After the little trip to the achieves, Sleif had found out all he needed to know from the book he had found. Currently in the calm lands, Sleif was searching for something that was mentioned within the book. Suddenly he began to hear shouting, somewhere close by.

"Now girl, prepare yourself." upon hearing that voice, Sleif instantly knew who it was. "So it's him again!" Sleif said to himself, before he began to walk in the direction of the shouting. As he drew closer, he heard another voice.

"Sorry, I don't like to be ignored. Really. And I don't like how you're talking to this girl. So I think you'd better shut up and scram..." As he arrived, Sleif looked at the scene that was unfolding. Three people were currently present. One was Naruma, the man he had met before. The other two he did not recognize, one was a girl, while the other was a man.

"Also, you seem to have your own smell. And I don' like it.." On hearing this a slight grin appeared on Sleifs face, as he continued to walk towards the three. Stopping beside the girl, Sleif slightly bent down to her "What seems to be the problem here?" Sleif said to the young girl.

Naruma stared at the boy who had stepped forward. "My quarrel is not with you dear boy. But if you wish to make further problems for yourself then I guess you leave me no choice." His blade rising in tension between himself and the boy. He pushed the boys sword back towards him and said "Growl, Zantetsu." Instantly the blade became heavier, wider and thicker. Any normal man would have buckled under the pressure that this sword produced. It took considerable training to wield this weapon. It wasn't something you learned overnight or could master in the same time for that matter.

"Boy, Don't even try to fight me, your obviously no match yet." His blade put further and further pressure before it finally split Alex's sword in half though the heat generated from the two swords clashing. He didn't slice right down. No, he would prolong the boy's suffering. He sliced sidewards possibly taking out the boy's left arm or creating a huge gash across his chest. It was obvious that this boy had no skill and was just a big talker with a small weapon. "Tame Zentetsu." The blade shunk back to it's previous form. "This battle is already over. Before it even began." He had stopped a few inches from his quarry's feet. He sheathed his sword. Blood began to shoot out of wounds that he had created.

"Hah.... even slow in death." He said his eyes catching hers. "Well girl, it seems your body guard is indisposed at the moment. Well more than indisposed actually." he said with a slight laugh at the end. "And now my pretty quarry you need to die," A flash of his sword later and she had a cut across her chest as well. He hadn't noticed Slief up till now. But he looked at Slief as though he didn't know him, before running incredibly fast towards Gagazet.

What is going on?!?! Sonara thought. Only moments after she jumped from the ship, a figure leapt at her from across the valley. He slid to a stop in front of her, hand on his blade, and accused her of doing something she didnt do. Apparently, she had run from Bevelle authorities, which she never did. She had only been there once!

"Now girl, prepare yourself." Said the mysterious young man, taunting his sword at her. She flinched in fear, he seemed serious in his threat. To her great relief, Alex jumped from the ship to her defense.

"Sorry, I don't like to be ignored. Really. And I don't like how you're talking to this girl. So I think you'd better shut up and scram.Also, you seem to have your own smell. And I don' like it." Cried Alex as he whipped out his blade, crossing it with the stranger.

"My quarrel is not with you dear boy. But if you wish to make further problems for yourself then I guess you leave me no choice.Boy, Don't even try to fight me, your obviously no match yet." As he said this, his sword grew increasingly large, and he hacked away at Alex. Sonara watched in horror as a huge gash appeared across his chest, and he fell to the ground.

"Well girl, it seems your body guard is indisposed at the moment. Well more than indisposed actually.And now my pretty quarry you need to die." He said, turning to Sonara. In a bright flash of light, she felt pain erupt through her chest. The breath flew out of her lungs, and she felt the weight of the world crushing down upon her. Her white garment was begining to soak red, and her legs fell from under her. Her breath became shallow and wheezy as she hit the hard ground, the last thing she heard was the pounding foot steps against the hard earth. She struggled one last breath before she lost consciousness, falling into a painless black abyss.

Sleif made eye contact, at the moment Naruma, rushed past him. Looking upon the two wounded individuals, made Sleif let out a slight sigh. "I guess I'm the only one that can help here!" Sleif thought to himself, as he raised his hands, each one at the two, causing a bright white light to form, which quickly enveloped the both of them.

After a minute , the bright light began to fade away, at which point Sleif lowered his hand. Walking over to the girl, he could tell that she would be alright, unconscious but alright. Moving towards the boy, he could tell his wounds were already healed, and that he wound awaken at an moment.

Sleif knew, that he couldn't just leave them alone in the Calm lands, for fear of being attack while recovering, and so he decided to stand guard, until one of them awoke.

Naruma ran though Gagazet. Until he was sure that Slief had not followed. If he had of. Naruma would of had to drop there and then. He was beginning to regret not attacking Slief in the first place. But he had decided to let her and the boy live a bit longer, he was going to play a little game with them.

Just as he turned he was met with a large sinspawn beast. A huge towering lizard-like creature. "Well, It appears that I shall find some entertainment after all." His hands slipping back onto his sheath and handle of his sword. "Squash em' Dead, Zantetsu." The sword became very heavy as he lifted it above his head. But to him the weapon weighed as much as it always did. He swung it hard and fast, The blade edge hitting the creature and crushing it against the hard mountain side. It was buried in the ice. Separated in two. The hot blood instantly froze in the ice as it flowed out of the creature's torso.
"Calm, Zantetsu." As he continued to walk towards Zanarkand though the icy mountain.

Alex eyes shot up and raised his sword at the figure above him. But the figure wasn't the one who had attacked him. Quickly, he dropped the sword and felt his wound. It was gone. Unfortunatly, he could still feel the pain.
"Sonara!" he quickly said, turning around. She was covered in blood. But no scars had been inflicted either. In the distance, he could see a figure running up Gagazet. He felt his fists tigthen. And before anyone could stop him, he chased after him. He wasn't afraid of any more attacks. He just wanted payback. Quickly, he jumped rock from rock. Chasing after him, he raised his sword, and fire poured out of his hand and into his sword.

Naruma's single hand found the handle of his sword and he flung it backwards in time to meet Alex's. The clash sent out a shockwave, "Boy you don't learn do you?" Said Naruma. "I Don't know how you expect to wound me with that broken stick of yours. But I assure you. I won't go easy this time."

Naruma's body moved allowing Alex's sword to slip down the edge of his and into the ground. "Squash em' dead Zantetsu." the sword like before retained it's original shape but became much heavier. The Sin Spawn was still on his right now after having turned around, It was still frozen in the mountainside. He drew his sword back and sliced all the way up Alex's sword and up his arm. Blood shot out behind Alex as the sword left his skin.

"Boy, you have no chance against me in that condition." He sheathed his sword. "Perhaps it would be wise if you left. Before you get careless." He said dismissively. Before turning and walking away from the fight. Rumbling could be heard as a large Rockslide erupted behind Naruma blocking him from sight and allowing him to disappear from view. He was hoping to gain a fair distance from this boy. Knowing most likely that he would heed the words said to him and retreat for now he set his sights on Saffire. She held the key to Reviving Sin.

[Sora_Rox_My_Sox]

Sonara was twirling around the black abyss, her body weightless and free. She possesed a certain power, only obtained by those with a sound and strong mind. When she was critcally injured, her body would enter a comatose state in which it would try to repair itself. Only now, as she was in her mild coma, somebody else had saved her. She grazed the line between consciousness, and heard the shout of her name...It was Alex. She opened her heavy eyelids, blinking furiously as she stared into a bright sky. She gently lifted herself into a sitting posistion and saw her savior. "What just happened? Why did he attack me?" She asked Slief. She turned and saw Alex running across the plains, hungry for revenge. She would follow him too, he had helped her and she would help him.

[Saffire]

Saffire continued writing as she walked all around the Zanderkand Ruins.'There is a way to rebiuld Zanderkand as it the dream had seemed.'saffire thought.feinds were all around the ruins but didn't attack saffire at all,which was vary unusual,of course the last time she was there they didn't attack her....but what was the reson? 'i wonder,if sin is resurected....what will become of the universe..'saffire thought once more and then looked up at the starry night sky.

A moment after healing the two, Sleif calmly watched as the boy was obviously the first to awaken, and in that instant, he continued to watch as the boy ran in the direction Gagazet. "He's just going to get hurt again!" Sleif thought, as he turned back towards the girl.

Shortly after this, Sleif noticed the girl began to stir back into consciousness. Opening her eyes, she gently picked herself up. "What just happened? Why did he attack me?" she asked Sleif, before noticing that the boy that was there, had gone in the direction of Gagazet.

"That is the question!!" Sleif replied to the girl. " I assume you want to go and follow your friend there!" Sleif said as he pointed to the boy in the direction of the mountain.

" I assume you want to go and follow your friend there!" Said Slief as he pointed towards the diminishing figure of Alex. "Well, of course i do! He helped me, its my fault he's even here now. But, i owe you as well. You saved both of our lives, and for that i am eternally grateful." She hubmly bowed her head in his direction. "But, i want to no whats up with that Naruma punk. I swear, i have only been to Bevelle once, and i never ran from any guards! And then he just attacks us! The next time i see him, he is gonna-"

Sonara stopped in id sentence, her focus now directed at a rockslide taking place on the mountain, the mountain Alex was at. "I'm sorry! I know you just saved us, and I dont want to be rude, but my friend is up on that mountain with that punk. I've got to go help him!" She cried, never taking her eyes of the mountain. All that talking was making her chest hurt, and running up the mountain would only worsen the pain. "I'm sorry again!" She said to Slief before turning and sprinting towards the steep mountain side. As she laboressly climbed the slope of rocks, she heard the growling of a wild beast. She ignored her fear and pushed onwards until she came to a small flat in the mountain side. "Alex!"

"Grrrr... YOU COWARD!" and he picked up his blade. His Pupils widened, showing just red. His skin becoming that of a fiend. He gripped his sword loosely, but the end result was devastating. He sliced the rocks, dispatching them in place and revealing the route towards Zanarkand. The wound from the sword had disappeared. Blood poured from his eyes, and he breathed heavily, taking steps forward. "COME BACK HERE!" a roar echoed through Gagazet. He clutched his head, blinded by the blood. Memories became intact. A woman, screaming. An attack from Sin. Holding his head, he felt pity for the woman. He opened his eyes, looking at his hands. They were back to normal. AAnd his eyes were back to normal. But the scar onm his arm was gone. He felt a rumbling coming from behind him.
"I will kill you. But for now, I have more things to do". He said Wiping some of the blood from his eyes and sliding down Gagazet.

"You cowered!" Echoed across the mountain side. He thought inside his head What a fool. Such a waste of time and effort. By now he had reached Zanarkand and the heart of what appeared to be a blitzball stadium.Blitzball was still around of course. The people of Spira never got bored of thier favourite past time. The Ruins had a nice flow of pyreflies and He could sense the girl here somewhere. He looked around. Finding a nice little area to go to sleep. He needed it after today's idiotic attempts to attack him. The boy was becoming annoying. He would have to talk to Bevelle. See what they could do about this matter.

He sat down after finding a few sticks and some kindling and made a blazing little fire near him. He leant back against a wall and fell asleep. Still aware of his surrounds of course. He didn't think he would be bothered here. But then again, He didn't think that boy would follow him either.

"I'm sorry! I know you just saved us, and I dont want to be rude, but my friend is up on that mountain with that punk. I've got to go help him! I'm sorry again!" Sleif listened as the girl said this, with sadness. At that moment, Sleif was about to turn and walk away, when suddenly he heard a loud rumbling coming from the mountain. Looking up, he watched as a large rock slide happened, blocking a large portion of the path.

"Alex!" even from the distance, he could hear her say that loud and clear. In that second, Sleif was atop of a Chocobo, and was racing towards where the avalanche had happened.
Leaping off the bird, Sleif walked over to Sonara, and noticed Alex sliding back down the mountain towards them. For a second, Sleif thought he heard some growling coming from behind him, but he pushed it from his mind.

"Thats a very peculiar ability you've got there!" Sleif said to Alex, showing that he felt what happened. "Tell me...." Sleif began to say, before he turned slightly and stabbed a large fiend through the face, with his large black bladed sword, causing the beast to instantly die and turn into Pyreflies. "...How did you acquire it?" Sleif continued, now with a slight grin on his face.

Alex gently came to a stop after he slid down the mountain, standing between her and Slief. "Alex, are you alright? What you did was..." Sonara started, but turned with fright as she saw a sinspawn lunge at Slief from behind. He effortlessly swung his blade into the beast, which exploded into pyreflies.

"Thats a very peculiar ability you've got there! Tell me, how did you acquire it?" He casually asked Alex, as if nothing had happened. Whoever this Slief is, he sure is experienced with all this She thought as she looked over to see how calm he was. As the two men conversed, Sonara walked around the corner, avoiding the mass of crumbled rocks. She heard the growling of a large beast, its soft roar sounding above her.

"What is-" But her sentence was cut short as a sinspawn leapt from the cliff above her, landing on all fours just in front of her. Sonara let out a quick scream, her hand shooting down to her belt, desperately grabbing for her sword. The beast lunged at her, its foul breath forming a cloud around her. She quickly dodge rolled to the right, towards the cliff. As the fiend circled her, she was finally able to free her sword from its sheath. The beast lunged at her again, and she spun around the attack, sinking her sword into its side. It yelped in fury and swatted at her, its claws connecting with her stomach, sending her flying over the side of the cliff, blood drippping from her front. At the last second, her mind became un clouded, and her hand shot out to grab the ledge. She hung off the side, her free hand holding her sword, and looked up into the face of the growling monster.
