Cirnelle gulped silently. If the man, Tai, came towards the path next to her hiding place, she would definitely be seen.
She peeked once more from behind the huge tree, but had to pull her head back immediately. The older man had turned his head to look around the woods; the young elf had been just in time to hide again. If I move now, they will notice me... but if I don't move, they will see me nontheless, Cirnelle thought, her sapphire eyes gazing around desperately. There were lots of other trees nearby, but they were too far away. There was a small bush right next to her, but it was too small for even an elf to hide. Her time was running out; sooner or later Tai would find her...
Cirnelle sat down on the ground, leaning against the tree. Why do I always get into situations like this?

I say it's your turn to pick, Thoth, since I made our last 'important' decision." Tai let the joy in his voice show through, he was happy to finally be back on the road. Taking in a deep breath, Tai exhaled slowly, reveling in the fresh air. The forest seemed magical to him, and the feeling of serenity that seemed to glow from each tree never went away.
Thoth let out a hearty laugh. "Okay then Tai, you win. Since we've already come from one of the paths, I say we take that one over there." He pointed to the path, and more specifically (though it was completely coincidental) right to the tree the frightened elf was taking refuge behind.
"Alright you," Thoth brought the elf that had attacked them to his feet, "we're leaving now. you can either follow us, or we'll just tie you back up and leave you here." Eyes ablaze, the elf was furious, but resigned and took his place behind the two of them.
"Let's go!" Tai shouted impatiently, and started down the path. After going a few feet, Tai looked back to see if his mentor was following, and found himself face to face with another elf. Drawing his sword, Tai stood at the ready.
"Uh oh, Thoth, we might just have another elf problem on our hands."

Cirnelle closed her eyes, standing slowly up again. She repeated the words 'Don't come here' in her mind, getting more and more frightened. Now she noticed that she was not ready for a real battle yet. Every single advice her trainer had given her swirled in her head; the elf's pale hand clutched the handle of her sword sub-conciously. "Okay then Tai, you win. Since we've already come from one of the paths, I say we take that one over there."
Cirnelle didn't even need to see, where the elder man pointed; she knew what path he had chosen.
Footsteps started to come closer, dead leaves rustling as the group paced towards her. Soon the younger man, Tai, appeared from behind the tree, his eyes fixed at the blue-haired elf woman. His sword flashed in the sunlight, as it was drawn. "Uh oh, Thoth, we might just have another elf problem on our hands."
Cirnelle glanced at the sword, then looked back at the young man's face. Her sapphire eyes were wide open, as she spoke:
"I'm not an enemy! I happened to walk nearby, and saw you, capturing him..." she nudged her head towards the tied up male elf. "...so I hid behind this tree, and listened to your conversation."
Cirnelle kept her voice steady, even though she was in fear.
"I know, it's not nice to eavesdrop... But I got worried that you would hurt him. I can't stand it, if elves are harmed," she finished. Her hand was still clenching Lumina's handle, the knuckles as white as snow.

It just might break Dyolus's hearts." Durnaur heard one of them say. It didn't matter. He was here to kill the girl, not this one. "Well." He said to himself, grasping his bow. "Time to die Aina. From Durnaur with love!" He let an arrow fly, aimed directly at Aina's head. It had been a while since he had killed anyone but he was as willing as ever. Ever since Calaglin died at least. It had been decades but his anger did not cease. So he became an assasin and that brings us up to this point at which Durnaur was about to kill one of the Satanic Twins. He was Durnaur Bregu. Assasin.

Like what are you thinking??" The arrow vaporized, "Umm was that an arrow you shot out at me." Aina sniffed and looked down, her eyes widening in shock at how stupid anybody could be for attacking her like that. First she just looked, but then her face got darker, She was angry and when Aina got really angry bad things happened. Her hand lit up in a bright fash and she laughed a bit loudly as a long rod formed in it. "What the hell is going on with people these days?? I don't have time at all for it." The rod manifested even more than it had before and then she pointed it at the fool whom attacked with a measly arrow.
Her left eye turned white. "Mazu Hea to Eita." His body was at once frozen in place, no escape, His entire body was filled with energy, but also mixed with is own bio structuring so that his nerves were frozen out. He was pretty much paralyzed. "Idiot. I don't have time for you or anybody else here really ya know??" She just nodded and Fortinbras fired a pulse of collected energies so strong in force that the swamp blew up sending a mushroom cloud like mass of blood mesh into the air.
The cloud of red kept on forming throughout the sky, and it marked something that was certainly to come, and it wasn't at all pretty......

As the smoke cleared, Durnaur let down the sphere of fire he had created. After doing that much He thought Aina would be surprised. "What is it? He asked, His body movable again at this point. "Surprised? I have no time for explanations, only time for business girl. Now, I expect you to behave and die!" He formed a sphere of fire around her this time and forced it to contract. He expected her dead from the massive burns it would inflict. "Well then, only have to wait for a chance to get the head as proof then." He said as the fire was about to reach her.

Looking down, he saw a young, or at least, 'young looking' (with elves you can never tell), elven maiden, eyes wide open in fear, her knuckles white with anxiety. Sighing, Thoth was amazed at his pupil's lack of perception.
"Lower your sword, Tai, this elf means us no harm." Thoth's soft voice commanded. Turning to the elf, Thoth bowed, "I apologize, young missus, my pupil here is often quick to jump to conclusions. And, with the recent circumstances, I can hardly blame him." Turning back to Tai, Thoth reprimanded, "But Tai, this elf would hardly have sat by and watched while we paced in the woods if she had harmful intentions." "I know, it's not nice to eavesdrop... But I got worried that you would hurt him. I can't stand it, if elves are harmed,"
"And I hardly blame you. If you haven't noticed, my name is Thoth. And this here is-"
"I'm Tai!" Tai eagerly butted in to the conversation, feeling somewhat left out.
"Yes, that is Tai." Holding out a hand, Thoth bent down, "And who do we have the pleasure of meeting?"

Cirnelle prevented to sigh in relief. Before she could be able to speak again, the old man continued, words now aimed at her: "I apologize, young missus, my pupil here is often quick to jump to conclusions. And, with the recent circumstances, I can hardly blame him."
The young elf nodded shortly, a small smile wandering on her lips. The feeling of relief was still swirling inside her. If you haven't noticed, my name is Thoth. And this here is-"
"I'm Tai!" Tai eagerly butted in to the conversation, feeling somewhat left out.
The blue-haired female smirked. Tai had lots of energy, it could be clearly seen.
"Nice to meet you, Thoth, Tai," she said, bowing towards both of them. "And who do we have the pleasure of meeting?"
" My name is Cirnelle," the elf said politely, grabbing the soft hand and shaking it slightly.
"Now then..." she continued. "You are going to take him to an outpost or something?"
She once again nudged towards the tied up male elf.

With the forces from her attack dying down, Aina was pleased at the outcome and had no problem with the widespread ruin that was surely about to get a lot worse. What a lot of people didn't know about the bog of blood was what it held in the water and the murky death that when exposed to for a long period of time could cause horrific results which was part of her plan for a certain twisted game she was playing. "Well all of you should still be alive." Her voice couldn't be heard due to the sound of the rushing winds inside the now ruined swamp area, but it was all going to be the same.
The man was speaking to her as if she would be shocked that he was still alive. She was simply amused that he ever thought that she was doing anything more than toying with him. Her mouth opened in a yawning laugh and then she looked over as he spoke again. "Surprised? I have no time for explanations, only time for business girl. Now, I expect you to behave and die!"
This man couldn't be serious in saying something stupid as hell like that. So he was using a pitiful attempt to ensnare her in a mass of fire that would be easy as anything to get out of?? "I don't think so." With a swift wave of her hand Aina walked right out of the fire and drew upon it in a bizarre form of power that changed the nature from direct fire to the might of plasmatic energy. "So you think that you are fast do you," her smile faded. "I'll tell you that my skill in movement is far greater than anything that involves speed."
Before he would ever have time to react Aina had moved from her spot and swarmed around Durnour and wracked his body with nearly 3000 hits that would register only now that she returned to her previous spot, as if time had stopped completely. "Eat this asshole." She fired a stream of plasma arrows at the man and they flew forward at an alarming rate. Each arrow was formed completely or plasma and now fire projectile or shield could stop them. Many were aimed directly at Durnour's eyes. "This is just the start of the game."

You think this is a game? You truly are a devil...You are utterly insane!! I...I think That I value my life more than I hate you so...I'll be taking my leave. Exit, Stage right!" He said as he dissapeared in a blur. A few miles away he stopped at a tree. "Ugh...That woman is less in touch with reality then all the others, She is truly a danger to this world, Maybe more so then the Ulitth... I think that it's about time I went to train again." He began to walk away.

Tai trailed off, his hand scratching the back of his head in embarrassment. "The only problem is, as I'm sure you overheard, we have no idea where such an outpost would be located. I'm sure myself and Thoth would greatly appreciate it if you could point us in the right direction." Tai felt that he had acted childish earlier, and at this point was trying to regain his pride.
Watching his student, Thoth simply nodded in agreement, hoping this elf would be kind enough to show them the way.
"So, Cirnelle is it? I thought I might ask you a few questions about elven culture, so Tai and I, who are strangers to this land, as you might have guessed, won't openly embarrass ourselves and disgrace our own people." Thoth questioned, hoping to find insight towards the elven culture.

Too many people either got a contract or something out on her as if they could really do anything and then after a short fight, took off. It was so annoying. She didn't bother to follow after the man, sooner than later, they would meet up again and when that time came things would be different. In the previous battle the powers that Aina had used were nothing compared to the mass of horrors that she could actually unleash upon the world.
"Whatever, I get tired of all of this boring stuff. Now that the air is polluted heavily by the Bog of Blood, we can start to move ever closer to the next phase in this world's coming end....."
