I cannot understand
that is all I can answer you with
The words you speak, the gestures you make
They’re unclear to me

I want to say ‘I am sorry’
or to understand you someway
but there is no movement in my chest

and relate to what you want

So even though you’re trying so hard
and even though I’m listening aptly
I can only nod or shake my head to questions

I like it very much. You put a good meaning to it, a situation that we all can probably relate with in some way. So the story is good! The usage of words is also good, and you rhyme quite often (I'd like to see a bit more though but that's my opinion). The rythm is also good.

In other words, keep doing what you're doing! :D

I'm a bit iffy on the way you approached this, but I do like the overall meaning that you were putting out there. I think a lot of us can relate to this feeling of not understanding someone's actions, and then being left in the dark. Hell, even I can relate to this on some levels. The style to which you have the stanzas are great, and the repetition in the stanzas are great. So, nice job ^^;
