Rep Power: 2 ![]() Level: EXP: | Oh, the impurities of the world. Velodictus always seemed so intrigued by the matters of the world, for he had a great influence on the land of Cetroa. He was seated in his private quarters, in the reconstructed shambles of the Daunt Ruins. An old blank scroll lay on the desk in front of him, completely flat. It appeared crumpled and a quality that would be easy to tear. His finger gently glided across the scroll, his slight touch emancipating the power of his Arcania. The scroll lit up, revealing an illustration. It portrayed the destruction of the Moonstone, the revival of Ei, the process of restraining him, and draining of his energy. He lightly grinned, accompanied by the rising of his left dimple. His one and only purpose lie in this scroll, all the years of hiding contributing to this ultimate goal. But, it wouldn’t be as simple as he had initially assumed. The Mages still existed, and they were still the primary opposing force. The Mages had grown strong over this past decade. This was a thought not to be swayed away, Velodictus had always said. Despite his efforts to rebuild the Faithless, these new recruits are young and careless. However, they are also quite potent and hold magnificent grace in battle. Velodictus had trained them himself, executing a much more difficult form of training than the Mages had enforced. Velodictus remained confident in their abilities, for he will require their participation if the resurrection of Ei was to take place. All puppets in his book, of course. He grabbed the scroll, proceeding to rise from his seat. He walked towards his wooden cabinet, opening it and placing the scroll inside. Afterwards, he locked it. “The time for fighting is not now.” He muttered to himself, walking around the room and glancing at his collection of odd artifacts. “Soon, however, the Faithless will sprout once again.” |

| Member | Kodomy, Archlord of the Faithless. Anyone else would kill to have this kind of title, but Kodomy was different. Well, he had killed to get this far, but it's not as if he wanted this kind of power. To him, authority was just an excuse to for people to treat thosembelow themselves as scum, the kind of stuff you wash off your shoes into the gutter. Everybody else may have seen Kodomy as someone you either love or hate, but Kodomy saw them all as equal- even if that meant not trusting them. The bottoms of his boots clanked as they hit the stone floor of the castle he was wandering through, looking around for some kind of exit from these dungeons. He was relaxed, safe in the knowledge that any guards finding him would- "HEY! THE INTRUDER'S DOWN HERE!" Hmm, seemed like time for a bit of fun. Kodomy drew his sword from his sheath, turning his attention to the group of guards running towards him. He threw the flat of it up in front of him, and it started to glow with darkness as wind filled the tunnels. "Bring it." |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() Level: 9 EXP: | Euphemia has been pacing in her quarters of the Daunt Ruins for some time now. Pondering. Worrying. Becoming hastey. Shaking. And, naturally for her, angry as hell. Always keeping quiet to herself when not permitted to talk (or, rather, not talking presently at all whenever she never felt to object), having somewhat of the role of the loyal dog (though not the case here), she would always think. Think about anything. She was one to be observant. So, anything she notices right away comes right into her mind. Anything. Did I mention loyal dog? Of course that would fit her. Being strict, disciplined, and obedient to anyone she followed. She would get angry if any of her comrades or accomplices did not follow through on what they're supposed to do. And right now, she's angry at the Archlord, Kodomy. She didn't care if he was her superior, being a Spectre herself, one of a lower rank. She just wish the Archlord would stay put instead of going out on his own to that damn castle. At the very least, she could have just known the reason why. Then she wouldn't have to pace like this and relaxed. "What if the Headmaster will give out orders any minute?! Where is that bastard!" Euphemia would be furious when the Archlord came back. Who knows what he would be doing right now. But Euphemia just sighed. She just knew, no matter how angry, worried, hastey, or shakey, she could never go against her superior. That would be...that would feel...traitorious. She would always think of what consequences and punishment would follow after if she did. The only thing she could do was...be angry. And complain. Giving up, Euphemia plopped on her bed and spaced out, having nothing left to do. Thinking was the most common thing to do to relieve boredom. Now she had nothing to entertain her. "Great." Rep Power: 4 ![]() Level: 16 EXP: | “Stand up!” Riley said, his deep dominant voice echoing off the icy walls, each word bouncing, repeating itself over and over. The man struggled to stand up, his beard was unshaved and his clothes dirty, once he found his feet he managed a bow. “You can’t be serious can you?” The man wanted to speak, he cleared his throat to do so but Riley cut in, “You idiot! What pulls you to such extremities? Speak now!” “Sir, I was foolish…. Forgive me.” Bowing once more. The man in front of Riley had been thinking of leaving the town of Malestone to seek a group of people that would resurrect Ei. Ei? Idiot! “It’s just sir….” He started, trying to think of his words before speaking, “That, sir, maybe the world would be better with a leader, a strong leader like E-” Riley cut the man of using the arcanian art of magic to pull him of the ground and propel him to the other side of the room, “You dare speak such a name? Die!” He used the magic to end the persons life. He would never let there be such a thought in this town again. |

| Organization Member | Marcus was walking through the streets of Maelstrom, having just arrived there. He was approaching the area where Riley had just killed a man. He was shocked as he heard the screams and felt the release of magic. He knew what was going on, people were leaving at an alarming rate. A rumor was being spread, The Faithless was coming back and taking in new members. Marcus opened the door and saw Riley standing over the body of the dead man. Marcus gave a dry smile. Marcus approached behind Riley silently, not even he could sense him. Marcus stopped just out of weapons length. "Hey Riles, have fun killing that guy?" He gave a dry laugh, Marcus had a bit of dry humor, sometimes funny, sometimes not. He took a seat in the chair in the corner. He sat with his legs crossed and looked around the room. It was a small black damp room. He smiled and said, "So, i see you like your black." He gave another soft laugh. He saw a glass of water on his left and made a movement of his fingers. The water flew out of the cup and formed into a ball in front of himself. He played with the ball of water creating intricate shapes, making symbols and doing random things. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() Level: 16 EXP: | Riley closed his eyes for a while, taking in the death and waiting for the stench and the spirit to leave to room. He was interrupted, "Hey Riles, have fun killing that guy?" Riley looked up, eyeing the person that spoke to him. A male with a white mages robe was standing in front of him, his blue hair almost identical to his staff. “Marcus, you know I don’t like killing people but it’s for the good of the world. What brings you here?” he asked as his fellow mage sat on a chair, levitating the water in his hands. OCC: sorry for the short post…time is limited. |

| Member | "Bring it." As Kodomy's words rang throughout the dungeon halls, echoing off of the cold, stone walls, wind breezed past everyone. Around a dozen guards already congested at his one escape point, which left Kodomy with but one option- fight, kill, run. As he figured out how to take them out, the first of them ran at him, as the last few guards arrived at the exit. This lone guard screamed at the top of his lungs, swinging his sword down to make some kind of lethal connection with Kodomy's skull. The target simply swung himself under the chunk of metal, laughing as he slid his own sword into the guards body, sending the opponent crashing to the floor. "Too slow," Kodomy uttered, as he span around and sent a gust of wind at two more guards who were now charging. They stopped in their tracks as the wind blew past and turned into just another breeze through the castle, whilst the guards corpses fell into individual pieces of meat, cut by the sharp breeze of Kodomy's sword. As more guards ran in, more and more bodies piled up, each suffering as fate of their own. Eventually, there was but one armoured enemy left, who was soon felled by Kodomy's blade, Master of War. Once he checked the halls for survivors, Kodomy made his way through his final door- his final escape. He grasped the knob of the door and twisted his hand, sending off the lock mechanism that would then allow the door to swing open. As he looked through, Kodomy was greeted the edge of a blade towards his face, with an enemy knight on the other end. "You lose." |

| Organization Member | Marcus smiled and said, "Oh can't I just come and see a friend?" He gave a dry laugh as he said, "No, i'm just here to see how things are going with you." He put the water back into the cup and stood up. He walked out of the room slowly and stood in the doorway. Sick of all the death. His staff in his right hand as he stared at the sky. It was pure blue, the color of his staff and hair. The color of water. (again. I'm sorry for the short post to.) |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() Level: 9 EXP: | Euphemia stared into the fire-lit lamp, in a series with others on the walls of the dim hallway, solemnly viewing the situation the Archlord was about to get into. (Haha, too late to put in that ability) "Archlord, what will happen now...?" Euphemia quietly said to herself. She was just going to go to the main throne room where the Headmaster would sit and risk asking what had happened to Kodomy. Realzing she could've just watched him, foreseeing into the first lightened thing she saw, and find out herself. She ended up having another view of something else in another lamp as well. That castle...the Archlord was in the same castle with those mages. She had already seen the sight of the mage, named Riley, kill what was supposed to be another minion. And that magic was powerful, at least, it seemed like it. After that, looking back on the view of Kodomy, she already saw him have a sword pointed at him. She became worried. What was she supposed to do? She couldn't leave the ruins unless she was told to do so. But there was one other thing she could do... She proceeded on in the hallway, using Arcane magic to produce two floating fire balls in her hand to keep observing the two views, intending to report what had happened and what is going to happen, to the Headmaster. She wondered what would her superior do now. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() Level: 16 EXP: | Marcus turned toward Riley, smiling and saying, “Oh, can’t I just come and see a friend?” He laughed an almost-evil laugh and continued, “No, I’m just here to see how things are going with you.” It wasn’t a question but it did require an answer. Marcus was an old friend, and Riley hadn’t had the pleasure talking with him in a long time. They used to fight together, best friends, unstoppable forces working as one. He smiled, and remembered. “It’s been a long time Marcus…” he walked up to his friend, it was weird, Riley had changed a lot since they last met and now, the first time they’d met in years and he witnessed Riley take the life of a man. He should understand though, it’s only a matter of time. He would find out want is happening again, the Faithless. “How have you been?” |

| Organization Member | "Not to good. I've had a bad time dealing with Faithless. They have been coming up everywhere. Especially traitors wishing to join them." He remembered all that they had been doing. He started remembering the early training years. He hated how they had been seperated when they became full fledged Mages. Marcus hated himself for all that had been done. He began to hate the leaders who seperated himself and Riley. They had been really good friends. Marcus smiled as he walked with Riley, to wherever they were going. (sorry its so short.) |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() Level: 9 EXP: | "Damn it!" Euphemia speeded up her pace as she viewed the two mages. They were already heading their way towards the Archlord's direction. If she didn't hurry up soon...but Archlord is powerful. He could probably...still, she should probably tell Headmaster. Faster. Faster. "Why is the Archlord just standing there!" Defend yourself. Never let your guard down. The most important rule when fighting an enemy. Never forget that. Euphemia cringed at the memory of whose voice that was. Whose voice told her that. Faster. Faster... She opened the doors of the main throne room. (Haha, this one seems short too. And I won't post again until Slackermonkey does.) Last edited by Reika Noko; November 23rd, 2008 at 06:02 AM. |

| Member | "You lose." The sword was plunged forward, without even being drawn back. This knight knew what Kodomy was capable of, so they didn't give him a smidgen of a chance to turn this battle around. As the sword slid into Kodomy's body, it suddenly vanished into smoke, simmering into the air. Before the knight had time to even mentally react, his body fell into two halves, as the real Kodomy stood on the other side of the corpse with his sword brandished in front of him. He slid it back into its sheath, and continued on his way. As he walked through the alley he had just arrived in, he heard what sounded like almost an army of guards running down the street near him. This alleyway simply led to a wall, thus trapping Kodomy, and he'd already used to much of his energy with killing the other guards. As this group of knights passed the alleyway, a few stopped to look down, seeing no-one and nothing to hide behind. Deciding that there was no way Kodomy could've hidden, they continued with the rest of the group. Kodomy looked down upon them from the rooftops of the buildings, almost laughing as he slowly walked off to his next destination. "Next stop: Throne Room." |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() Level: EXP: | The doors paved open, the youthful Euphemia bursting in. He remained in his seat, his back faced to her. He easily depicted her aura, able to recognize her the instant she had rushed in. He felt irritated by her presence, but tolerated it. Velodictus had not summoned for her. “Either you bear news or you waste my time, child.” Velodictus spoke in a solemn tone, still seated and not bothering to glance at her. His concentration remained elsewhere, what appeared to be an aged green colored book. The book was filled with several blank pages, though some have been written in but not in Velodictus’s hand writing. It was open, to a page that had not been completely filled. He proceeded to write on the page, though he stopped in times, dubious in thought. |
