You have great tastes I shall say.

I just started listening to Perfume a month ago.

I also really love Miyavi, Nami Amuro, Ayumi Hamasaki, and See-saw!

Miyavi is my only choice for my absolute favorite. He has amazing skills with the guitar that make me melt and he makes it seem easy. The harshness of his voice pulls me in as well. I can't help but smile when I listen to his music. The fact that only one person has mentioned him angers me. Anyone who likes Gackt needs to listen to Miyavi and realize how silly you are. Especially for drooling over someone who looks so weird. Miyavi makes music. Not some vocal moan shit.

onto other bands that are worth your time.

Other bands would include Maximum the Hormone which I'm pissed that no one has mentioned them yet. High and Mighty Color, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Tommy February6, Utada Hikaru, Vocaloids if it counts for anything, BoA is Korean so she doesn't REALLY count... eh.

Two more that you guys should feel ashamed for not listing:
Orange Range and X-fucking-Japan (or X-Japan as the band is originally known. or X). Orange Range is known for their anime openings and endings (notably naruto. with GO!).

X-Japan is known for being the influence for nearly every Japanese band of today.

I'd like to try and get into more music by the brilliant green. I already listen to Tommy's solo work. I've only heard maybe 4 songs and love them.
