Final Fantasy X-3

He groaned, jumping backwards, narrowly avoiding the Darkened fire balls, and they both collided with each other. He looked up to see Dark Ifrit reaching for him. Quickly, he jumped on to the Hand, dodging
a near fatal slice.

Noticing that Alex had dodged the Meteor Strike, Sleif watched as he just missed the claws of Ifrit, and had leaped onto its hand, dodging the fatal slash.
"Dark Firaga!" Sleif said to Ifrit, causing it to raise its free hand towards Alex, and launched a powerful blast of dark fire, before landing on the ground again.

Without losing a second, Alex jumped to the side, his Demon arm hit by the blast. It shone greatly for a few seconds before fading. He charged forward and slashed at the aeon

Ifrit leaped out of the way of Alex's slash attack, flying backwards away from him, at a great speed. As it landed on the ground, Ifrit used its claws on the ground, to slow its speed down, before it finally came to a halt, back in front of Sleif.

"Good! You starting to control it! A little more should do it! Again" Sleif said to Alex, before ordering Ifrit to start attacking again.
With a roar, Ifrit clawed at the ground, before launching itself at Alex. When it was within a few feet of Alex, Ifrit roared again, causing a large twister of dark fire to erupt below Alex.

Leaping into the air, Ifrit then proceeded to fire a pair of Meteor Strikes at the twister causing it to intensify the flames.
As it landed back on the ground, Ifrit finished off, by riping a large chunk of the floor away, before launching it at the fire, causing everything to violently explode in a furry of hellfire.

(OOC: Hmmm...)

He felt himself hit the ground hard. He ciuldn't stand up. He was in complete pain. He rolled ove on to his stomach, and managed to get on to his knees, coughing up some blood. He stood up, nearly about to fall again, and raised his sword in a dazed way. He wasn't giving up.

As it finished its attack, Dark Ifrit broke out into another dash towards Alex, ready and willing to rip him apart with its claws.
Leaping, Ifrit was just about to deal the final blow onto Alex, when suddenly Sleif raised his hand to it, causing Ifrit to instantly fade away.

"You know you can't continue the way you are!" Sleif said as he turned and sat upon one of the pieces of rubble which littered the area.
"What makes you think! You can do anything for her, the way you are now?" asked Sleif.

"What makes you think! You can do anything for her, the way you are now?" Sleif said. Alex raised his sword, standing on the border line of Consciousness and unconsciousness.
"What makes you I should listen to you..." he said, pointing towards Sleif. "You betrayed us. Why do you care about the way I fight!?"

OOC: Oh okay I thought I did something wrong!

"What makes you I should listen to you... You betrayed us. Why do you care about the way I fight!?" Alex said to Sleif, with his sword raised to him.
"Even after all of this, you still understand nothing!" Sleif replied to Alex, as he himself withdrew his black bladed sword.

"If you can't fight, you can't safe her!" Sleif said in a low tone, looking away from Alex as he said this. "If you continue the way you are now! Then it will not be long, until you as a consciousness will disappear, leaving only a fiend, a monster behind!" said Sleif.

"Now! Are you going to take charge of this power, or are you going to continue letting it control you?" Sleif said to Alex, as he stood in a battle stance with his sword.

Did i make it? Sonara was dreaming again, but this time, they were content dreams. She was running through a field, the sun overhead, shining on the sprakling pond in the distance. Then the valley would fade away, replaced by a beach. After she began to trek the beach, it too would fade away, replaced by more scenery.

And so this dream continued for what seemed to be a never ending time span, until she awoke. Her eyes fluttered open, fatigue greeting her instanly. She was surrounded by a cage, and though her mind was foggy, she knew she hadnt escaped. "Damn it..." She huffed on the tip of her breath. She had been hot with another sleep spell, and the power was overcoming her. She gently dropped her head down to the cell floor and fell alseep, trapped like an animal needed for testing.

Alex was glaring at Sleif. He wasn't listening to him. As far as he knew, this was a way to trick him. No... Alex wasn't going to fall for it. Quickly, he ran fiorward and slashed at Sleif.

Naruma was watching the battle from a short distance away. He had left Lessan in charge of Sonara's captivity. He was the most trustworthy after all. He watched the battle intensify for a few minutes before removing himself from his concealed position and walked slowly towards Slief, still keeping himself hidden from Alex's vision. His whole body iching for the taste of blood.

"Now! Are you going to take charge of this power? or are you going to continue letting it control you?" Sleif said to Alex. Alex began to charge forward at Slief.
"Slief! That's enough." said Naruma now emerging from the shadows. Two swords hanging from his waist. His own and Sonara's. "The boy has been tested enough. It's time him and I had a conversation. Alone." He looked at Alex and then down his nose at Slief, "Slief, go."

Raising his sword, Sleif collided against Alex's attack, easily holding him in place. Before he even appeared, Sleif could tell Naruma was already here.
"Slief! That's enough. The boy has been tested enough. It's time him and I had a conversation. Alone. Slief, go." Sleif listened to the way Naruma talked to him.

"And what makes you think, you can talk to me like that!" Sleif replied to Naruma, looking down upon him as well, before noticing his gaze towards Alex.
"But, I have seen that look many times before! Have it your way!" said Sleif, as he pushed Alex slightly away with his sword.

"Talk to your own content!" Sleif said before he turned and walked away from the two, disappearing into shadows, and reappearing back on Sin.
Walking into the building which held Sonara, Sleif noticed that Lessan was already there guarding Sonara in her repaired cage.

"Naruma..." he said dropping his sword and casting him a digusted look. "I was wondering when you were going to show your face...". He walked away from his sword, towards Namura.

"Cowering behind others is your tactic, isn't it?" Alex said, mockingly. "What's wrong? Realized it was a pathetic one?". He circled the room, Naruma not taking his eyes off him.

"So... what's this conversation about, Naruma?" Alex said. "I doubt I'll like what your foul mouth will produce, of course..."

"I'd watch your tone with me boy," cautioned Naruma, "Heaven forbid something were to happen to Sonara because of it," He smiled, "I think I probably should fill you in a little,"
He removed a smoke from his pocket and lit it, The burning ember lighting the room slightly. "I think you know there is a reason why we haven't killed you yet, And it's because of the fact that you can fuse with Sin. Creating a new faith. Of course, because it's you, we won't be able to control it. But we can easily escape the effects of your destruction. I'm not telling you how because that would be stupid."

"Are you still determined to save her?" he asked tapping Sonara's sword on his waist. "Or are you going to come quietly?"

Slief returned to Sin. It seemed he had been sent back by Naruma. Lessan sat near the cage holding Sonara that was now in the room where the table was, A slightly smaller cage now. "What the hell is he doing here!?" yelled Lessan pointing at Slief.

Sonara awoke once more, this time for good. She sat up, looking at her familiar surroundings, and groaned in pain. Her sword was still gone, she was still captive...things where not getting any better. She moved her head up, gazing at Lessan, who was watching over her now instead of Naruma.

She was about to say something, when Slief appeared in the room. "What the hell is he doing here!?" Lessan shouted out to him. It was obvious he didnt want him here. "Slief, where have you been? Have you seen Alex?" She asked Slief, hope coming into her voice. It echoed through the silent room, and she crawled to the front of the cage, trying to get as close to him as the space allowed.
