If you want to be happy but ignorant, I'd choose Christianity.

If you want to live a bitter, cynical existance but at least be capable of thinking things through, Atheist.

I'm not trying to provoke any stereotypes here, this is just my personal stance.

Buddhism is pretty awesome though, they focus more on morals and good nature then any real deity or worship.

Humanism is not a religion, though. It's a philosophy that affirms the worth of a human being. It's actually a bit incompatible with traditional religion because Humanism would say a deity has no right to decide anything for a human. There are religious humanists, but it's a tad difficult to reconcile it because humans become the center of the universe, not the divine.

i say ignore them and continue with anyone who's discussing with you

ok, Islam is my religion and i prefer it over others because of the following:
1. it's very strict
2. no sex unless you're married, and your wife is the only one you can have sex with
3. women MUST dress up very well (only show face, hands and feet)
4. we must pray 5 prayers a day (morning, noon, afternoon, sunset and evening)

and there are other reasons but i think these are enough

You should be able to pray anytime, rather then forced prayer at a certain time.
