It's 'ignorance is bliss' logic, as we don't (currently) have the capacity (or indeed desire in most circumstances) to seek out the absolute truth, we therefore make no attempt to and thus rely on what we already know, which is minimal. It sounds worse than it actually is, existentialism is superceded by individualism in everyday life anyway.

Why can't I refer to my worldview as "truth"? (now it seems you and others are being way to semantic; which I was told I shouldn't be in regard to the word agnosticism)

Because your worldview and truth are two different words, and two different things. Actual truth is undebatable. That's the core of its meaning. Unlike Agnosticism, it's unlikely to change.
