Storm swung again missing because Josephs moves."me!? you have been being a total ass!". I finally offered to help you and you say no?!. the two jumped around and Storm kept swinging like a mad man."you have to be the most annoying ass of a man I have ever met!". so I am done trying to help you!". Storm twirled his sword moving in for another attack.

"Here comes that stupid logic again," Joseph grunted, throwing himself to the ground into a roll as Storm prepared another lunge. "I say no to your help, so you try to kill me." He stood after the short roll, now a short distance away. "Good thinking."

Had he been less egotistical and proud, he would have walked away, or tried to escape. But frankly, Storm grated upon him. He found the man annoying, arrogant, and dumb. Of course, he refused to admit how alike they were.

Joseph wiped some fresh blood from his arm, biting his lip and furrowing his brow as he squeezed out another shard of glass. He cast a look to Storm.

"Damn superiors," he growled. "You guys have been trying to kick my ass from day one. Just what is it about you!?"

"Uh, since when have I needed help?" Joseph narrowed his eyes and cast a sour look as Storm lunged forward. "I found this city and came all the way down here to see if there was anything worth my time. Then I was going to head off somewhere safe to sleep. But you turned up and watched me like some stalker! For all I know, you could have been following for days!"

"now I know why your not traveling with anyone probably because they cant stand you! because people dont like dumb idiots who are arrogant and stupid!"

His eyes narrowed once more, before he took off from his standpoint, racing towards Storm. Fists clenched, he readied himself for a fight.

"Ever consider the possiblity I wanted to be alone?!" he yelled, now steps away from Storm. An arm was brought back in the hopes of delivering a solid blow to the chest. "Even if I didn't act like such an ass, people like you would come along and harass me anyway!"

OOC: Okay guys, I'm gonig to be staying overnight with some friends who have no internetz. Try not to leave me choking in the dust of my own RP :) Divine Shadow will be powerplaying my character until I get back. /OOC

Blain was slightly amazed by the sheer number of sharp objects Taria had managed to conceal on her person. Slightly disturbed too... "Background stories?" he asked, "Not much to tell really, parents were superiors, so it's no surprise I'm one. Pretty uneventful life. You want details, just ask at the guild. I spend most of my time in the wastelands, running odd jobs and looking for salvage. Joined the guild young. It was supposed to give me time to think out in the waste, but I spend most of my time just trying to stay alive. You know what it's like out there." He looked at her as she hugged the katanas, somehow finding the way that she was snuggling the pair of deadly weapons very cute. He blinked and mentaly kicked himself for such foolishness. "This cell's gunna come in handy. Got a mechanic who's fixing a little something for me, but he needs this and two more to get it ready. Don't suppose there was any more where this came from? Nah, the odds would be astronomical. What about you? Don't mean to pry, but you asked first."

Spike lowered his gun as Sleif dissapeared around a courner. "Bah." He turned and headed towards his house, after all this was his home town. It was a large building set between two alleyways. Two large doors offered enterance into the building. He walked upto the door and started fumbling with keys trying to find the right one to place into the lock. He eventually found it and opened the door. A darkened room greeted him as he entered, He flicked the light on. A door to his right showed a large lounge room that had a caramel coloured couch sitting in the corner, a coffee table in the middle and two armchairs in the far left and right side of the room.

He entered this room and sat down, He placed a hand into his pocket and drew out a pack of smokes, He removed one and placed it into his mouth. There was a small radio sitting on the coffee table, he bent over and flicked it on, Classical music began to play, echoing around the large room. Spike relaxed back into the chair and puffed merrily on the cigarrette, It was a good ending to an afternoon, Despite the fact he hadn't caught that Superior, If he ran into him again... well let's just say, there wouldn't be much left of the Superior.

"You may want to be alone Storm yelled at Joseph, but in this place being alone probably isn't the best choice."but I dont give a shit about you know since you dont want my help and if were not going to be friends I might as well kill you now so you aren't a pain later on!"

Joseph stopped in his tracks. This guy was an idiot. There was no way around it.

"Whatever," he mumbled, before turning and walking away. He didn't have time for this asshole if he wasn't going to talk sense. He was clearly just looking for a way to pursue the battle.

Joseph walked with his arms at his sides, walking silently, yet confidently away from Storm.

As Sleif maneuvered through the darkened alleyways, he soon saw the so called light at the end of the path. Upon reemerging from the darkness, Sleif found himself in front of a large building, presumably a mechanics of some sorts.

Walking inside, Sleif took in the many old machines and vehicles. As he walked around a specific one, he was soon approached by another man.
"I'm sorry to say that that one isn't for sale. I have that on hold for someone else! Is there anything I can do for you?" the man asked Sleif.

Looking around, a specific vehicle caught his eye. "What is this?" Sleif asked the man as he moved towards the bike.
"Oh, that. That is a very special motorcycle. Back before the schism, it was being developed during the same time as that bike over there. You could almost say that these two are twins. While that one over there runs on self replenishing power cells, this one here works purely on electrical energy, or to be more precise the electrons. While it was quite powerful, it needed a constant supply of power. They never were able to fix the problem!" the man said to Sleif before turning away from him and the bike.

"I'll take it!" Sleif bluntly said before sitting atop of the motorcycle. "Now wait, didn't you hear me. It will not ru...!" the man began to say, before the bike suddenly roared into life.
As the man simply stood there, bewildered, Sleif reached into one of the pockets on his coat, before retrieving a large bag of money and dropping it onto the floor at the mans feet.

"I would suggest you move!" Sleif said, before causing the motorbike to rear back on its one wheel. As it landed back onto the ground, Sleif and the bike instantly speed out of the garage, at an incredible speed.

Storm finally deicided to let the damn fool go off on his own stupid business. suddenly he heard a howel. suddenly about 10 shadow wolves appeared circling Storm. the wolves had midnight black fur and red eyes with slits for pupils." you wolves caught me on a bad night Storm hissed. Storm twirled his blade as the moon reflected off it."well! come at me you stupid animals! Storm cried,show me what you have got!". the wolves growled and charged. the next new mintues were a gruesome sight. Storm's anger that he had towards Joseph was unleased apon the wolves. he attacked savagely and blood splashed everywhere. he kicked a wolf to the ground slamming one foot on it's head then plunging the sword through the wolfes side. blood poured onto the ground. another wolf jumped at Storm from behind. Storm ducked and as the wolf flew over him he thrust the blade into it's neck. the wolf landed on the ground on the other side of Storm in a lump. there was one perticularly big wolf that stood before Storm. it charged at him with a crazed look. "Aaaaaaaaaaaagh! Storm screamed and with a powerful blow hit the wolf to the ground. he stood over it screaming. he kept slashing the wolf even though it was dead. he thrust it into the wolf as blood splashed onto Storm. then it was done. Storm turned to see if Joseph was gone. he then looked at his blade that was soaked and dripping with blood.

OOC: Waiting for Divine Shadow to post, so while I wait, I'm going to clear a couple of ambiguities up. Firstly, the Schism's effect was to disable ALL advanced technology, like delicate electronincs and anything that relies on them. The few exceptions are the systems that were isolated in secure locations, like military bunkers and even then they were buggered up enough to provoke the schism. Please note that the true nature of what happpened in the schism isn't known to most people in the RP, no internets to sreead the word :p. Secondly, I'm initiating a 'two strikes and you're out' system regarding godmodding. If you godmod once, you will be warned and asked politely to alter your post. Godmod again on purpose however and you will be booted from the RP. I'm sorry to sound judgemental like this, but due to the nature of this RP, with the powers mixing with the traditional methods and everything, godmoding could destablise the RP and ruin it for everyone and I really want this to succede I'm not complaining about your posts so far. I've only had to make one correction and the 'culprit' in question was very understanding. So far your posts have all been good, I just thought I'd better say this now, rather than when it's too late. /OOC

Spike stood up from his chair, stubbing the dying ashes of his smoke into an ashtray, before walking to a large steel cabinet with a large, brass/steel lock on it. He grabbed the key he needed off the keyring he had, and placed in the lock. It clicked and opened. Inside was a vast assortment of gear and weapons that he would need. He removed a pistol and several knifes from the locker and placed them on a belt that crossed his chest. The knifes were only a few inches in length but deadly sharp and thin. A well thrown one could drop a man to his knees in seconds.

His body equipped with adequate supplies he headed towards where Blain and Taira had made haste too. Arriving very quickly, he cautiously approached the delapidated shack where they were hiding. He heard voices and stopped, Before allowing himself to move closer, He found the door where he was able to carefully slide up against and listen to the conversation going on inside. One hand on a knife the other on his pistol, he lay crouched ready to burst into the room. His ears pricked much like a dogs would when he heard them mention something about fuel cells and a mechanic. This conversation may prove useful as to what their next move might be. he thought to himself quietly as he crouched silently eager to hear more of thier plotting.

Taira smiled a bit, hugging her katanas. She was tired.. no doubt about that, but there wasan odd feeling at the back of her head. It made her shiver. She recognised the sensatiion. She stood, pretending to stretch. She set her Katanas at their rightful place on her hip, then walked around the room, making sure to roll from the heel of her foot, to the toe, making absolutely no sound. She walked over to Blain's weapons, and picked them up. She walked back to her seat, and faced Blain, nodding toward the door.

She at back down, wincing as the couch groaned. She smiled, pulling the hunting knife from th table. "Nice knive, It's well balanced, y'know?" She said, spinning it in the palm of her hand, before replacing it in the hole it had sat before. She looked at Blain, then motioned toward the cloth door. "My story will have to wait, we have visitors I think."

Blain slowly slid a hand towards his pistols, thankful that Taria had had the presense of mind to fetch them. He listened intently and was just able to pick out the sound of a single person breathing, due to his superior senses. He stood up, making slightly less noise than a panther, using outrider hand signs to communicate, so not to give away his intentions to their guest, "Hostiles. One. Right ambush." He moved carefuly over to the doorway, leveling his gun at the sound of breath. One adult male, in good shape too by the sound of it. Blain waited until Taria was in position before speaking. "You know, it's not very polite to evesdrop. Why don't you come on in and have a little chat?" he eased off the safety on his pistol, "On the other hand, if you wanted to start something, I'm sure we can accomadate..."

Spike's hand removed a thin knife from it's sleeve and looked at the tin surface of the house, Ear pressed up against the surface he heard something being picked up, A knife from what he could hear but he was sure it might of been something else. He strained to hear a female voice say, "We have visitors I think," slowly he crept backwards looking around he noticed another wall that might of been able to grant him access. He reached into his pocket, finding a frag grenade and some tape, He was able to set a makeshift enterance charge. He set it to the side of the building, pulled the pin and steeped back behind the corner so that the charge would explode outwards. "You know, it's not very polite to evesdrop. Why don't you come on in and have a little chat? On the other hand, if you wanted to start something, I'm sure we can accomadate..."

Just as the voice finished that sentence, the roar of an explosion could be heard as the side of the house was blown off. Spike drew his pistol and stepped forward though the smoke. "Freeze!" He said to no-body in particular. But he was hoping to resolve this situation peacefully. Well... apart from the explosion he just devised.
