Decay's Revenge

The year is 2028, the Supernating Superdudes has spread into a global defense empire across the world. Paris, Quebec, Kenya, Tokyo, a huge network of Superdudes, mostly due to the boom in people who were willing to be Supernated and mutants and those given superpowers in a whole array of accidents in the last ten years.
Decay is present, but at last, it seemed as if it was beginning to die down, Decay seemed to finally be losing the war. So it seemed.

Decay is ever present, never seen, its agents stalk the Earth, and always, their main opposition has been the Supernating Superdudes and the affiliated Ninjaka and Kommanders. And the High Council always with a watchful eye on Earth, and the ruins of Katrana.
But, Decay had something else up its sleeve, a trump card, a last resort. It spread its tentacles across the networks all over Earth, each HQ lost contact with the other, and it sunk the world into a dark age. And in the space of a month, what was left of Decay sent its shadow back across the Earth, more powerful than before.

Diseases, power failure, aggression, and war.

Its influence spread across the Earth, and the Superdudes were all that was left to defend the world from Decay's final threat. But HQ's all across the world were decimated, until only several across the continents were left.
The Earth's population was downed dramatically, Decay finally making itself known to the Earth, the whole Earth, the final threat.

Now, this is where you come in..

IC: A murky green mist. A murky green mist, all around him, in every direction. But he could faintly hear the sounds of battle, echoing randomly all around him.

"Hello?"

It sounded small in the absolute silence, but then there was a loud thump behind him, sending shockwaves through the ground, and Streak spun around. He yelled. A battle-scarred Snaybotzem loomed about ten feet above him, it's one eye glowing brightly.
Its hard flesh was scarred all over, and purple blood oozed down its arm, but Xi was distracted by the bright light on its face, there was a loud, phasing sound and he opened his eyes..

Streak looked wildly all around him, and his bedroom door slid open with a hiss and an HQ Messenger stepped in, wiping sweat off his forehead. "Mr. Xi, I hope I didn't wake you, Dex sent me to wake up all the Superdudes, and -."
"Shut up, I'm up!" He groaned, throwing off his covers, and brushing off his dusty coat.
"It's just, um, Boulderman is at the HQ, from the High Council." Xi snorted. "I know who he is, and personally, I think those Intergalactic Higher-Ups should just get a clue and leave Earth be.."

He dismissed the messenger and opened up the door to his room, turning left in a long, dank, metal hallway, with a hundred doors that looked the exact some.

"I hate Mondays.."
