| We Wrote Our Names In Blood | "I've been on the run for two weeks now, and I still haven't found any of the others. Maybe they had already reached them. Maybe I'm all on my own. But what I'm absolutely sure of, the people behind our creation must pay, and I'm going to make sure they pay." What appeared to be a note book and a pencil changed back to it's original form as a rectangle block of concrete and a simple twig. Both fell to join the other rubble and trash on the ground as the raven haired girl leaned her head agained the single standing brick wall, a sigh escaping her thin pale lips. Sam hugged her legs against her chest to help prevent the cold, early mourning breeze. A new day was beginning in the rubble of New York City, and as the sun began to rise, so did Sam's hope of finding another child just like herself. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The director of HGT, a special unit in line with the CIA, walked down the white halls of one of the only safest places in America. Michael Sloan spent most of his adult life in the Head Quarters of HGT, half of that time in the gym watching the other younger female CIA Agents working out. Sloan ordered a meeting in conference room one to give the children with unimaginable powers their orders and also to get a look at his incredibly sexy Vice President -something he enjoyed doing regularly. A sly smile shaped his thin lips as he opened the doors to conference room one. Last edited by Angelic Symphony; May 15th, 2009 at 02:52 AM. |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() Level: EXP: | Vincent walked the halls of the HGT building heading to the conference room. This was supposedly a safe place during the ongoing war and the other areas like it but they were meant for the upper class of society. The rest would be left to fend for themselves in the cruelty of the world. It didn't seem right to Vincent but that was the only thing he'd question about the acts of the world. He'd never regret staying with the CIA to be a weapon. Without his missing friend, he had no reason to leave to find out she was probably dead. Vincent noticed the Director walking down another hall to the conference room. He never thought much of the man besides that his obsession with his female co-workers was all that he'd be remembered for. Vincent increased his pace to the conference room, ready for another task. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Alexis sat in what was supposedly still New York. She had long forgotten because all the rubble looked the same beneath the pale sky. She got up and began walking. Having escaped a while ago, she had revenge on her mind. She didn't want to become an experiment nor did she wish to forget her life. All Alexis had to go on was that Vincent was still alive. She didn't think him to be one of the children hunting the escapees due to his previously rebellious nature but she could only wonder. The girl looked up at the sun feeling depressed. "You come out at the most inappropriate times," she said the star. The girl was hoping to meet someone else who shared the same hatred for their creators which was highly likely but they were probably scattered across the state. |

| Hi kids! Do you like violence? | How long had it been since he had escaped? Days? Weeks? But what did it matter to him? Out of the clutches of those who experimented on him, almost on a 12-hour cycle. What was the motivation? Too many questions that needed to be answered. The only problem was that those answers would lead to ongoing questions. The fact of the matter was that Dallon had to do something about his situation. He roamed about the ruins of New York as an average teenager. Everyday, he would try and act out of desperation. Dallon knew that they were out to hunt him down like some sort of animal. Despite this fact, paranoia never seemed to cross his emotions. He didn't let things like that weigh him down. He desperately needed to start his life over. But not too soon. Not sure if others escaped along with him, he held high hopes that some did. If it came down to him seeking answers on his own, he would do whatever it takes to accomplish this goal. Bordering on the notion of becoming insane, Dallon knew that he could not have been the only one who had escaped. The numbers just didn't sem to add up.The morning had never looked so beautiful in the time that he had been out of HG. The dew on the grass looked as radiant as ever. Stalagmites formed along buildings and demolished intersections. The only sound that could be heard was the wandering debris carried by the wind. The trees had either been distorted in some way or one had retained its shape in every mile radius. The buildings sometimes formed monstrosities of shadows and the only standing buildings were either inhabited by wild animals or completely deserted. Almost like a blank desert. In the midst of it all stood Dallon. The youth sat upon one of the taller buildings fiddling with the rings on his fingers. All the while trying to remember who he was. All that was engraved on his forearm was 'Project 666'. In the far distance stood the HGT corporation. The thoughts raging in Dallon's head sometimes surprisingly baffled himself. The fact that so many others were still held captive in the building bothered him immensely. Obviously HGT knew what the have done to humanity. The lives of children seemed almost hopeless if Dallon did not act. The only problem was, he did not know how to. It was evident that he could not take down a whole corporation by himself. And the fact that HGT could brainwash kids to do their bidding did not help his argument. Though, people had to die. Whether it be friends or enemies, someone had to pay the ultimate price. New York was large, and everything was empty. Therefore, looking for escapees would not be a difficult task. No sanding on the skyscraper Dallon caught an idle piece of paper drifting along the way. Using both hands to straighten it out he read the notice. It was a letter to someone implying that they be sent directly to HGT. Someone from HGT was close. Too close for comfort. Dallon immediately crumbled up the paper and gave off a damaging light surrounding his entire body. His physical body turned to glitter and dust as he intended to travel a far distance. Dallon reappeared at the entrance of a library that miraculously stayed in one piece. He approached it and sat on the top stair. With his left elbow on his knee, he waited. Finding someone could take forever. Literally. He needed to find a way to come up with faith to find people. It all started with his thoughts. Last edited by Sean; May 14th, 2009 at 06:17 AM. |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() Level: EXP: | Jake rose out of his nice shadow bed. He strechted and looked out from the tip of the statue of liberty. He closed his eyes and raised his hands, and sended out shadow morse. He did it twice and relaxed. He checked his trip wires and found that nobody was near the area. You don't have to do that all the time you know. What are the chances that someone else escaped alive? I know, I know, but it would be nice if i could talk to a human being once in a while, with a body, mind you. Fine, don't apreciate the only thing that has kept you alive all this time. You keeping me alive? Please. With a grin on his face he waited for a answer for his morse, wich should be answered since that was the first thing they taught you in HGT bootcamp. His message was, "If you are alive and escaped the cia, make your self known". Now where is my book? Last edited by TheBane; May 17th, 2009 at 05:56 PM. |

| Ex-President of the Galaxy | The package had been delivered yesterday, it sat in a pile among other packages. The secretary finally got around to giving it to the police chief. He sat behind the desk and opened it. Inside was a USB device. The chief looked it over and found nothing out of the odd. He put it into his computer and a file opened up. It was a video named "Caution, Dangerous contents." The chief smiled and clicked the play button. At first it the screen was black but then a boy appeared a fair distance away from the camera. He looked around 16. The boy looked at the camera and spoke. "You are going to be the first, an example if you must, you are going to show the world what monsters HGT has created. Be afraid Chief Winston. Be very afraid." The video was over and Chief Winston just sat there speechless. He leaned back in his chair and patted his belly. He then continued to burst out laughing. He laughed so hard that he had tears streaming down his cheeks. He finished laughing and leaned forward in the chair. He wanted to see the video again. He clicked play and waited for it to pop up. It was dark and then the boy appeared, closer this time, a lot closer. The boy was already staring at the camera this time, and he looked mad. "Do you think this is a joke chief? Do you think I'm playing with you. Well you just keep sitting there laughing as you police station is destroyed along with all your men. Then I will come for you last. Are you still watching? Good because I'm going to be the last face you see." The video clicked off and the chief still sat there staring at the desktop. This wasn't funny anymore. He took the USB device out and called in his secretary. He gave it to her and told her to put it in the evidence room. She nodded and walked to the elevator and rode it down to the basement level. She then walked into the evidence room and put the device on a shelf and walked back to the elevator. The USB device shook and then sparked, then it sparked again and a boy popped out of thin air. He was the same boy from the video. He turned around looking for an electrical outlet. He soon found one behind a box. He pushed the box out of the way and put his hand near the outlet and let it pull him in. He was inside the buildings electrical grid. He could see what room was using the most electricity and could feel all the energy around him. He zipped up to the third floor and popped out in a hall way. A cop who was walking by jumped and grabbed for his gun. He pulled it out of his holster and was bringing it up to aim it at the boy but the buy ducked and threw up a kick. It connected with the cops hands and he dropped his gun. The boy then kicked it down the hallway and in the same movement punched at the cops throat The cop ducked and the punch went over his head and into the wall. The cop grabbed next for his taser. He pulled it out and gabbed at the boy with it. The boy didn't even try to move and the taser caught him in the hip, But it had no effect on the boy. He just smiled at the cop and kneed him in the stomach. The cop bent over and gasped for air. The boy the grabbed the cop by the hair and kneed him in the face. The cop was out like a light. He fell to the floor and laid there in a pool of his own blood. The boy started skipping down the hall way and meet with another cop. The boy didn't bother with a fight and shot a bolt of electricity at him. It caught him in the chest and sent the man back into the room he came form . A scream came from inside and a woman ran out. The boy just grabbed her by the throat and slammed her into the wall. She fell to the ground with her neck at an odd angle. The boy stepped over her body and continued on his way. By the time he got to the end of the hallway he had killed 4 more cops and 2 more secretaries. He stood in front of the elevator and put his hand on the door. He passed through it into the elevator where he hit a button to go to the fifth floor. As he stepped out of the elevator a bullet flew past him and hit the wall behind him. He instantly jumped back into the elevator. He heard foot steps approaching the elevator. He looked up and pressed his hand against the roof of the elevator and popped up on top of the elevator. Gun shots went off on the inside and the boy smiled. He put his hands on top of the elevator and popped u back on the inside in between two big cops. He grabbed both of them and shot electricity into both of them. He let the go and they fell to the floor smoking. He picked up a pistol in both hands and ran out of the elevator shooting. He caught one cop in the chest and another one in the arm. They both fell to the floor but the one he hit in the arm swung his gun around and shot madly at the boy. The boy ducked and dodged but got hit in the leg. He hit the floor and laid still. The cop got up and walked over to the boys body. He poked the boy with his gun. But the boy wasn't there any more. When the cop touched him with his gun the boy traveled through the gun into the cop. On his way through the cop he released some electrical energy into the cop and he popped up behind the cop. The cop had been fried by the electricity, he fell over with smoke coming out of his ears. The boy staggered over to the wall and put his hand of the outlet. He started pulling electricity out of the building. He smiled as electricity traveled and sparked over his hand. He straightened up and hobbled over to a door. He knocked and a man answered. "Who is there?" The boy smiled and answered,"I think you know who it is Chief Winston." He heard a cry and a crash. He smiled and kicked the door down. Inside Winston stood up against the wall with his chair laying on the ground behind his desk. "No!! Who are you?" Winston cried out. "I am merely a monster created by your government." The boy replied as he walked closer. He walked over to Chief Winston's computer and turned on his web cam. He set it to record and put it facing the Chief. The boy smiled. "I want the world to know how you died." He said. He grabbed Chief Winston by the shirt and threw him over closer to the web cam. "Smile for the camera."He said as he pumped Chief Winston full of electricity. The smell of burning flesh floated in the air. The boy walked out of the building with a disk in his hands. The boy's name was Samael and this was almost a mission complete. He smiled as he walked down the busy sidewalk. He had been free only 2 weeks and he already had a mission from the Rebels. A mission that was almost done. all he had to do was deliver the video to the Rebels and he would have his first mission complete. Life was looking better. Revenge was close at hand. | CARAMELLDANSEN!!!!!!! | Angela Mathers walked to the conference with a purpose, as was usual. Her heels made a sharp click as they hit the floor. She wasn't exactly sure what Mr. Sloan wanted with this meeting, but she was sure she was going to be stared at. Again. He always tried to hide the fact that he was staring at her chest or elsewhere, but he wasn't very good at it. It was on days like these, when she was sure she would be seeing Mr. Sloan that she would wear a low cut blouse and a shorter skirt than normal. As she got to the conference room she simply opened the door and went in. Mr. Sloan was waiting as usual. She pretended to look away so he could stare. A slow grin spread across her face. "Good morning, Mr. Sloan," she said innocently, taking her seat right beside his. ______________________________________________________________________ Terra knew her job and duty, but she still didn't like getting up just to see whats-his-face for a meeting that would probably mean nothing to her. Still, she walked the halls of HGT with a look on her face that told anyone that they better not mess with her. She went into the conference room to see whats-his-face and his busty VP already sitting there. She took a seat and glared at the wall, waiting for this stupid meeting to start and finish. |

He was wandering the streets, he didn't know what he was going to do next. Jack didn't see many people, and the ones he did see ran away the second they saw him. The cat like features were of course a dead give away. Jack walked into a run down shopping mart, as he checked the foods section he was dismaid to see that all the food was gone. Jack's stomach rumbled. He let out a sigh, "this is such a drag". He walked through the aisles searching for something to eat. Jack stopped in the pet section and eyed a can of cat food. "Am I really that desperate?" Jack thought rubbing his belly. He grabbed the can and ripped it open with his hands. "Well here goes!" Jack dumps the can in his mouth and chews. "Hmm, not bad". he says, grinning. He then stuffs five cans in his pockets and walks outside. "Huh?" Jack sniffs the air, a familiar sent enters his nose. He could tell, it was another escaper. He always had a knack for sniffing them out, they just had a certain smell that he could recognise. Jack rushed off towards the smell, hopping over rubble and over turned cars. When he rounded the corner he spotted a girl sitting with her legs against her chest, leaning on a brick wall. Jack walked over to her until he was right in front of her. Jack was blocking out the rising sun from her view, making a shadow cast over her. "Hey there!" Jack said, kneeling down to the girls eye level. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() Level: 14 EXP: | Gavin hurried down the hallway heading for the conference room at HGT HQ. Though unlike the others that were going by foot, he was floating just inches above the ground. This was the only gravity based power that he could use without his body going to shreds. As he made his way to the conference room, he was intercepted by an odd girl with a cat tail. She was smiling at him, and making a purring noise. "Hey bro!" she said, pouncing over to him. Kat had always thought of Gavin as a brother, although technically they weren't even related to each other. That is of course, if you didn't count the fact that they were both the products of project 050 - Animal Gene Transfusions. The project was simple enough in its goal: To gift humans with the abilities of animals. Gavin and Kat had been the first successful results of the project. Gavin had been given the genes of an eagle, and had earned a spectacular eyesight, as well as hand that resembled talons. He had also gained the power of an air "element", and by accident, gravity. Kat on the other hand had been given the genes of a cat. She had developed catlike abilities that were still largely untapped, and unknown to anyone. Not even the scientists had been able to determine what she was capable of. All that they could tell was that she was acting as though she were a cat. In fact, at this very moment, she was drinking a creamy milk-like substance, meant to mimic the milk fed by a mother cat to her young. "Why doe you drink that stuff?" he asked her. "The same reason why you can't stop eating fish," she retorted. "Because it's in my nature!" She had made a good point. He had developed an insatiable appetite for fish, specifically salmon. Though unlike what she had said, this wasn't nature; it was the result of the mutations. But it felt natural, and if it felt natural, Gavin realized, he should probably do it. When they finally reached the room, Gavin knocked on the door, and entered the room. They greeted Agent Sloan, the HGT Director, and took their seat. In the midst of a darkened room, in which the only visible light was that coming in from under the door, sat the solitary, non caring visage of a man. Or at least, what HGT had passed off as a man. Kratak was in fact less human than even the animal hybrids of Project 050. While those two had been birthed as normal humans, and simply modified to their hybrid state, Kratak had NOT been birthed normally. In fact, he not even been birthed at all. Rather, he had been created within the walls of HGT. Project 616 - The Obscurity, had been an attempt to create a human out of a combination of DNA, and synthetic material. As a result, he lacked one thing that the others had: The construct known as the "soul". Because of this, he had the ability to feel no remorse for his actions, no matter how horrible they were. He would not hesitate to kill a man if he was ordered to. In that respect, he was the perfect soldier. Bound by chains, and a straight jacket that was immune to his powers, he sat in the solitary confinement, listening to, and smiling at the commotion outside the door. After an hour of listening, he heard a voice by the door. "We need to get Kratak out," said an agent. "Do you have the helmet?" asked another. "Of course I do you prat!" retorted the first one. Kratak's smile twisted, becoming more malevolent, and bloodthirsty than before. There was a sound of turning metal, and the door flew open, showering the room with the white light from the hall. In the doorway, Kratak could make out the shadow form of a large, bald man in a black suit. In his left hand was a pair of sunglasses, which for Kratak to wear as he adjusted to the light outside of the room. In his right hand was an aluminum helmet, that resembled that of a soldier. This was meant to contain hi powers. Kratak possessed a varied array of psychic abilities, and the helmet had been fitted with electric devices that inhibited those abilities. This was because the agents, even Sloan himself had a fear that Kratak might turn on them. "So lovely to see you again, Agent Groves," he said, ominously. "The feeling's mutual," replied Groves, as he fitted the helmet and sunglasses onto Kratak. "To what do I owe the honor of leaving my bedroom? Surely it isn't feeding time already." "Agent Sloan has called for a meeting. You were included in his call." "ME? I'm so very flattered." "Yeah, well, save it for when you meet with Sloan. Maybe if you kiss his ass enough he'll promote you to an actual rank. Now let's go." He lead Kratak down the hallway, pulling him along by his chains. As the other agents passed, they stepped as far out of the way as the limited space allowed them. The younger agents often made double takes at the two. It was an odd sight for them, to see a man in a helmet and sunglasses being lead down the hall like a blind man. As they reached the conference room, they knocked, and entered the room, to see Sloan already in the company of the others. "I'm honored that you would call me to your meeting, Director Sloan," He said as he took one of the seats closest to the man. Last edited by Chromatic; May 14th, 2009 at 11:14 AM. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() Level: EXP: | Ardrianna Kays lifted another weight, as it was her final one for the workout today. She loved her body and gleamed it in all ways possible. She glared at her boss Sloan who always seem to find time in his busy schedule to what most would assume perve Ardri simply saw it as a compliment. Her bodily DNA fused perfectly with the assets of the snake. She loved it and above all she loved the attention she got while in a room. Sloan said his final goodbye and she winked at him. Patting the top of her brow she went to the showers to wash up before the emergency meeting that Sloan had told her about. She put on a clean pair of tracks on and a too tight singlet and went to her office. Her eyes relaxed as her body got the looks from most of her co-workers. The occasional wolf whistle earned them a wink or if she was a friend with a quick peck. With no actual goals in mind she just saw her job as a time to slither out of the wartime and sit comfortable among the boys. She continued to walk until she reached Sloans office again, opening the door she took her place. She cracked open a cigarette and popped one comfortably in her mouth. She stretched and put her legs on the table. Her slacked nature got the stares from her co-workers, especially the males. The women on the other hand were not her closest friends. She smiled smugly as she winked at Sloan. “Anyone want one?” she asked innocently as she glanced around taking in everyone. she winked at Gavin she loved playing him the most |

| We Wrote Our Names In Blood | Sam felt the early suns rays disappear from her body and she opened her eyes slowly only to see a boy with cat like features. She pushed herself harder against the brick wall out of fright, her hands covering her lips when a small quite yelp left them. Taking a few moments to get over the shock, with her blue grey eyes wide she answered the boy's happy greeting. "Uh...Hi." Sam studied the boy from head to toe and quickly realized who he was. The shock registered on her face followed by another yelp. She drew her head closer to the boy and whispered, "Your just like me?" Could she really be that lucky? Could another escapee found her? With hope gleaming in her usually sad eyes she stared at the boy hoping she wasn't just seeing things again. Last edited by Angelic Symphony; May 15th, 2009 at 02:52 AM. |

He felt irritable in the mornings as usual and didn't bother to say good morning or greet the co-workers he barely spoke with. The boy sat down and took a look at everyone. To him they seemed to carefree, but Vincent was a pessimist even in such times when nothing seemed right. While waiting, Vincent began to think of his friend again and his expression turned from blank to sad as he molded the smoke from Ardrianna into various objects. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Still wandering the wasteland, Alexis approached a body of water. Her memory of what New York actually looked like felt hazy. She sat close to the murky liquid filled with debris. She touched the air above the surface of the water distorting her reflection. The girl stopped playing with the water as she heard the shadow morse. Alexis was unable to answer correctly due to not having taken early training seriously but she figured the direction of which it was coming from. He just wished that that person didnt see him in a bad mood. Focas on the one that is right in front of you, the one that could kill you if he wants to. I know, I know, just wondering how many cans the person stole. I hope it wasnt the turkey giblets. He was right next to the person now."Hi". |

| Princess Exiled | New York was full of hiding spots. That was the main reason she stayed there, the reason she managed to slip into a creak and dissapear. The violet haired girl sat on an empty park swing, grasping the chains that kept the seat up even though she wasn't swinging. It was a sad place; ruined and abused in every way, until all that was left was broken equipment. One brave swing survived amongst the rest, and on that swing was Freya Valentine. |

She froze the water before her, if you could call it water anymore and walked to the structure. The statue was like hope in such dark times for Alexis. She figured something had to make her joyful these days. The girl entered and came across what appeared to be a library. A slight feeling came across her right ankle but she shrugged it off. The girl flipped through a few to pass her time. Alexis set it down and figured someone was living here, either an escapee or one of the others hunting them. She continued examining the library.
