.
