I've been hearing about a 3rd Resident Evil Movie, is this true, or is it false

I hate the Resident Evil movies.
obviously it's a whole other story,
but putting Jill Valentine into the story
totally screwed it up for me.

because Jill's story is not what happened in the movie.

I kinda enjoyed the 1st movie I thought it was like a fresh new look at it {even though the games were way better} and the second I didn't like so much... And the 3rd one was supposed to be called Afterlife but the title has been changed to Extinction.

for me, the resident evil movies didnt do ANY justice to the games.
have you read the books?
they're actually almost as great as the games.

I love the Resident Evil movies. Second one was my fav. Call me weird or whatever, but I just like them.

The only video game interpritation of a movie I intend to see anytime soon is Silent Hill.
This film, right here, well...uh...I think I'll avoid it, for personal reasons.

The only Game to Movie I've seen is Tomb Raider and its the only one that was good Silent hill will be a sleep fest Resident Evil Snoresville House of the Dead Yawn Doom just plain Stupid and what makes it so bad for RE3 is they are milking that series dry I mean when the first one came out it wasn't that great so why would you make a second one same goes for Scary Movie 4 well except for 1 and 2 were great and Final Destanation except for 1 and 2 as well those were great too but 3 sucked hard

The few reviews I've read about Silent Hill point out that the only flaws are that the actions switches between Rose and her husband too frequently and that it's not an original work (meaning, it's based off a video game). Aside from that, I've heard it's the only horror movie in the last 10 years that's comparable to The Shining, which is saying a hell of a lot.
By the way, the Final Destination films are all the exact same, so stupid and extravagent that I laughed at them harder than all the Scary Movies combined.
