The other day, I was given an infraction for "spamming", referring to a post I made in the "Chick-Fil-A" thread. But I wasn't trying to spam at all; rather, I was trying to make a (chicken-related) reference to this scene from Family Guy:
Evidently, the joke didn't land, and for all of this I am sorry.

Other people can't tell when you've received in an infraction, and as a mod I must admit there are probably many posts that might classify as spam that simply fall under the radar or that no one acknowledges, so when you do get infracted, it's not necessarily a reflection of what KHI's community as some sort of whole thought about it.
