Reika stood up and looked down at Shadow, who was fighting one of the figures. She smiled and jumped down next to him, only to find that they had ran off. "You should've saved one for me. I wanted to bash his head in. Show him how useful this woman is." Shadow put a hand on her shoulder. "Like I said. You'll get to hurt him." Reika nodded and calmed down.

"Looks like we now know where this so called pinicle is" answered Shadow looking forward. "But here is the catch, those guys kept their mouths glued shut so I could't find out what the pass word for the place was, luckly I know where one of the guys ran off to, sadly he's not the guy you want to like you said bash his head in" chuckled Shadow before walking forward. The place is not far from here but we might be albe to get you in, since this is a club for men I think you will be albe to get in no porblem, under circimstances" answered Shadow looking towards one of the roof tops. "Go to the harbour and wait for me, I have some buisness to attend to, you might want this, you might look like one of 'those' women but you will have to get in one way or another" answered Shadow throwing a bunny outfit to Reika. "Uh oh, that was stupid, I hope she doesn't start to think I'm a perv!" thought Shadow going red under his scarf.

Reika looked at the thing in her hands. 'What the hell??' she thought. Supressing an inward groan, she walked over to a nearby store and into the restroom. 'I hope you know what you're doing, Shadow,' She thought again before walking out of the store and towards the place where Shadow went.

Shadow looked around on top of a roof top studying every person that went by. "Sooo, bored" moaned Shadow. "Let us interest you with an arrest" laughed an Astaroth that ended up behind him. "Sorry, I'm not interested" sighed Shadow before punching his claw through his chest. The Astaroth screamed before sinking to the ground. "I this all life is, running away and hoping your not discovered, trying to be he strongest and just join anyone in a fighting party without shame? I need to get that heart and get out of here" thought Shadow as he sat down on the ledge. "Yeah boss, I'm comming over" answered a figure that was waking around looking shady. "Looks like I've found my guy" sighed Shadow jumping down. Shadow ended up behind him and then punched the back of his head. "Ok I don't have time for games, tell me the password or I'll make sure your life is and extention of this living hell" whispered Shadwo as the figure got up. "I don't have any intention of going back, I'm quiting so I'm not going back there, the password is life" answered the figure running off. "Not yet, I still have a score to settle with you" whispered Shadow grabbing the man with a dark band.

Shadow walked into the harbour and saw Reika standing there. "I hope she doesn't bash my head in" thought Shadow looking at how angry she looked. "Hello, uh I got the password so we can get in, you go around the back, there must be some muscle guy standing around, it's obviuse since thats where all the women are going" answered Shadow. He walked over to the door and whispered te password at the door and then it opened. Shadow walked in and closed the door behind him.

Reika scowled and walked around back. There was a muscley guy standing guard at the door. 'Shadow was right for once,' she thought. 'That still doesn't change my mind about bashing his brains out.' She didn't know what to do about the guy. A floppy white ear fell down over her face, and she moved it out of the way, thinking pit-bull thoughts about Shadow. "Hey you!" the guy shouted, catching sight of Reika. He walked over and grabbed her arm. She growled, and the dude let go. "You're supposed to be in there already!" he shouted again. Then he opened the door and shoved her in.

"Tthis pplace is filled with ugly people" thought Shadow lloking at al the tough men hanging around. "Oh, well, If I don't get the heart here she;'s gonna kill me, even though we just met" thought Shadow getting a quesy feeling in his stomach. "Hey, you new?" asked a man holding many knives. "Yeah" answered Shadow looking at his menacing knives. "Well, If you new your gonna have to kill one of the girls aorund here, just to see you got no mercy" answered the guy throwing a knive at one of the girls bunny ears. "Great, this is not gonna look good" mumbled Shadow. "Speak up, we don't like mumblers" yelled the man. "I said, tell me who you want me to kill?" asked Shadow raising his voice. "Oh well, lets see" answered the man looking around the room. "Hey! scruwny!" yelled another man taller and holding a giant sword. "What do you want!" yelled the man called scrawny. "The new comer doesn't need to kill anyone, do you know who he is!" yelled the man comming closer. "No, why?" asked the man called scrawny. "Thats the guy that attack li'l joe!" yelled the man pointing his sword at Shadow. "Thats him! ok you hurt my buddy so your gonna pay, get him boys!" yelled the man called scrawny as the entire room jumped up looking blood thristy. "Uh oh" thought Shadow before he jumped away from about ten knives all aming for his throat. "Ok, time for some trickery, hope you don't jump into action Reika" thought Shadow before putting his hand and claw up. "I nevere wanted to hurt anyone, and since he has a bunch of poeple who think of him so well, I'll give up" sighed Shadow. "Huh? we won't fall for that! grab him!" yelled the guy with the big sword. The two thugs grabbed his arms and held him in place. "Ok, li'l joe will want revenge" answered the guy named scrawny as the muscle guy that Shadow told Reika to see came. "Oh no not!" yelled Shadow looking shocked. "You emmbarrased me, so now I'm gonna make you bleed" answered the guy punching him in the guts. Shadow grunted loudly as spit flew out of his mouth. "One for the face!" yelled Li'l joe before punching Shadow face. Shadow spit out blood and smiled. "That the best you can do?" edged Shadow. Li'l joe got mad and smashed the top of his head causing it to bleed. Shadow didn't notice most of the workers were watching and gasping everytime Shadow got hit, he had saved nearly everyone of them, he was a hero to some.

Rainer sighed and walked out the door. "Try and make an effort please!" sighed Rainer before approaching the carrage.

Reika's head swivled around when she heard a loud crash behind her. She smiled when she saw Shadow fighting this big thug. 'Should I help?' she thought. Reika shook her head. 'No. If he wanted help, he would have said something by now.'

Shadow spit out more blood and started to laugh. "How about before you kill me you tell me who has the heart?" Shadow asked looking at Li'l Joe. "Well thats easy, me" laughed Li'l Joe before punching his face again. "Ok, no more holding back" laughed Shadow before his claw glowed and then blasted everyone away. "Rika you can get in the action now!" yelled Shadow before attack Li'l Joe.

When Shadow yelled at her to join in, an evil smile slipped accross Reika's face. She ripped off the stupid bunny outfit and grabbed her swords from her back, running in to help Shadow. She slashed a thug's arm in half, making him fall to his knees before she took his head off. "Reika!" Shadow shouted. She looked his way. "I found out where the heart is. Now let's get out of here!" Reika nodded and slipped out the door behind Shadow.

They ran through the night while shadow cuddled somethign wraped in red cloth. They jumped down under an od boat turned upside down and waited there. "Whew, not how it was ment to go but at least we got it" laughed Shadow. He turned to Reika and saw her cold stare. "Uh, right" shivered Shadow before unwraping the item in the cloth. There shone a small crystal that was shaped half of a borken heart, and the other solid. "This is very powerful, it can give you many powers unheard of, many kill for it, other just steal, we kinda did both" sighed Shadow holding it with his claw. "Reika, I'm going to use this get out of here now, get out of this nightmare, I want you to come with me" answered Shadow turning to her.

"What? What do you mean?" Reika asked in a shocked voice. "I don't understand what you're saying." Shadow put a hand on her shoulder."You don't have to understand anything." Reika's head turned to Shadow's hand, and she put her own hand over top of his, sighing. A small smile spread across her face as she looked up and stared into Shadow's eyes. "Okay. Let's get out of here."

Shadow smiled and then held her hand tight. "Come, I know a short cut" answered Shadow slowly pulling her along into a small cave. "Did I just? no thats never happened, or did it just happen now" thought Shadow. A few rats ran by beofre they ended up infornt ot the walls. "Alright, lets rest" answered Shadow. Opened pulled down a fire exit's ladder and climbed up then helpe Rika up. There was a door and the entered. Inside there was a nice bedroom. "This is my home, sorry if it's not that good but we need our strength" answered Shadow pointitng to a clean bed. He wne t over to the ground and then used the blanket over him. "Tommorow there will ve a celibration, the Astaroths will clear out letting us slip through, the heart is for the extra measures because there will be at least a few big ones" explained Shadow. "Sleep well" answered Shadow before closing his eyes and he started to think about what happened in the docks. "It will be dangerouse making it obviuse I care for her, I'll have to tell her that we'll need to keep it low if it gets and more deep" thought Shadow.
