I've only ever seen a handful of musicals. May not be the "best", but Little Shop Of Horrors was always one of my favorites.

As for "best"; Moulin Rouge.

I LOVE WICKED!!!!!

THE BEST MUSICAL IN THE HISTORY OF EVERYTHING!

Actually, it is the best musical and show I've ever seen.

Other than that, most likely Sweeney Todd.
