The Other World {Still Joinable}

Terra Moonchylde looked across the Scottish moors. She was standing in a Stone Circle, like the one the mortals called Stonehenge. She was supposed to be meeting with a few leprauchans here in a little while.

When one of the little green fellows finally showed up, she was surprised to see that instead of the normal grin on his face was a sad frown. She felt her eyebrows knit together in confusion.

"McGee," she said to him, her voice sounding like a bell. "Why do you look so down?"

He looked up at her as the highland wind blew past them, rustling her wings. There was pity in his eyes.

"I to be the one to say it, m'lady," he said, his thick accent even thicker as he tried to fight back tears. "But we've just heard that your mother, the Queen has...has..."

"What about my mother?" Terra asked him.

"She's been killed."

Belphegor walked among the graves. He was in a human grave yard and he was looking for the tongue of a traitor. He stopped at a grave and sniffed the air. No this grave held the eyes of someone innocent. He shrugged and stuck his body through the ground into the coffin of the new victim of his grave robbings.
He plucked the eyes out for the little girl's body and said a small thief's prayer so that she wouldn't wake up wanting them back. He jumped back out of the coffin, the ground was left completely undisturbed. Belphegor had mastered travel. Tonight he was looking for some simple ingredients. He was going to make a truth potion. He started walking again, sniffing along the path. He soon came to an open grave, two men in the middle of grave robbing standing at the bottom. They couldn't see him but one shivered.

"H-hey man lets hurry up with this." Said the man wearing a blue cap."Its getting really cold here."

Blephegor smiled. He simply loved humans, the way they betrayed each other, how ignorant they were to what was really happning in the world around them. He looked at the body they were ravageing. He walked over to the edge of the grave and put his finger on the dead bodies head.

"Awaken, take what they have stolen from you back, Show them the meaning of Fear, show them what happens when you don't say the prayer." Belphegor's words dripping with magic.

The body twiched but the two men didn't notice. They were climbing out of the hole now. The man with the blue cap started shoveling dirt back into the hole. The body started twitching more violently as the dirt rained over it, the two men not having the decency to but the lid back on the coffin. The whole coming back to life thing was so very painfull. For the spirit that is. The two men looked at the body with pure fear in their eyes. They were paralyzed in fear. The body stoped twitching and then layed still.
The man with the blue cap rubbed his eyes.

"Um, did you see that?"He asked in a wisper.

The other man nodded slowly. Belphegor watched on, he had seen this before but it was always fun to see the reaction of the humans. the body slowly sat forward, it blinked its decayed eyelids. The eyeballs had turned black from decaying. Its face had holes all over it, worms having had a little snack. Its clothes were worn and had many holes through out it. Its skin had shrunk and it was pulled back tightly against the bones and whatever organs were left. It put a hand on the edge of the coffin and started getting up.
The two men didn't run, instead they started shoveling faster. The fear cowded their minds and they wern't thinking straight.

The grave has half filled now and the body was standing up. It let loose a heart stopping scream, The two men droped the shovels and started running. The body jumped out of the grave and was right on their tails. Belphegor started gliding after them. He wanted to see if they would make it out of the grave yard. The men were almost there when the bald man fell into an empty grave. He died from the fall, his neck twisted at a very bad angle. The man with the blue cap made it to the gate and was pulling it open when the body reached him. It leaped into the air and landed on his back. they both droped to the ground and the body started to bite at him. The man screamed and stcreamed but to no avail.

As soon as the man died the body walked back to its grave and jumped back in, it was soon asleep again.
Belphegor swoped down to the dead thief and pulled out his tongue. He was now ready to make the potion. Belphegor left the grave yard.

"Doo dee doo, I wanna be with you~!" Anna sang, her blonde hair bouncing off her back as she skipped to the library from school.

It was such a gloomy day, yet she was in high spirits; she couldn't help but have that feeling something good was going to happen today.

"Doo dee day, I wanna be with you every day~!" her voice was somewhat melodic; not the best in her school, but was good enough that when she sang she would get the applause and flowers thrown to her feet.

"Da da dee do, I wanna be with--" She stopped, hearing what sounded like crying. As the girl looked around, she saw no one; who could it be? "Um...hello?" she asked, surprised.

As she resumed walking, she saw a few flowers drooping, and saw it was them that were weeping. "Um...is everything okay?" she asked kneeling down to the flowers. At a closer look, she could see tiny pixies under the drooping flowers.

"W-Wha? You can see us?!" the three asked in unison, looking up curiously at the human girl.

Ah, the whole Seer thing again.

"Yes." Anna replied, smiling. "Now tell me...what's wrong? You guys are always so happy!"

"Our Queen..." one whispered, tiny rivers flowing down her rosy cheeks.

"Our beautfiful, wonderful Queen..." the second sobbed, trying her best to keep the tears in.

"Is...is..." the third could barely speak.

"DEAD!" They all wailed, holding onto each other as they cried.

"What? But, I thought you guys were immortal! How?" She asked, surprised.

They have a Queen?

Terra stared at the little leprauchan in complete surprise. How could her mother be dead? There was no way that was possible. Everyone loved the Queen...

"How did this happen?" she didn't mean for it, but she heard her imperial tone creep into her voice. "Who killed her?"

The leprauchan shrank away from her. "We don't know what happened. We suspect poisoning..."

"No," her voice broke on the single word. She'd never been terribly close to her mother, but she was still her mother. She turned away from the little man, and spread her wings and took flight. She rarely flew because she loved the land, but she had to get back to the court.

Shane was sitting in her car, it was hevily tented. She took one last hit off her joint and killed the roach and rubbed her eyes. "Ugh, I don't want to be here today." She got out of her car and walked to the front doors of her school. "Hey, Shane. Love the look." Shane glared at Gary, well tried. She couldn't really feel her face." Yeah, well, It was the only thing your mom had for me to wear this morning after I fucked shit out of her." Gary just scowled. "You're high aren't you?" "Hells to the yeah!" They walked in the doors.

Terra entered the Seelie court through the hill in the graveyard. She could see her mother's body laid out on the dais where the throne usually went. As soon as she saw this, she let out a piercing scream that made everyone turn to look at her.

"WHY DIDN'T ANYONE COME AND GET ME?" she bellowed. "I had to hear about this from a leprauchan!!!"

Shane got to her fisrt class and looked around. Oh, fuck no. Her old crush was back. Why the fuck..? Well, I'm just gunna avoid her like I did last time I guess... Shane smelled like pot and everyone could smell it. Her crush looked up, her light blue eyes brought back memories, painful memories. Shane's heart clenched and she sat down quickly clawing her wrist. "Hey, Shane." Shane moved her eyes only to look at her. "Hey, Amber..." Shen didn't look over the rest of class.
The bell rang and Shane was out of the door before anyone else was even up. She walked into the class where she felt at ease, band. She knew it was weak, but some thing about the music calmed her. She took her bassoon out and warmed up a bit. She sat with her reed in her mouth, flipping it back and foreth with her tounge. She staired off in to space and waited for class to begin.

aleck silently stalked the enchanted lion waiting to attack ."your mine!" he shouted as he lunged his sword toward the lions chest and casted a fireball spell sending it hurtling towards the lions head from the other direction. the beast roared and leaped over him. aleck quickly dodged to his left and spun around in time to see the fireball slam into the lions mane charring it significantly. "die!" he yelled spearing the lion with his sword and ripping through his heart all in one smooth motion. he lifted the lion and layed it across his shoulders. as he slowly trudged back to his hut he muttered to himself "filthy creature good riddens."

Terra didn't know what to do now. She walked up to her mother's body and knelt before it. The rest of the Court, her Court now, followed suit. A single tear escaped her eyes.

She stood up again and so did everyone else. Nudge, her mother's advisor came up to her.

"As per tradition," he said. "You will take your mother's throne in thirty-three days. Until that time, I will find someone to give you advice on what will be expected of you."

"I appreciate the, Nudge," Terra replied. The words 'thank you' were not liked among her kind. They were human words, and they usually held no meaning. "For now, though, I'd like to be alone."

With that, Terra left the Court-room for her private quarters. One there, she lay down on her bed, trying to figure out whether or not she would be able to do this.

"Fucking fianlly!" Shane yelled when the last bell rang. She was out of the class room faster than anyone else. She walked to her car and lit a cigarette. She inhaled deeply and started her car. Shane was waiting for her best friend, Kayla. Kayla opened the door and lit one of her own cigarettes.
"Took you long enough." Shane teased.
"Yeah, well I had to do something." Kayla turned up the radio.
"Aiight, whatever you say, hun." Shane drove to Kayla's girlfriend's house and they went in. "Hey sexy!" Shane grabbed the pot out of her pocket along with other narcotics.
"Hey, baby. Hey, Shane." Jenifer grabbed her bong and one hitter. "Waht are we gunna do first?" She grined.
"Well, I have some ex, pot, coke, shroom, and some killers. We can spike the weed with some coke or whatever." Shane examined her stash.
"How much pot you got?" Jen was looking at the bag of weed.
"Uhmmm... 'bout and ounce. I smoked some this morning, I've been gone all day."
"I can tell its good. It's lime green and smells amazing!" Kayla laughed.
"Well, we gunna get this party started or what?" Shane yelled.
"Hell yeah! Wait let me call Anna!" Jen pulled her phone out and called Anna.

Belphegor had just finished his potion and was going to see one of the prisoners. He had special orders from the king to get information from this elf. As he came around the corner he saw the door he was about to enter. There were two guards on either side and they nodded as he walked up to them. He could see them tremble and smell their fear.

"I'm here to question the prisoner. I expect you to let no one inside after I leave and while I'm in there. Understand?" He asked.

The guards hurriedly nodded and opened the door. Belphegor walked in and saw the prisoner. He was a full blood elf and was currently in shackles chained to the table. The elf started cursing at him in elven and Belphegor brought his hand up and the elf started choking. Belphegor put his hand back down to his side and tisked at the elf.

"Now I want you to drink this. You can do it my way and maybe live a few more days or you can fight and I'll have to kill you and bring you back from the dead.Now, which is it?" Belphegor looked at the elf expectantly.

The elf looked at Belphegor the back at the bottle Belphegor was holding. He nodded his head and Belphegor poured the liquid down the elf's gullet. The elf swallowed and coughed a bit. After his little show the elf sat up straight and had a calm look on his face. Belphegor smiled.

"Now, I would like you to tell me what you were doing in the forest when we caught you."

The elf replied," I was trying to escape."

"Escape from what?" Belphegor asked.

"From the Seelies." The elf replied.

"Why would you run from them?"Belphegor asked, this was getting interesting.

"Because I killed their Queen." He started laughing madly at this.

Belphegor was caught by surprise at this. He didn't believe it. "I ask you again, why were you running?"

The elf had stopped laughing." Because I killed their Queen.", as the reply again.

Belphegor could hardly believe his decaying ears. This was the best news he had heard in a long time.

"How did you do it?" He asked.

"I used Deadly Night Shade." The elf said. "I put it in her morning tea."

Belphegor smiled this wasn't a prisoner, this was a hero.

"Who are you?" Was Belphegor's next question.

"I'm the Adopted Prince of the Seelie Court." Was the elf's reply.

Belphegor stood up at this. He was in heaven, there was no way this could be truly happening. He smiled with pure pleasure. this would make his job easier.

"Awww, Thats too bad to hear." Belphegor said.

"Why?",asked the Prince.

"Because that means you have to die." Belphegor said as he walked around the table to stand behind the Prince.

"What? No. I told you what you wanted." The potion keeping him calm as he struggled to make his body stand up.

"But you the enemy." Belphegor said as he put his hands on the Prince's shoulders. He gripped them and said a small death prayer. He then continued on to suck the elf dry. Belphegor walked up to the door and knocked twice. The guards let him out and he nodded to them. He then walked back to his cambers and sat down at his desk. He took out a quill and parchment and began to write a letter to the Seelie court telling them about the death of their prince. Back at the cell, the two guards were arguing about who should look into the room to check on the prisoner. One finally drew up the courage to look inside and instantly wished he didn't. Inside the Prince smiled back at them with a skinless face and empty eye sockets. He was reduced to nothing but a skeleton. That guard never spoke again.

The pixies squealed as Anna's cell phone rang; they all hid in her blonde hair as she fished it out of her pocket.

"Relax, it's just an annoying piece of plastic we humans use to communicate with one another." She assured them, checking the caller ID. "Jen...must be another party." She frowned; she went to the parties a few times only to laugh at how high the others got, but the pixies' situation was grabbing her attention more at the moment.

Pressing the answer button, Anna said, "I'm kind of busy right now, I'll have to call you later."

"Awww, come on. Please come to my place? I only have Shane and Kayla here. It's not a party, we're just gunna get high off our asses." Jen looked at Shane. "Here maybe you can talk her into coming over" She handed the phone to Shane.
"Uhhmmm... Hey. You should totally come. I need a make out buddy, haha." Kayla hit shane in the head.
"Give me the phone you dip shit."
"Whatever, Kayla, you're just jealous of my sexy body."
Kayla grabbed the phone. "You should totally come over, I wont let Shane even look at you. Please??" She was begging. They haven't hung out for a while.

What was she supposed to say? That the Queen of the pixies was dead and she had a bad feeling that she should look into it?

They'd probably ask just how high she was. That or how drunk.

Anna looked from one tearing pixie to the other and gave a small sigh; "Just...stay in here." she whispered to them, opening her backpack. "Uh, I'll be over in a bit." She replied to Kayla.

"I love you soo much!!" Kayla hung up the phone and looked at Shane. "Looks like you got your make out buddy, hahah!"
Shane and Jen both laughed. "Good, now maybe I'll acually get some!" Shane rolled a joint and took a killer.
